Brought my new dog in to have some stuff done and I was amazed how well they treated him very sweet and they took there time so he wouldn't be scared of the dryer or table which means the world to us along with the respect and kindness that had for my dog. They also where very affordable as well which you usually get one or the other never both . I've decided I will not bring my dog anywhere else to get groomed. Big thank you to pet supplies plus In Bedford.

I'm kind of surprised this place is still in business. It is much more expensive than petco or petsmart but feels like a Building 19 type store. I went it with my brother the other night and they double charged him even though the manager(?) said he canceled the charge and had my brother rerun his card. And this is my fault so I can't complain too much, but I bought two cat toys that had tags in big letters that said "SALE" but then in tiny letters it said "Member Price." Again, my fault because it did say it on the tag, but I get annoyed when a business has a "Read the fine print" type of advertising.

I was there two times in the same day, the 2 ladies in the morning were definitely helpful and very patient while we were learning about a specific pet, however, when we went back to pick up the pet later that evening, The employe that helped us pick them up was absolutely atrocious. They handled the pets with little care and was very disorganized and with a very little knowledge on how to do it properly. Good experience if you have the right employees

Horrible attention to customers. You get the nod on the way by, with someone that has airpods inv while "working". Never will ask if you need help, you know, can't interrupt what they are listening to.Heads up workers... doing your job is part of your job. Stay away from this place. Bunch of entitled millennial types that will likely quit when told the loans they signed up for are paid by working folks. This place sucks. They can't be bothered to mind what sale sticker aligns with an actual correct barcode. You'll never get help, while the sale product sits on a high shelf; same place the employees are sitting.

Pet Supplies Plus is a great neighborhood pet food and supply store. They have a little bit of everything and are conveniently located in Bedford. We recently discovered their curbside pickup and same day delivery services. They have some great promos for those!

I’m disabled and today is my dog’s birthday. I really wanted to buy a couple of the decorated cookies that are sold in the store. I called and Lilly answered the phone. She was unsure if she could fulfill my request to come out, bring them to my car and receive my cash payment. She put me on hold so she could ask her manager, next thing I know she was out at my car with my special delivery. I feel like she went the extra mile for me which was much appreciated!

Do not place a delivery order. Placed order before noon. At 8pm called to find out where the order was. I was told it wasn’t “scheduled”. Whose job is that and how is that my concern. Had to go pick up the order that was supposed to be delivered. Dogs were hungry and could not wait until the next day. Nobody that worked there even seemed concerned.

Over the years my dog has been to several different local dog grooming places but once we found Bedford Pet Supplies Plus, there has been no other grooming place for us. My dog is elderly now and doesn’t get bathed nearly as often because it is so difficult for him to move around, he is nearing the end :(He had an appointment this morning with his one and only, Jordan. We got him into the car with great difficulty & when we got there & tried to get him out, my husband & I realized, it was not a good idea. I went to explain, she refused any payment at all with us having to cancel & she came to the car, very gently clipped his nails, gave him a dry shampoo bath & swiped his ears. What she & her helper did today was the kindest thing I or my husband have ever been a part of. Thank you so very much!

I just want to give a shout out to the Pet Supplies Plus team. I’ve been bringing my pup here for grooming/nail trimming for about a year now, and my experience has always been positive. Not only are the employees polite and kind to me, but they are the same way to my pup as well. My pup is a rescue and is always super nervous going to get her nails done, and the grooming team is always super sweet to her.Also, the cashier team had always been awesome as well! For example: Today, I was holding a big bag of food and I wanted to get a bakery treat for my pup. The cashier offered to help me and she boxed up the treat I wanted. The gesture was so kind and I really appreciated it!Great job to all and thank you for the great service!

The best part of my experience at Pet Supplies Plus Bedford has been the wonderful staff. Whether it is demonstrating how to use a certain product or helping me find a coupon or sharing the experience of using the product with their own animals, I never feel like I've wasted time by asking an employee for help or for their opinion. I have worked with dogs for almost two decades so I pretty much been to every pet store there is lol this store not only has employees that actually knows their stuff but they are very personable and the prices are better than any other pet store! I literally go there almost every week! And the best thing about it is this store does not discriminate against dogs just because of what they are! IV had issues with other pet store that do "puppy group play" not let dogs play because of what kind of dog they are and that's just wrong because if you're an educated dog person you not going to discriminate against any dog because there's no reason to!

My very first job was at a PSP! I love this place as the prices are more affordable while also getting a much better selection to choose from than a regular grocery store or feed place. Plus the baked human grade cookies are a hit with my dogs lol

Customer service is average. However, they don't check the dates on refrigerated and frozen foods nearly enough... or ever. These are perishables... I just bought a product 2 days ago (it is mid January) that expired BEFORE Thanksgiving. Shouldn't they be checking these things? Imagine you eating TWO month old expired chicken or eggs? That's what is in the product I purchased. I called and the kid who answered the phone didn't seem apologetic or concerned at all. I can't imagine how sick my kitty would have been if I hadn't noticed. Food is nothing to play around with... these are living creatures that can die and get sick. Do better. There should have been more concerned that they are selling expired meat products. It's not like it's simply stale crackers. Your team seriously needs some coaching.

I found the store to offer extensive canine products along with other pets including aquarium needs. The cashier was friendly, courteous, professional and offered me a rewards card which ended up saving me $5.00. I was pleased with my experience in this store.

Everyone greets customers when we enter the store, they always ask if we need help finding products. Lately all the staff, especially Becca, the day manager apologizes for the shortage in getting products. It is the national problem, not hers but she is sympathetic with customer preferences and needs. Hat's off to the whole staff. Always helpful and well informed. This is the only pet supply store I use constantly to keep my sweet cat, Emma, healthy and happy!
