Alysia was absolutely amazing!! I had a unique windshield issue and desperately needed a replacement. It wasn't cracked or broken, but appeared to have been sprayed with a metallic paint,which made it incredibly difficult to see through at night or in direct sunlight. She went above and beyond to take care of me!! State farm covered the claim and I received a call within minutes from the company to schedule the replacement. And ..they drive to me to do the work!! Even at the last minute before closing time Alysia had people from several State Farm departments on a zoom call at 5:15pm on a Friday to figure out something in my account! It was all figured out! Heather was prompt with a written quote which was 30% lower than I was being charged from my previous carrier. I emailed for a phone appointment and it was nice to have someone call exactly when I requested. I can only hope that service will be equally good should I ever have to file a claim.

Alicia is Extremely knowledgeable about every type of insurance there is. I was hesitant about changing companies for my car (mine was so cheap), but after I spoke with her, I had full confidence she knew exactly what I needed and didn’t need for coverage. AND, it was actually $35 cheaper!!!I went back to her for home insurance, and she really broke it down to me, in lame man’s terms, what is smart to have versus what I was required to have. Understanding the types of insurances out there and what they all mean gave me the tools I needed to find the right plan. I never felt like I was being “sold” something.
