Knew I should have backed out of buying the car and eaten then on refundable 500 deposit when I had to send an email asking if the car had been in an accident from when I paid the deposit on Friday to when I picked up the car Monday.I didn't because I was desperate to continue providing childcare to lower income families and to believe that all humans are basically good. What a mistake. On pick up a panel was broken. Within a week the catalytic converter code was being tossed, Within a yr (10 months to be exact) the car failed inspection with 10k worth of work needed on it just to pass.My husband left a 1 star review, they hunted down his phone number to call and harass him at work after the 2nd year in a row the car failed inspection and needed several grand to pass. Junk car dealers, worthless warranties sold by companies banned from selling them in surrounding states. Typical used car salesmen who go as far below board as they can to make a sale.Any message I receive that does not start with an apology and end with a satisfactory conclusion for my trouble will be transcribed here for everyone's enjoyment laughing at. The not funny "we can track down your number but have no clue when you purchased or who you purchased with" will be reported appropriately.

We got a complete lemon sold to us that had serious problems arise almost the moment we left the lot. We were also sold a worthless warranty program that refused to pay for almost everything, and what little it did cover required we obtain used parts only. The dealer was suspiciously resistant to using card based transactions and financing options were severely limited. Would not recommend to anyone and will never be shopping with this dealership again.

Ryan went above and beyond to get me financing! I’m talking 3 days of back and forth with banks! But he did it I’m more than happy. I’m not gonna lie the truck I got should have been gone threw a little better. But overall I would definitely use him again.

My Husband and I bought a 2007 Ford F150 XLT 5.4 Triton roughly 2 years ago and it has had nothing but problems since we got it and we have sunk soooo much money into it already, recently 1500 bucks and yesterday it broke down on the highway and we are being told it is more than likely the engine. I would NOT recommend this dealership and IF you have no other choice, have a mechanic go with you, so you don't get screwed. (Had to put a star for it to post)

Just bought a car with Rafferty, and it was an interesting experience. Before I drove 2 hours to go see my car Rob with very nice and helpful on the phone with my questions before hand. When I got up there Rob was there and I took the car on a test drive. Afterwards, I was trying to negotiate a little on the price but Rob did not want to budge. I didn't over pay but I could have payed less for a car with a few minor dents, scratches etc... on top of that rob became more and more difficult to work with and to take the car off the market he wanted a 500 dollar down payment.When we agreed on a price we did the paperwork and was slapped with a $40 title fee and a $300 "paperwork" fee. This was a hidden fee he made up to make a few extra bucks.If you are looking to buy a car from here think about it. He was also reluctant to change my spark plugs.If you find a good deal for a car you have your heart set on go for it but just think about it.

My grandson's dog jumped into the car and knocked his chocolate shake out of his hands, and all over the back seat. I tried everything to get the "vomit" smell. Upolstry cleaners, scrubbed in, baking soda, heavy duty carpet cleaner; nothing worked and the smell got worse day by day. Finally,I took it to Rafferty Auto Sales and asked if they could "fix" it. They did! They took it in right away and cleaned it! Within 24 hours I had my car back, fresh and clean again. Thank you Rafferty Auto Sales!!!

Easily the most pleasant car transaction Ive had in my 39 years. Not only did I get a nice truck at a great price, but when my trade in broke down in Laconia, without my asking Mr Rafftery went out of his way to not only pick my daughter and I up, but tow my old car out of a local parking lot free of charge.Highly recommend the honorable and kind Ryan Rafferty if you are looking to buy a vehicle.

Rafferty's has always been great to us!! No idea why we ever think of going anywhere else for our automotive repair needs. After taking our Lexus to a dealer for some service we were told our tires were bad and our front and rear brakes were in need of replacing. As it turns out only the front brakes needed to be replaced (the tires too, unfortunately), but the rear brakes are good for another year, at least! Saved us about $300. Never will I think about vising a dealer again. Or anywhere else in the area, for that matter! It's 100% Rafferty's for us!! Honest, friendly, courteous and fast service. They really can't be beat!!

👍👍👍My whole family car shops here, but this was my first “service experience” ...WOW.. didn’t realize my inspection was up and was afraid to drive.. these guys came to my workplace the following day, picked up my vehicle... inspection, oil change and fixed heat shield done, done and done! Car was back in the parking lot before I got out of work!!! Very reasonable pricing and customer service bar none!

HI from BOSTON MA. I did business with this peoples. they are not professional, looking desperate to make a sale. and the paper work take them 7 days . and still was contacting my insurance to do the papers works that was needed , and still wrote a check for the rang amount i contacting them almost every other day from the day i trade my car until to day `so i could register my car . they word is: ""we doing business over 15 years "" what a way of doing business . i will not recommend anyone to do business with this peoples . DO NOT go thru that frustrated process of financing or buying . i think there is better places upgraded with all information that involves business. real talk , good luck to you.
