As advertised it is a 2 star hotel. It was fine for us - we used it as a stopping point for skiing. The staff were friendly and working hard to keep things neat. The ownership would be well advised to update/renovate the interior - everything is just VERY dated. Hot water in the showers would be great too. If the prices had been lower to match the hotels infrastructure it would get higher ratings but like all NH/VT hotels during ski season, the raise prices on weekends.

Room was adequate, no more, a bit less. Showed some age, bathroom felt a bit grimy. Shower took a dozen minutes for the water to warm up.Charged $166+ per night in the middle of the week with only a handful other guests. Absolutely not worth the price.Rooms: Small, bit grimy, water took forever to heat.Nearby activities: None.Safety: Slight Shining vibes on an empty night, but, dramatism aside, felt totally safe.Walkability: There's nothing to walk to

Stayed here for one night. We got in late otherwise we would not have stayed. Cleanliness of the room was poor at best. There was hair in the bed, pee stains in the bathroom and a wall paper note that read “help me”. There is also mold in the bathroom on the ceiling above the shower where the ceiling was falling apart. The shower curtain rod looked like someone was hung from it and the bathroom door knob was falling apart. Made me wonder how many died in that room. Would not recommend

Way better experience than I was expecting! Non smoking room did NOT smell like smoke when most hotels do. The beds were comfy. The AC was amazing. The best part was how close it was to gas stations in case you needed a water like I did or snacks, Dunkin. The best part was it was the perfect distance and view to watch the 4th of July fireworks on the 5th! super clean too! Kid friendly and very quiet.

The hotel was simple and nice - even though close to the hotel, room was quiet so had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was also good. But what was exceptional was the management mailing my daughter's forgotten gift for her boyfriend to my house in Massachusetts. Was not as easy as I just wrote, but done with a smile (sounding voice). Class is in the people, so while the place alone was nice, with the staff this was staying at the Ritz!

Booked here last minute after a Friday concert at Gilford Pavilion and got in late. Hotel is dated but the issues go beyond the decor. Our room was clearly not cleaned. Discoveries included leftover soap and hairs in bathroom from the last guests and their garbage in the sheets which had clearly not been changed. The tub dripped all night long and was in a very unwelcoming state as you can see in the photos. The curtains were falling down and let in all the light. When I tried twice to talk to the desk to request a cleaner room, no one was present. While I did not use it, the view of the pool from our broken window showed cloudy opaque waters which were in keeping with the state of our room. All that said, the breakfast lady everyone mentions in reviews is indeed a lovely lady who cares deeply that you are happy and feed well. She deserves all the praise heaped upon her. For $300 a night this is a questionable place to stay if cleanliness and comfort are important to you.

Room was very clean and quiet. Nice to have a sofa to sit on while watching TV. One of the best breakfasts I've ever had for a free motel breakfast, with waffles, fresh fruit, sausage, and scrambled eggs available in addition to the usual cereals and juice.

Room was repaired half-$&@!, bathrooms had dirt everywhere bottom of tub was only describable as slimy. The “Complimentary breakfast” tasted like freeze dried food, microwaved then sprinkled with salt, It was so bad we had to go to a diner as it was inedible.BEDS WHERE HARD AS A ROCK. Seriously?! How do you mess that up!!Room was freezing cold should have been made temperament since we reserved the room. Outside lights got turned on around 10:00PM and lit up the room even with the curtains closed. Barely got any sleep waste of money.

The guy checking us in(scally cap) was great, only highlight. The halls smelled of smoke, the room had laby bugs on the curtains and the shower had black mold on the ceiling. We had a barking dog in the room across from us, every time we went in or out it would start barking

The hotel staff was amazing! We were camping way up north and unfortunately a storm hit, we completely lost all power and water In our camper... the winds were horrible and quite frankly it was kind of scary, we called Quality Inn they had a room not only for our 5 person family but they also accommodated my German Shepherd! The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was great!!! Thank you all for letting us have a great nights sleep!! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We spent one night here after a 4 day trip from SC. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. Breakfast had a good selection. Very nice.

One night stay. Room was fresh and clean. A little small but a great price. Queen bed was very comfortable. DirectV, fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker. Plenty of ice for our cooler. The breakfast time was scheduled for 6 - 10am but was prepared and ready very early, well before 6. This was a great convenience for our schedule as we needed to eat a hit the road. Very friendly and efficient staff. We will stay at Comfort Inn again.

This was one of THE WORST hotels I have ever stayed at. Booked the room over a month ago, reserving a standard room with 2 beds. Arrive at the property, and are given a pet friendly room. We didn't want to be picky, so we went to the room. It literally smelled like a dog had been pissing all over the carpet. So, we asked for a different NON pet friendly room. We carried all of our stuff back to the front desk, just to be given keys to ANOTHER PET FRIENDLY ROOM!!! At this point we were irritated and spoke to the VERY RUDE General Manager. All we got from him for a solution was for us to check out if we didn't like it...um,excuse me??? We booked a NON PET FRIENDLY ROOM OVER A MONTH AGO!! The ONLY reason we stayed in this nasty place was because of time constraints, and no vacancies anywhere else at 5pm on a Saturday night on a concert weekend at a big nearby venue. This place needs new ownership and management. Never ever again would we waste our money on this nasty property!!!

Bring Fido and their FAQ on Hotels.com said they accept pets, but when I got their with my cat they said no cats allowed. Dude was super friendly and was genuinely sorry that he couldn't let them stay. No issue with a refund, and he was able to recommend a place he knew took cats. So if you got a dog, you're good.

Staff was very friendly. Place was dumpy. Carpet needed vacuuming all throughout the lobby. The room I stayed in had peeling wallpaper, stained ceiling, and was located underground next to the air condition units for the entire building. Needless to say they kept me up all night. Stay in Plymouth or anywhere else. I will never set foot in their again.

Very disappointed!! I have stayed at multiple Comfort Inn's and have never had a cleanliness issue. We had a one night stay at the Ashland, NH location for a family wedding. Our family booked 5 rooms all together and each one of them had a cleanliness issue. My first room I refused due to stained bedding, dirty socks left behind, and body wash containers left in the shower. My second room again, stained sheets and heat/ac unit not working properly. The other family members rooms all had issues with either stained/dirty bedding or dirty bathrooms. I was so disappointed I almost took the 3 hour drive back home just so I wouldn't have to stay there. The trash cans in front of the building were overflowing with trash, hotel grounds looked run down and lack of upkeep, my 2 rooms and the one other family member room I went into all had water stains on the ceiling were it looked like the roof had leaked at some point. Overall I would not stay at this hotel again due to lack of maintenance and cleanliness. Hotel staff did seem friendly and when asked for another room they promptly gave us another room, although I did see other guests entering the room we refused at most 15 minutes after refusing it. Seems like a short amount of time to reclean a room. I will not be staying at this location again.

The location is great and right off the I-93. The breakfast was a warm breakfast with waffles, eggs, and sausage. The room was a typical hotel room but had a distinct smell when you first walked in but it dissipated as soon as you are in the room for a few minutes. Other than that the place was average and great!
