Big Lots has not changed over the years. Your basic no frills, thrills, but maybe grills, discount store. We haven't visited one in a long time so we checked it out. My daughter went straight for the 🎥 movies, my son the food and my friend, she was everything, everywhere all at once! My kids and I found the display 🛋️ couches very comfortable. I did find a deal on a product I usually purchase elsewhere. What stood out to me were the selection of outdoor canopies that were on display and for sale.Service was friendly. I had WiFi from the Planet Fitness that was nearby.

They got cheap stuff the outdoor patio stuff they got like 30 K-Cups for like 20 bucks or maybe 75 I think depends on the shipment pools 200 bucks you can get like a 17 foot pool people usually pretty good there's a couple people that work here that a little rough to deal with but for the most farts pretty good store

Love this store! No matter where I travel, I always look for a Big Lots!Plus, they recognize the armed forces! Military discount on top of any sales! Wins me over every time ❤️

3 stars due to the selections of products they have. First time ever going into a big lots. 0 stars for it being clean. The bathrooms were the worst thing I've ever seen. Looks like the hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Even by the registers was dirty and a mess. Wasn't busy on front end.. Plenty of workers. The lady who checked us out was kind, great customer service.

The lots were big. Update 11/18/23 the lots are still big, the ace actually looked pretty good compared to other times we have seen.

Store shelves are messy and disorganized. Some items are a decent deal, while some other items are the same price OR MORE than other similar stores (ie Wal-Mart). Sale hunters, do your comparisons.Bathroom was a little gross. Staff were alright.

This is one of the dirtiest, Big Lots I think I have ever been in. The men’s room was disgusting. And the associate that was running the cash register had the personality of a stick.

I was looking for a firm mattress. Manager at furniture department did his sales man spiel, talking over me and talking nonstop. I tried out a few mattresses but he kept standing right there, it was very awkward. I tried one that seemed firm. So, in a whirlwind of salesman talk I bought the mattress. Good for him, talking me into a mattress I now hate. But shame on him for not listening to my requests and giving me what I was looking for. The mattress I tested feels nothing like the one I brought home.

At 4pm I had no trouble finding a close parking spot. I was greated by a friendly employee just a few feet through the door and told to feel free to ask any questions if I have any. I went to check on prices and brands/options of mattresses which were tightly displayed in the back of the store but in an orderly layout from least to most expensive. That was rather helpful since I was on a short time limit. They layout of the store seems to change fairly often but it's still easy to navigate from past visits. Check out was quick and was even signed up for their discount program before the next customer even got in line.

Very few employees, couldn't find an associate on the floor with only one cashier visible after looking to ask a question for 20 minutes walked to the front and waited for the cashier to finish with customers checking out before I had the opportunity to get an answer to my question, however; she was pleasant, courteous and professional

Under staffed on my mid week visit. Bathrooms looked to be out of the 70s. Paint peeling, wet floor, pee smell, discolored walls. One girl on check out, plan to wait in line. The checkout is a mess too. She had about 1 square foot to work with. We had a cart full too. They use a cattle corral to get to check out.

We bought a 3 piece living room set for a very reasonable price. The service was great and well versed in the product lines available for purchase. I would recommend Big lots to others.They carry quality brands as well as lesser known makers also. That being said ,pay attention to what purchasing.

Its not that bad of a place to shop. Has alot and I mean alot of beautiful and amazing home decor!! They usually also have great Christmas items and gorgeous wreaths and trees. I'm aiming next year to finally get the tree I've always wanted from there. The people are awesome to that work there as well. Its really clean too.

Help is not helpful at all. Bought a display item and it was all in pieces loose, no packaging, no instruction and part of it was just rolled up into a messy ball. Also purchased outdoor seating which they were not aware of when they brought the first item out. They never even looked at the receipt. Both employees went back inside and left myself and another person with me load the items ourselves and then had to go back in looking for the rest of our order. Will not go back to this location.

Paid in full for a sectional, recliner and ottoman. Was told by the manager the sectional was there, and the ottoman was not, but was on it's way. I was told that the recliner would automatically be ordered when I purchased it, and that if I wanted to, I could wait til all the items were there to either pick them up, or have them delivered. Called today, they sold one of my items to someone else yesterday. Then was told that they didnt know when they would be getting my ottoman nor the recliner. NICE. REAL NICE. $1250 worth of furniture I have been waiting on, and its not there...I purchased this on 5/1 and it is now 5/23....if you couldn't fulfill my order, why sell it? And then sell MY ITEMS TO OTHER PEOPLE AND NOT TELL ME THAT THE ITEMS CAME IN?????? Tony, the Assistant manager said he would work on it. Let's see if he is a man of his word.

Meh. It is what it is. 4 stars just because of their prices. I go there for my orthopedic dog beds. $100 bed other places… $38, can’t complain about that!

Usually like this store. Was in buying a bed I asked Holly if there were any coupons going on that I'd have in my email. She responds "i dont know.... i can't check your email".. that was just one of her many rude responses. Usually employees know if there are any coupons out. If they don't, answer respectfully. Then i see her leaving while we are loading up. We were obviously holding her up from her shift. So RUDE.

The store is well stocked with variety of items like households, food, health, beauty, and body products, souvenirs. Great place for Christmas shopping and gift ideas. Great and friendly customer service.The female cashier was wonderful.

Gone in a few times and have a bad odor every time and I was sticking to the floor. Makes me a little concerned about purchasing things.

We camp in Ossipee and brought our (5 lb) dogs inside to grab a couple things two weeks ago and staff said it was ok, as it was 90 degrees and too hot for them in the car or at camp, but today we tried to go in (holding them) and manager was rude and said service animals only. If this was their policy they could have said so previously. I get the policy but no need to be totally rude about it!

The food was very good and the service was also very good. We were surprised that the kitchen staff did not wear face coverings but the waitress did. We wore ours. We will probably not go back for a long time. Sorry 😞

It's ok if you are on a budget but you need to know prices. Some great deals, some not so much. Don't assume their prices are lowest.

I went in for a baster brush for the grill. Unfortunately, they were fresh out. Every time going there, the store employees seem to be very happy and are always willing to help customers find what they are looking for.
