After 6 years of heating problems from brand new construction we had to seek a solution from other sources. Fortunately for us we contacted Ethical Home Pro. Mike came out to evaluate our issues with the original system. He gave us a complete picture of what our options would be along with his personal recommendation.We agreed with his recommendation and scheduled the work. Mike was there on the morning of the job with his team to make sure they were set to go.These guys were amazing. Professional, courteous and clean in performing their work.The work was completed in slightly over one work day. The result was life changing! This was the second time I’ve done business with Ethical Home Pro & I am very happy with them. Moe was the technician for this years maintenance. He was very polite, professional, and did a thorough job of cleaning/tuning the furnace. I was expecting a possibility of having to replace some parts, but it was not needed after upon cleaning & inspection. (This was highly appreciated since things are a little tight right now) I highly recommend this company!

We were notified by the State that our neighbor's well was contaminated with PFOA's. We were shocked and horrified about the situation and needed a solution quickly. We met with Kyle from Ethical Home Pro to discuss our options for a home water filtration system. Based on his comprehensive knowledge and pictures of previous installed systems, we knew his company was the right choice for our family. We did meet with other companies and got estimates that were lower, however they used lower quality components and pictures of their previous installations were not as professional as Kyle's was. We are extremely happy with the quality of the installation and the peace of mind knowing that the water we're using for our family, pets and horses is perfectly safe now. A water sample State representative commented on how impressed she was with the system and how well it was done. We would highly recommend Ethical Home Pro to anyone and have done so with our friends and neighbors. We no longer need to worry about the safety of our water!!! Thank you so much Kyle.

There's a reason Ethical Home Pro has all five star reviews!We recently converted to natural gas from oil, and we couldn't be happier with choosing Ethical. I talked to five different companies before choose them, and their pricing was right in the middle of all the quotes I received. Opting to go with them as a no brainer.However, their professionalism, communication and genuine employees put them over the top. I would recommend Ethical Home Pro to anyone needing their services!

We first used Ethical Home Pro on advice of a friend about 5 years ago. Working with Mike was easy as he took time to look at what we needed and explain the pros and cons of all the options. We felt very informed when it was time to completely replace our commercial HVAC system. They understood my constraints as a business trying to stay open and worked within that to make it easier than I had expected it to be. Since then, they have continued to maintain our system every 6 months. Kyle, Sean, and Kyle (yes there are 2 Kyles) have been professional, laid back, and always explain what's going on in a way I understand. We liked them so much, we started using them for our home HVAC company. They have upgraded 2 HVAC systems and a water softener system at our house. I can't recommend this company enough for your HVAC needs. 5 stars all over the place for this company.

They installed a new state of the art Amana Gas Furnace and also a Dual Mini-split from Mitsubishi.Both installs were done perfectly. They were prompt, professional, clean, and cost effective. I was first introduced to Ethical Home Pro out of desperation. I had spent a lot of money on HVAC systems that was not running correctly. After going through 5 or more different companies, I found Ethical. They diagnosed, completed and fixed the work others had done. What a relief! .I then found out that they did water testing for wells. I had them do mine. Again extremely professional and did a good job.I thought I was having well problems, so I thought to call Ethical and they said they repair and replace well pumps, but when they came in they found that the problem I was having was due to plugged water softener. To my happy surprise they also did water softener systems. They diagnosed the problem repaired it and did an out standing job. They are my one stop shopping for HVAC, Water Softener and Wells repairs. They are extremely knowledgable and very professional. This company is absolutely amazing. Ethical Home Pro had serviced our units a few times and we always had had a great customer experience. However, we ended up in a situation where our units just wouldn't turn on and they came to the rescue. I had Ethical Home Pro out to replace my boiler and convert my home from oil to propane and I could not be happier! From start to finish Mike and his team made the process easy, friendly and professional. Overall, my experience with Ethical Home Pro was great.I purchased a home in Londonderry that had a dug well and the water was brown. We have 2 toddlers and did not trust the quality.We called up to have a water test done. Kyle, our service technician, was fantastic. His knowledge on water was astounding and he managed to make it easy to understand. I've always had city water up until now, so I didn't know anything about wells and how to filter them. Kyle took the time to walk through the aspects that matter in a water test, and provided a solution tailored to the outcome I needed.The installation was great as well. He removed the old, inconveniently placed softener tank, and took the the time to make a neat and organized setup in my utility room. Once completed, he walked me through all the necessary details. He came back a few weeks later to do another test to confirm all was good.Because of the experience we had with Kyle, we've had other services with Ethical Home Pro including furnace maintenance and potentially replacement, and will be considering HVAC with them.

This is truly a five star company! We had them service our Mitsubishi split downstairs and install central A/C upstairs this summer. Right from the start, Mike came out to meet with us and discuss all of our options to best fit our needs. We had Kyle and Kyle for our technicians and the level of customer service was outstanding! They were on time, clean, courteous and worked so hard to make sure it was what we wanted. After installation, two rooms seemed hotter than the rest of the upstairs, so we called Mike and he came out the next day to help calibrate the vents!! This company handled a huge job at my home. They where extremely professional. It's very hard to find trustworthy and highly skilled HVAC technicians but man these guys are the best in the business. Everything was installed perfectly. The owner of the company took his time to help me understand all my options. He also stopped by throughout the installation multiple times to ensure his technicians where working to the best of their ability (they always where). He was even nice enough to stop by the day after the install to make sure I fully understood how to operate the new mini split systems and to drop off the paperwork for rebates (he also filled everything out! All I had to do was put a prior utility bill in with it and mail it out in the stamped envelope that he provided). I got several quotes and met with several companies before a family member recommended Ethical Home Pro. There prices where unbeatable and the quality of work and customer satisfaction couldn't be any better. I am blown away at how fantastic this company is and I cannot thank them enough. It's also worth mentioning that this company provides you with extra long extended warrantys on all the components they install. I’ve used Ethical Home Pro for 2 different services. First they did a whole house Mittsubishi mini split system that was installed by the 2 guys that were incredible! Very meticulous, clean and polite. All there work looks amazing! The entire house is so nice and comfortable now even with the extremely hot summer we have had. I’m sure when it cools down the heat will be just as nice.Secondly they installed a water softening system along with a salt water filtration system. My water pressure is better and the water is soft and clean! Every home should have this system, it’s a definite necessity!! Once again the installer was great. Very neat and clean and knowledgeable. This company has done great work on my new home and I will be using them for all future projects!

As a condominium board member, I arrange for the maintenance and replacement of our 8 common-area HVAC units. The condominium has used Ethical Home Pro for all our HVAC needs since the company's founding. In addition to annual springtime HVAC AC maintenance and fall HVAC furnace maintenance, they have also replaced 7 of the original 8 HVAC units. The board continues to utilize Ethical Home Pro because of their professionalism, skill, and dependability. I have worked with Kyle and Brian the most, but every technician I worked with through the years was top notch. The condominium also selected Ethical Home Pro to service our individual owner units on a signup basis. Further, I have used them to replace and maintain my HVAC unit and, most recently, my water heater. On this last job, Kyle and Moe were quite skillful, exceptionally careful of the flooring, and upgraded the system to current code. They took the time to clearly answer my several questions. The guys from Ethical Home Pro replaced our old and broken boiler with a new high efficiency system, and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Everyone who worked at our house was very professional, very clean, and very friendly. Mike was great to work with - he laid out all of our options very clearly, helped us get the high efficiency loan through Eversource/NH Saves sorted out, and pretty much made things as easy as they could be. We had a boiler install a year ago by Ethical Home pro. Mike met with me to check our current system and talk about the three choices he recommended for a new system. I made the appointment for the install, I got a call to verify the appointment and they showed up at the date and time of the appointment. They installed the new boiler in a day. The install came with the first maintenance free. They called me a year later and made the appointment on the day I requested. I got a call a few days before and an amazing thing happened, again, they showed up at the time of the appointment. When yesterday we lost water pressure and then no water with our well I contacted Kyle McGorry and he was very knowledgeable and professional returning my call and said that they also replace well pumps. Everyone should run their businesses like this company does! These guys are extremely honest, fair, responsive, professional, clean, punctual and their follow up is impeccable as well. I had a separate business dealing with them in the past (not as a customer) so I knew about their excellent reputation and that they have their ducks in a row. We had gotten several other quotes and Ethical Home Pro was right in the middle and we chose them to replace our LP furnace and AC unit in November, then had them come back a couple of weeks ago to replace our water tank. Also, we had a separate damper issue that had been going on for years that could never get fixed by other companies and they went above and beyond (as with everything else) to troubleshoot and fix it in the midst of their busy season without any problem and it wasn't originally in the work order. We canmot say enough good things about Mike, Billy, Josh, Kyle and Sean! You guys are the best and we thank you!
