The Grand Summit Hotel next to Attitash Mountain Resort exceeded our expectations in every aspect. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The amenities, particularly the heated saltwater pool, were fantastic and a hit with our toddler. Our room was impeccably clean and provided the utmost comfort throughout our stay. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to any travelers eager to explore the White Mountains. In fact, we're already planning to return when we visit Storyland this summer. A highlight for us was the grand fireplace in the lobby, adding a cozy touch!

They didn't have enough staffing for the number of people that were coming in for the eclipse. The rooms were ready three hours late, and the restaurant ran out of food. The floors in the hallways were sagging in some places too. The rooms were clean, and the outdoor pool in hot tubs were fantastic, though.Noteworthy details: There is a heated outdoor pool and two hot tubs.

Delicious food and good service at restaurant but terrible service and hospitality at hotel. Arrived around 4pm to check in. Multiple people before and after got checked in to dirty rooms. All issues were fixed except me. I waited at a table in the lobby with kids for over an hour and a half. I had to ask to see manager when person trying to help me got off shift and was supposed to call my cell when room was ready. Nightmare. Manager fixed problem in less than twenty minutes but didn’t care why we were upset. Hotel wasn’t full. We should have gotten clean room before 4pm. No excuses.

Love the Grand Summit...It is a fantastic staff..if you need anything they are there to help.Rooms are well equipped and have full kitchens, with fridge, oven and stove. It has a ski in and ski out right to the slopes.. The Tap House and Grille are so great to have on premise after a day of skiing and snowmobiling. The pool and sauna are a HUGE hit with everyone, especially the kids. The rooms are not always perfect due to the age, but if there is ever a problem, the staff is there in minutes. Highly recommend, especially for families.Rooms: The rooms are family friendly with a full size fridge, stove, oven, dishes, cutlery..Some have Murphy beds and pull out sofas. The rooms can be a little dated due to age, but are perfect for meeting your needs. Nice to make dinner or breakfast in your own room. Plenty of hot water for showers. Staff is very responsive if a need arrives.Noteworthy details: Perfect for families. This hotel has a great outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs and a sauna. The kids absolutely love it.The work out room is well equipped. They have a ski in ski out option which is very cool..and the Tap House has great entertainment on weekends,

We stayed here for the weekend and it was amazing! Such a pretty area in the winter and right next to the skii area making it super convenient. They offered free tubing at the hotel at 3pm and it was super fun. The general manager we spoke to was so friendly and personable. He really wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. They have outdoor fire pits to sit at, great for when it's snowy outdoors. They also have 2 outdoor hot tubs, a heated pool, smores making area, gym, and a sauna. The hot was amazing so fun that this is outdoors!! They have plenty of bars and cafes in the hotel itself making it really convenient. I had the best ceasar salad of my life at the restaurant in the hotel. Great location and super close to North Conway. The front desk was helpful in restocking towels, etc. Our room had a small kitchen in it which was really nice. Plenty of beds, Murphy bed in the wall, and couch that turned into a pull out bed.Nearby activities: Close to downtown north conway and skiing.Food & drinks: Convenient areas in the hotel to get take out from or eat at.

Like someone said if I could rate it a zero I would have. The hotel isn’t close to much so we were relying on the hotels restaurant. Both Friday and Saturday nights we weren’t able to be seated, we watched people wait 40 minutes then another 20 at their table before getting water. We had to eat out both nights. Thankfully for the grill on floor one for having what we need. The soda machine doesn’t have water and Judy told us to just use the tap water. The whole hotel is dated, the floors don’t feel safe to walk on yet you can hear every kid on every floor running. The icing on the cake was listening to the lady next to us in her bathroom hacking up a lung. The shower was awful, don’t even wash yours if you have thick hair. Parking is weird and sketchy at night, someone’s truck got broken into. We were leaving this morning and Bartlett police was there. Don’t do it!!

We were surprised to see so much snow since we drove in from Massachusetts and it only drizzled there. The snow weren't fluffy enough for the kids to play in. But if we had those sledes they prob would have sled up and down the place.Rooms are quite spacious. We had a nice size bed/ bedroom upstairs and a queen sz sofa bed which was enough for the kids. We also had a mini kitchen so we made pasta and meatballs and jollof with fried ripe plantains. The bathroom had 1 sinks and a half wash/ sink just before you enter the bathroom. So one can access the sink if the toiket is in use. One toiket though. We stayed a night or two extra but housekeeping wasn't overly efficient. We would've loved our room cleaned after day 2. We assumed it will be so we didn't request. We prob should've requested for housekeeping. Elevator slightly slow but overrall pools were amazing. Warm throughout n hot tub amazing even thoughit was freezingout. Pool and tub are outdoorsso bring your umbrella, winter jackets n coat n boots incase it snows while you'reat the pool. Sunner room just perfect to dry off from the pool. Each guestentitledto 1 pool towel. I guess saving water and electricity. But you can prob ask for an extra one if need be. I didn'tswim but my 3 daughters did so i got an extra towelfor me but they used it. Id definitely recommend. And looking forward to going again.Rooms: Emasculatly clean.Enough supplies except you have to request house keeping if staying longer.Rooms were cozy. Rooms were heated b4 we got there which was nice because it had snowed and it was freezing. They have blackfriday deals at reduced stay price to check that out next time.Safety: Not totally on the outskirts of town. It seemed faily safe, peaceful and quiet.Food & drinks: There's a cafe there. We didn't eat in but those eating looked like they enjoyed what they were eating. We had a breakfast lunch meal at a near by restaurant and it was very homemade. We loved it. Cant remember the name of the place. Ask me next time.

tl;dr if you are looking for a restful getaway in the mountains, this isn't the place. My husband and I booked two nights here because we thought it would be a nice hotel near a lot of hikes, and we looked forward to sitting in the hot tub after a long day in the mountains. We requested a quiet room on the top floor (and they did give it to us), however, the sound insulation was so bad that we were barraged with the sound of endless children running down the hallway, pounding the floor, and slamming doors. On top of that, our mattress was so broken down in the middle that it was bow shaped and we both kept rolling into each other. Ultimately one of us ended up sleeping on the couch. They did offer to move us to another room, but it was late and I am not at all convinced that it would have been any better given the condition of the place. The room was super outdated in general, and the layout was inconvenient. There were no night stands or outlets near the bed. The shower head is the most basic kind you can get, and half the water would still come out the bathtub spout no matter what I did. All meals are an up-charge and mediocre at best, but it can be really inconvenient to leave the property which is a bit isolated. They didn't have water or free coffee for guests like you would find at cheaper places. And then there was the hot tube we were looking so forward to...they say a hotel hot tub is too dirty if you can drop a quarter in there and not tell if it's heads or tails. In this case, I'm not sure you could see the quarter. The water was brown-ish and cloudy, and it was a pretty striking contrast from the relatively clean pool which the hot tubs are adjacent to. I have gotten pseudomonas from cleaner-looking hot tubs and noped out of there within 5 seconds. In the end, we got such little sleep that we checked out before our second night.

Currently staying here and I do not recommend. The walls and floors are like paper. We have kids running around upstairs and literally pounding on the floor and we talked to the staff. Nothing has changed. I get that people will be a little loud but this is ridiculous. Other people are here too and they can't switch are room because of stupid policies. Worst experience ever. Also can't speak for all the rooms but in our studio, the bed was so hard and painful to sleep on we had to use the pull out couch and stack up blankets. The pool is wonderful and big with two hot tubs. You can even find time to get out there by yourself. I like having a full kitchen.Entrance from the road is hard to see because the sign is set back and the lights at night don't stay on to light up the sign at night so we missed the turn the first night. The parking is really far from the main building so lugging suitcases isn't fun.Beware of the vending machines. They spit out dimes and nickles that it doesn't even take for payment so it ate some of our money. The Black Diamond Grille is pretty good. My husband and I got the French toast breakfast one morning and it was delicious with the home fries and we added sausage. I do recommend checking it out.

Stayed here for 2 nights with the family. Good location to explore around the Whites. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean lobby and surrounding grounds. But, here’s where they get 2 stars for rooms. We stayed in a 2 bed unit. 1 Murphy bed and 1 sofa bed. We have tweens so they were fine on the sofa bed. Wife and I stayed on the Murphy bed. I don’t mind Murphy beds. In fact, we have one in our spare bedroom at home. It’s awesome with a great mattress. The mattress’s in these rooms were horrible. Neither of us got much sleep from tossing and turning. They were thin and appeared pretty old. They need to invest in some new ones. Unfortunately I wouldn’t go back because of that.

We had the penthouse which was expensive, but worth it. If you ever visit you need to see Judy. She has been there for 25+years and she knows the best places to go and has a ton of stories to tell. The view is spectacular and the pool is heated. The staff was super friendly and understanding.Rooms: The penthouse was clean and beautiful. I could have stayed in the room the whole timeWalkability: Had a friend go with me who has a bad knee and lower back. She uses a cane most of the time. She had no trouble getting aroundFood & drinks: The food and drinks were a little on the pricer side, but it all tasted so great and the bar tender was super friendly and knew all of our drink ordersNoteworthy details: Judy is the person to see

Probably the worst hotel experience in a long time.1. I entered an uncleaned room and had to wait an hour for the room to be cleaned because all the other deluxe studios were informed to be full. No compensation offered by the hotel, not even an voucher. Some other guests encountered the same problem that night.2. Traveling with friend and booked a deluxe studio because it says two beds. Well, one bed is a sofa bed and the other is a Murphy bed. The sofa bed had bugs on them!! Me and the other different gender friend in the end has to sleep on the same bed. We managed to use the bed horizontally but neither of us had a decent sleep.

Nice looking hotel with nice pool, pretty grounds. Very strange that they have a very decentlooking restaurant that wasn’t open for guests for breakfast or dinner. The concierge standing in the doorway of the restaurant, arms folded telling us we’re couldn’t go in was not very customer friendly, especially as we were just passing on our way back from going out to dinner elsewhere because the restaurant was closed. Also strange that they were catering a buffet breakfast for a passing bus tour, but not for actual hotel guests…?Anyway, overall the hotel feels like it could be so much better, but the skeleton staff and lack of certain basics made our stay feel a little strange and for the price we paid, it wasn’t terrible, but I wouldn’t rush back.

This hotel deserves 5-STARS hands down, not a 4.3. 1000%, one of the best places we have stayed and will absolutely stay there again. It is well landscaped, clean, EVERY employee we encountered including from front desk to cleaning attendants were so kind and said hello! 😀 The tap room food was delicious, the strawberry margarita was perfect ($15? Eek) The cafe, however which opens at 7am has THE BEST breakfast sausage/egg/cheese/bagel sandwhich and very affordable food. Opened all day until I think 7 or 8pm. Food, snacks, drinks, coffee, etc. Very nice ladies! The pool is super nice, great temp. There was a tiki bar one night, which was cool. We really didn't want to leave. Our girls also loved that you have a playground, too! Thanks for a great stay. Keep up the good work!

I've been an owner from over 10 years but have been coming to this resort for close to 20 years now and it is the absolute best experience I've had as a child and adult with my own children now.Pros•Price •Owner perks •pool and spa • breakfast grill and store • arcade • Valet Parking•Gourgous landscapingCons• Wish renting room covered more over my dues • Pool could be warmer in winter • restaurant has amazing food but is under staffed9.99 out of 10 for this placeStaff is super helpful af kindNoteworthy details: Absolutely the best vacation option or timeshare (quartershare) opportunity in all of New Hampshire; how can you beat heated pools, spa, hot tubs, and skiing out the back door to the chair lift. Although not closer to North Conway (NoCo), it was a wonderful place to stay for "Leaf Peeping." This hotel was ideal for us because it was right on Rte 302 and we could get in and out of NoCo without much traffic. The room was clean and bright. We asked for a room that did not look over a parking lot and we were treated to a view of the mountains from our private balcony!

This place is definitely NOT grand. Bed folds out of the wall, BARELY big enough for a couple. I think someone will be sleeping on the couch. The extra blanket is rough and not comfortable at all. Our view is dirt and back of a building complete with caution tape. Answered their welcome text and the response? "Sorry the room doesn't meet your standards. Hope checking in will be the only hiccup in your trip -Christine" My only hiccup was actually choosing this place.

Friendly hotel staff and location was convenient for ski in/out for Bear Peak and Attitash skiing. We would especially like to thank Judy, at concierge, for her gracious hospitality and helpful resource for all the local activities and restaurant suggestions. The rooms were clean and spacious featuring a kitchen. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub!

It was going to be 70 degrees on Sunday, we wanted to go to the beach, too cold so I came up with a brilliant plan to go to attitash summit hotel, we're there pool is awesome 86 degrees salt water pool, but this time what a disappointment water was freezing cold , not enjoyable. What a shame, the lady herself even said there known for their big, warm pool. Other patron in pool said water was freezing to.

Room is decent, not luxury. But clean, roomy, and new-ish. Small kitchenette, Murphy bed, pull out couch. Table.Who doesn't like ski-in ski-out with an out door hot tub.Nice bar/ restaurant in the hotel. All service was very friendly.Hotel is cheaper than similar hotels around New England.Nearby activities: Ski-in ski-out, downhill, cross-country, hiking, rock climbing, restaurants and pubs, horses, skating

Even though we only went for one night for a girls trip. Super quiet on a Sunday night wish the restaurants were open but we knew in advance that they would not be. So instead we got to explore the area. Highly recommend this place.Rooms: The beds were actually quite comfy and the pillows didn't instantly deflate when you put your head on them. Super clean too!
