I am creating these thoughts just for the record. Today I purchased several items in you Goodwill store. I was very happy founding two white soup plates they were taped together. Right after I brought them home I wanted to wash them so needed to separate them first. When I removed the tape I found out that the bottom plate was chipped. Immediately I called your store describing the situation, the lady first tried to persuade me that the customers could brake the item but it was not the case, since the chipped part was covered by the tape- that is why I did not notice it. When I was removing the price tag, water destroyed it. When I acquired that this was not the case and suggested that I will bring the broken one back and requested half the price back she said thank you, you can bring them back and she hang up not willing to listen what I was saying.I will bring the broken item in my first visit to Belknap Mall area. I am not going to drive back today. This is just for the record since there is no other proof about this incident.

Honestly this place doesn't even deserve 1 star. This is not the goodwill I remember growing up. I went in to find pants for my kids which I couldn't btw because all of the clothes had holes in the butt and front area. As I was looking I overheard the 2 teenagers they have up front on register talking to customers about a small group of German kids with a supervisor right next to them! Sayin "If you can't speak English you shouldnt be here" "oh it's because the border is open nowwe have all these immigrants" "you should go tell them to leave they don't belong here". The kids did nothing wrong they were trying to shop for under amour clothes and they walked out with nothing because of those girls! Oh but they couldnt be bothered to pay attention to the crackhead shoving shirts under her jacket. Why? Because she spoke english? That was the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen and I will not be coming back. I'd rather pay full price than support a business that discriminates against anyone different.

They don’t give you a bag. You have to buy a bag. There should be a sign out front. If you need to return something, it’s for store credit only.

I have been visiting this store since it opened, and the last two times I’ve been here I’ve been really disappointed. I can never find clothes here, but my daughter can. We came around Christmas and the store was a mess, understandable because of the crowds, but the clothes looked super dirty and some were really stained and were priced really high. The home decor section was filled with empty boxes. We visited again last week and the prices were still higher the other thrift stores (like I can get jeans at Ladders for half what this Goodwill charges) and dirty and super wrinkled. I asked an employee about using the fitting room, I had rung the bell twice ant this point, and she said I had to go up front to the cashier. I did that and the cashier brought me to this same woman who was the one with the key. I asked her why I had to go up front if she had the key. She just glared at me. The cashier was great about it. We most likely won’t be back.

This place used to be great! You could get clothes and other things for a great price and now the prices are higher than buying new!!! I would have given the store a 5 if it had been a few years ago but this company got really greedy all of a sudden! Whenever I pop in to see if it is any better I leave empty handed wondering why I came back!

I am a frequent Goodwill shopper, at one point i went every single weekend with my friends however that has changed. I can no longer afford even the old used clothes found here as they have them priced sometimes HIGHER then it would cost me to buy them in a store brand new. I can tell by the fact the same items are there week after week that nobody else can pay those prices either. I will still donate but buying used and often dirty clothes for 10-15$ a piece i just cant do that anymore.

The store was clean and well maintained. There were a couple of points that could be better. I would have liked to see a little more organization as far as their media went. My only other complaint would be that the product doesn't rotate very often. With me saying that I feel like I need to say I visit the store maybe once a month. For me to see the same stock month after month it should maybe be priced to sell. Otherwise the visit went very well the staff is extremely helpful and the cashiers are courteous and efficient.

Goodwill is getting Ridiculous with debt pri went to buy a pair of pants. They weren't brand new and they were going to charge me $15 for them. I can go to Walmart and get them for that price and even ckeeper. This place is becoming pathetic nobody's dropping things off there anymore it's bare. People are getting smart and not giving their donations. to the goodwill anymore I'm so sick of going in there and having them ask. Do you wan to donate or do you want to round up? No people don't want to you embarrass them. By saying that so they give it to you because you're doing it right in front. Of somebody. Else? NO NO NO I don't Want to donate anymore we've been donating for years now and we never see The money that we donate at the register. Go to Any VETERAN'S HOME and we have one HERE IN THE LAKES REGION region.

This is a fairly nice Goodwill. Staff was friendly, store was nice and neat.They had a large selection of books & DVDs. I only purchased one DVD, but any I looked at were in really great shape.I would definitely pop in again.

Friendly staff! Some goodwill places have stuck-up or judgey staff but this place has been great. One particular young man is there pretty much any time I've come in and he's been very friendly and is nice to chat with at the register while he checks your purchases out.The store is very clean and well organized and reasonably priced.

Ive been working here for about 2 years now and enjoy it. They help out in many ways with all sorts of peoe and programs. All the employees are friendly always smileing and a good mood. The store is always cleaned and with the new look of the womens area it looks even better. Please stop by and check out the store and find amazing deals and great finds!!

I usually love going to this store. Usally a friendly staff. There's this one I call stich cause he usually has some kinda stich thing but a lady said his name is Timmy . He's so helpful and polite. Unfortunately today I had a rude manager today that seemed like the lady bothered her for asking for help on the register. She said next and I walked up and said hello how are you. Well no response okaybe she didn't hear me. Then I put my bag on the counter and she's like no you need to put it up her. Mind you she didn't do anything to the bag. Then I got a leapfrog book. There was no price so I said I'm not sure how much this is there is no tag on it. She said there always $3.00. For one she didn't call and ask and how the heck was I supposed to know . Isn't it your job as to mark the product with prices. If you hate your job so much then maybe your in the wrong business.

This thrift store is probably the cleanest around. It is also VERY organized. It seems like some of the customers that shop here are careless and throw things around or steal but the people that work here have bright happy helpful personalities and they are always working their butt off to make this place beautiful. They bring new stuff out almost every hour or more. The store is new every day. The only thing I could complain about is the rude customers, but this place has no control over that. If you want to people watch this is a great place to do that for there are many weirdos here for sure. If you want to resell on eBay there are endless possibilities. Plently of brand new name brand clothes. Its just constantly changing. The managers seem to have anxiety sometimes but I can't blame them seeing all the rude people that shop here.

The prices on some of their retail are absolutely atrocious! One basket was $10. I would have bought it, but NOT for that price. It is now two weeks later and that basket is still there.I bought a DVD set for $10 and the discs were FILTHY and scratched. The return policy is store credit only even when you have a receipt that clearly states my cash payment.

This goodwill is the store that got me to fall in love with thrifting and was a huge part of my college experience. I used to go multiple times a week and would always leave with something. Unfortunately, it has become a shell of it's former self. I keep trying to give it the benefit of the doubt but every time I come back, I'm left even more disappointed. It seems like each time I go into this store, more and more of it is their retail items. They used to have a great t-shirt selection but that has turned into a sad little rack containing at least 10 copies of the same Blake Shelton t-shirt. On the rare occasion that I do find something I like, it's is always priced significantly higher than I would be willing to pay for the item. That being said, if you like disappointment, Blake Shelton t-shirts, overpriced used goods and camo bone collector bathroom decor then this is the place for you.

It was pretty clean and well organized. The people that worked there were pleasant enough but not to quick to help. I waited 20 minutes for someone to unlock a dressingroom and that was with two reminders. The prices were as expected. The toy were terrible, mostly broken or missing parts yet they still asked to much.

People please get off your high horses! It’s not Saks 5th- but it’s a nice store to find some great deals. The staff has always been helpful and nice to us. Maybe they were short handed- many are home collecting instead of working lately. Perhaps if more wanted to work they would have more help?! They have been opened and working during Covid so cut them some slack.

Lots of women’s clothes, sorted by colour and size. Expect 6 dollars per item, even very boring/basic/tacky clothes. Otherwise fine establishment.

Visited this goodwill location today! They were having a sale if you purchased 10$ of children clothes you got one free children's book! Me and my mother were both there so we got 20$ of children's clothes and picked out two children's book. Arriving at the register the cashier was asking the manager which button she needed to use the give us the books for free. The manager said we could only recieve one book for free. I said the sign did not say that and that then we would like to separate our orders then. The manager said we could just receive the books for free. After reviewing my receipt the cashier charged me for the books anyway. I was not going to go back in and continue to argue with them over 3$ in children's books but I am just shocked with the lack of customer service from this location!

Used to be a good store, sometimes you can still find name brand clothes worn only once or twice but a lot of the stuff is clothes from Walmart priced for more than they cost at Walmart! Also was looking at household items and noticed they don’t clean anything, saw a microwave that I wanted to get but looked inside, still has food all over the inside. Yuck!!!! The charge top dollar for stuff that’s filthy and that they didn’t pay a dime for. I’m better off buying new stuff.

I live literally a minute away,im a regular customer. today i went in, i had 5 items of clothing,2 sweatshirts,3 t-shirts. they annouced at 630pm that the dressing rooms would close in 5 minutes. i gathered my items and walked over to the employee who announced it,and proceeded to ask for a dressing room.He said there was 3 minutes left ,and his boss or someone perhaps above him in the department im guessing, told me "No! They were closed". why would youannounce to the entire store "5 minutes left before dressing rooms close" if your going to no longer allow people to try on anything they have.I had to leave my items on the rack and walk out of the store dissapointed.there was still over 20 minutes left before the store closed, and i HAD made sure to ask before the 5 minutes was up. i do not appreciate the rudeness when spoken to, i do not appreciate getting stared at and watched with every move i make while shopping. i do not know if it is my age group or someone having a bad day just picking people off.But i am a loyal, Paying customer. i feel judged every single time i go in there with my boyfriend and we shop.To be turned down after they announced a time limit that was left..evidentally not true. Not happy with the customer service what so ever.

Always good finds! Decorating my house pretty much from all goodwill stuff. Go once a week and generally come home with something. Found jars for my wedding, office chair, nice dresses, and plenty of decor for all rooms in my house

Horrible service. Waited in line with 2 things in my hand. When the clerk asked for the next customer we headed up there and told us we had to go to the back of the line saying we didn’t wait in line already. Customer also joined in to say snotty comments as well. Horrible place will never get my service👍

Stores very clean lot of cool stuff I got Tervis cups for a buck apiece there guaranteed for life so even if they break you can return them for the ones that you want through turbos we got Harman Kardon stereo speakers $4 some stuffs overpriced they got a broom from the dollar store that's nine bucks here dollar at the dollar store but whatever it makes up for it when you buy in the good stuff you just got to know what you're buying staffs great place is clean and they have a lot of stuff it seems like they have a lot of mail shoes they have a lot of male pants women's they have a ton of shoes mens very dirty beat up a lot of mens pants and stuff coaches instead of buying a coach on Facebook for a hundred bucks you can buy one here for 10 and TVs and stuff small ones start at 6 bucks and newer flat screens go up to 80 but I just bought a TV DVD player and a stack of DVDs at half off

Rang bell 3 times for fitting room, no one came over to open them. Went to the register to ask, they were not sure who had the keys. Paged someone to open the door, waited 5 minutes he never showed. Left empty handed, not very professional.
