Fantastic staff! Willing to help! Rick, the owner was very helpful. I had a set of keys that needed programming to start my car. Now, I did not purchase the keys at Edmund's but Rick was willing to help! Been to many hardware stores and Edmond's was great!Only 2 issues, closing on a Sunday and closing at 5:00 on a work week.

Not only is this a local gem, but the employees are incredibly helpful and knowledgable. I highly recommend taking the time to engage them when picking up your project supplies. This is a weekly run for me and am never disappointed.

A person at the counter greeted me with enthusiasm and was very welcoming. That person gave me the option to wait a second and offered to point me in the right direction. The owner came over and showed me the way. He answered all of my questions, was very knowledgeable, friendly, kind and had great suggestions. He made me realize there's so much more offered at a mom and pops place of business that can not be offered at a big box. I would rather spend my money supporting local business and supporting the community. Thank you.

A hardware store like hardware stores used to be. They make the effort to remember your name, and you can't make three feet in the door that there isn't someone friendly and knowledgeable ready to help. Not to mention the inventory is nothing short of astonishing. So many times I've searched around big box stores for some old or odd thing only to find that Edmunds has it right in stock. Not worth going anywhere else.

One of the staff members (an elderly woman) was crabby and reluctant to get a product off of the top shelf for me to look at. I would have gladly climbed a ladder to get it myself, but most stores don't want customers climbing to get products from high shelves due to liability.She said she could look it up on the computer, but that's not the same as holding and looking at the actual product packaging at one's leisure.The store is small and the aisles are narrow. It was a little difficult to find the items I came to look for, but I didn't want to ask for any further assistance from the reluctant staff member. I purchased one item and left feeling frustrated, because I was planning to look at other things.I went to a different store to purchase what I needed.

Great as always. They know what they're talking about. This is an old fashioned place, where you can get really help, they tell you, they teach you, and then they sell you what you need. A shot time ago went in and was going to over buy paint. They said no best guess. Got 2 still had left over. And I was going for 4 saved me about $100.

Huge selection of things that you won't find in the big box stores and friendly knowledgeable help.I made a return visit the other day and once again, was just blown away bye the variety of items that you just won't find anywhere else.To say that the staff is knowledgeable, is a gross understatement. They really know their stuff and we'll come up with solutions for your Hardware problems that you never knew existed.Take advantage of this place and visit it so that it never goes away.

If you are near, why go elsewhere? This is a local and family owned hardware store; fully staffed with knowledgeable locally hired folks. Your neighbors, ready and willing to get you what you need. The store is filled with the stock you'd expect: nuts and bolts, seeds and feed, plumbing tools... Stop in and tell 'em I sent ya!

They are helpful and still have older fixes that don't require me to buy a new one, ie... bushing for table saw blade!... like everywhere else. Spend your money here and keep it around. Valuable DIY resource.

The best hardware experience. Who has stood looking at nuts and bolts not sure if it is right. These guys take an interest in your project and take you around the store to help you find all the pie es and parts you need for your project. It is the opposite of the big box hardware stores where you are left swimming in a sea of I don't know.

Bought a new Weber grill online through Ace for delivery to Edmunds. That day I got a call from the owner Rick. He went over my options for immediate pick-up as he had one all assembled in the store. They offer free assembly and local delivery as a courtesy. They delivered it on the next Thursday with white glove service by his son. Helped me place it, went over the controls and test fired it. Edmunds is the place to go around these parts for just about anything. What you'd expect to see in a mercantile/hardware combination store from years in the past.

Absolutely nowhere else you need to go for your hardware needs. These guys have everything over and above the big box stores. No need to even bother to go to Lowe’s or Home Depot. Very happy with my experience.
