Our senior Agatha had to visit the ER last week. Her visit notes were sent to Tower Hill. We have been going there for about 6 years. They are amazing! They called today to see how Miss Agatha was doing! They really care. We didn’t go to Tower Hill for the ER visit because it was urgent and in the very early morning. If you want your fur family to have amazing care, follow up, and overall compassionate care, visit this practice. Thank you all for you’re care for our seniors.

Everyone at Tower Hill is so wonderful! After having my boy Benjamin at the emergency vet over the weekend for an infection, Tower Hill followed up with me on Monday. They helped keep me calm every time I called worried he wasn't improving fast enough. (He's feeling much better now) all of the staff there are so compassionate and kind. So much so that my boy actually LOVES going to the vet! Dr. Bright is fantastic and I have to especially thank Stacy who is always so kind and patient with myself and my giant dog!

I've been taking my cats here for probably 10 years now! Dr Bright, Greta, Dr. Tucker and ALL of the staff are amazing, caring and attentive. Fees are very reasonable too.

I like the staff. They are very friendly in person. Prices are good better that other hospitals I have been. I follow Dr. Alan Tucker to this location. I like his practice, he is very kind and knowledgeable. He spends time with you in the appointment answering questions and giving you guidance.However, If you call to make an appointment or ask questions the staff sometimes are not that friendly. They come across sometimes little rude. My husband is a nice guy he usually does not get upset with people at the phone but he gets frustrated with the staff. So I do the calls. I can take rude, I work customer service for years so that does not affect me.Love the place . It's clean . And like I said the staff is very friendly in person. So visit the hospital, they will take care of your four legged family memberUPDATE: 4/5/2024. DR. TUCKER HAS RETIRED. my trustworthy vet retired last year and the hospital didn't have the courtesy of letting me know. If you go to this clinic because of Dr. Tucker expertise, I'm letting you know that he isn't there

I can't thank the whole staff enough. I had a small emergency with my bengal cat, io. They were able to make time WITHIN THE HOUR to see him. Dr Bright gave him the care and attention he (and I) needed. He's home now, happy as a cat can be. All of my pets have been patients here, and that will not stop. Top notch, as always! ♥

I took my German Sheperd here this morning for her annual visit. I've been wanting to change vet's for awhile now. I have nothing negative to say. Everyone was super friendly as soon as we walked through the door. My dog liked everyone as well which is great. A visable sign was that she laid down on the floor and sighed deeply while waiting for the vet to come in. They were very thorough, answering questions and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable there. I definitely will be remaining here for my dogs care!

Everyone at Tower Hill is super caring and very thorough starting with the great people who answer the phones (Stacy, Linda, etal) to the vet techs (Olivia, Morgan, etal) to the Doctors. Today we saw Dr. Tucker (our forever vet). I followed him here because he's God's gift to animals. His knowledge is incredible and so is his ability to explain what's going on. His smile and gentleness will melt your heart. When it was time to go, my dog didn't want to leave. She tried following Dr. Tucker out of the exam room. Dr Bright, though I met her only briefly many years ago, I never forgot her thoroughness and genuine care for animals. The place is so clean and cheerful. I wish they took human patients also,

I cannot attest to the care this office will provide. However, my experience trying to schedule was horrible. I called to ask for general price range for a specific surgical procedure. I was told that they do this procedure but couldn’t give me a price range. I pressed that I don’t need exact numbers just within a thousand dollars or so. They reported they couldn’t provide any numbers. I have called 5 other vet offices and they could all provide a general range. This location is much more convenient so I was hoping for this office expecting that follow-up care will be necessary. I asked if they could give the general cost for a consult…again a general range would be helpful. No answers. The receptionist wasn’t rude but not particularly warm….and thoroughly unhelpful.

Unfortunately after giving this place thousand of dollars over years of bringing our pets there, we will no longer be going to Tower Hill. Rude receptionist and they couldn't be bothered to see my sick puppy. All about money and time . My money and time will go somewhere else !

Thank you so much to dr tucker and the staff at Tower Hill. Recently my cat Jelly came in for a neutering. My biggest concern was he not be in pain. Dr Tucker and his staff did such a wonderful job of taking care of jelly that when he got home he was acting as if nothing happened, pain free! Jelly also went for his shots and yearly exam and every time the staff and Dr tucker took great care of him. The doctors and staff here really do care about your pet and love what they do. I am happy to have them as my veterinarians for my cat.

Dr. Tucker has repaired my dogs left and right acls. The staff is personable, they treat your dog like he/she is their own and they truly care for your pet. Dr. Tucker takes the time to educate you and answer all questions. I always leave feeling reassured that my dog was taken care of to the best of their ability. I would drive hours to bring my pet here if I needed to. Dr. Tucker and staff are the best and we can’t thank them enough.

I would very much like to rate this a five-star place. They are extremely busy and you have to book your appointments out pretty far. The services that you receive from the certified staff are nothing short of fantastic. Especially Dr. Tucker. There are two issues I have with them. One is the lack of sick appointments. Almost every other facility I've been to in the past has had sick appointments for last-minute issues. This place doesn't seem to have any. In addition the reception staff is less than professional. On my last phone call as the call was disconnected I heard the secretary sigh. I had a few calls back and forth trying to establish a good time to bring the dog in but I didn't realize I was being a bother. I was told that I couldn't be picky with my time availability. I apologized and was very nice however the secretary still continue to be snippy. I don't consider this professional and therefore knocking the Stars down.

I will never be able to say enough good things about this place. They are always kind and gentle with my pup and with me. As a first time dog mom they’re always willing to give advice and see us on (very) short notice when i feel like something isn’t right. Im realizing I’m a bit of a ‘helicopter’ dog mom- but they are always so understanding and always address all of my concerns!

We're brand new to Tower Hill. It has been a good experience with both our dog and cat. The Front Staff, the Assistants and Dr. Bright are friendly, good with our fur babies, informative as well as good listeners. Great choice since we're new to the area.

Wonderful! My regular vet could not fit us in for a rabies booster after my dogs mixed it up with an Opossum. Tower Hill for us right in! No waiting! (I typically wait 20-30 minutes for appointments at my old vet; have to call ahead to see how far behind they are before I show up!! ) My old vet was nice with good skill, but Tower Hill us now my new vet. I am only sorry I waited so long.

Dr. Tucker is the BEST Veterinarian in the state of NH. Me and my family have been seeing him for 40 years or more. He is patient he gives the best advice he makes you leave knowing that you're in the mall is going to be OK and he is just wonderful he wants to know about the animal but he also wants to know about your life and how you are doing. He is absolutely exceptional and the staff at Tower Hill are awsome the 2 ladies at the front desk preferably the one with the dark longer hair she has the patience of a Saint and she is the sweetest lady ever I highly recommend going to this veterinarian hospital.

I love the first name basis they have with everyone when i go there i feel like I'm just hanging out with my friends. They are also very great with my dog he loves coming here. If you are skeptical about your vets then switch to tower hill animal hospital they have all the equipment and determination to get your pet healthy again. :)

A vet tech was able to squeeze me in to look at my dog's skin issue that popped up. She was great and double checked it was ok with me first. They also have a pet care plan available, which is a godsend of you have an older dog, or one that as health issues.

The most unprofessional, uncaring group of people. I brought my 19 year old cat in this morning, explained to them she very sore and needed to be handled gently. The vet technician picked her up so violently and was held down on the table by 2 people. A 19 year old, 6lb cat needed to be held down. She was treated so terrible. Then when they were done torching her, they forced her back in her crate. It wasn't till we arrived home that we realized she was unable to walk. It seemed like her leg had been broken. I called the vets to complain. Didn't seem to bother them at all. We ended up taking her the the ER for X-rays as feared, her leg was broken. Due to her old age surgery wasn't an option. Sadly we had to put the cat down. Tower hill animal hospital refused to take responsibility. Pleasd don't take your pets here, unless you don't value the life of your beloved animals

I will continue to put this review up no matter how many times they take it down. I brought my 19 year old 6 lb cat in yesterday to have her eye checked out. The vet basically manhandled the poor cat and scared her half to death. Then 2 technicians had to force, and hold down the cat. Yes, you read that correctly. 2 grown adults had to forcefully hold down a 6 lb cat. After they gave her a shot, they forced her back in her crate. When we got her home and let her out, the cat couldn't stand on her back leg. I called the vets back and told them I think you guys broke her leg. They basically laughed at me and told me that was impossible. We then took her to the ER. The X-rays came back and showed a broken leg. I called the vet to complain and they have ignored my calls over and over again. Unfortunately we had to put the cat down due to her age. Surgery wasn't an option. I hope nobody will ever have to feel the pain that I do. Tower hill is a bunch of monsters

We received our new mini Aussie puppy with a health certificate from Tower Hill Vet dated 2/19/2021. Our puppy died 03/15/2021. Puppy came home with Giardia AND Kennel Cough. We brought him to our vet immediately who did everything they could and then had to refer us to Massachusetts Veterinary Referral Hospital to try and save this puppy. This puppy died at 14 weeks because it came home sick. This would have been completely avoidable if the puppy had been properly checked before being sent to his new home. We are devastated.

Dr.amy bright dr. Tucker are absolutely top-notch veterinarians they have been treating my dogs for years on end my dogs have known them since they were puppies and we are now bringing our new puppies to them they are family oriented. They offer much much more then just Veterinary Care you are considering looking for changing your vet I would highly recommend going to Tower Hill Animal Hospital check out their other services online they are worth at least 20 Stars

First off i want to say that I was so nerveous bringing my dog to the vet for the first time because she is my baby. Before going to Tower HIll i called at least five other vets and none of which i liked. I dediced to bring Daisy to Tower Hill Based off of a referral. The ladies here are absolutely wonderful. I never once felt pressured to do anything i did not want, I didnt feel beliddled, they welcomed daisy and i with open arms and answered all of my questions. Daisy was resuced by us, so we weren tsure if shes ever been to the vet. I had so many questions and concerns and im so glad they all got dealt with. Daisy acted pretty normal for a dog who has never been to the vet, she freaked out a little bit but Greta and Amy were so calm and patient with her, and i because me being an overprotective mother to fur daughter i cried when she looked scared. The ladies calmed us both down. I love this place next week we go to get daisy her shots, and im actually not nerveous about going. I recommend Tower Hill to everyone who loves there pets, and who wants to be treated with respect, and wants there pets tobe treated with love and compassion. Thank You So Much Ladies
