I've been coming here since it was "PetLife", I actually purchased my guinea pig here when they sold small pets. I really like the staff at this store, and the selection of food and treats. They have brands that bigger stores don't carry and really awesome natural treats for my dogs. I've used their self wash station, it was clean and easy to operate.The only reason they didn't get five stars is because a lot of their products are missing pricing, either on the product itself or the label for it on the shelf is absent.

The best customer service! The best busy treats around! I've never seen any place like this that has so many amazing busy chews and toys. Everything I have purchased from here, my puppy just loved it! Will be going back there as soon as she eats through her current busy chews! Much love and respect for this store! 5 stars!

Took my puppy here today for a nail trim. What a great experience. His last trim at another pet store was traumatic for him. Today was a breeze. Thank you so very much for your patience and kindness. Will be back regularly.

Very nice store, today was like Christmas all kind of free Good's samples coupons. Help was very friendly. Enjoyed are visit today. We bought a collar new lead as well as dog food and treats.

Went to Grand opening where they signed me up for rewards, so they said. Never got the 500 bonus points or the points for my purchase that day. I was never enrolled. Tried calling them a few weeks later to inquire about the rewards program and to ask about product availability. For two days no one answered the phone. I opted to bring my business to Pet Supplies Plus on Amherst Street in Nashua.Loyal Companion has ensured my rewards points balance is correct. Thank you.

Very cute dog/cat boutique type store. Very clean does with a nice selection of unique finds for your pets. Their prices are reasonable and the employees are all very friendly and do their best to be as helpful as possible.

Great selection of products and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely keeps me coming back even though I drive by two big box pet stores on the way.

I just love this store and the workers the service like no other store I have ever been to .I not only buy my dogs food but I have my dog groomed he has detachment disorder and is very ,very difficult to work with and Nancy is gentle and patient with him .I highly recommend stopping in and seeing it for your self .

Friendly staff that always says hello when you go in. It is a little on the expensive side for most items tho. The food seems to be comparable or better in price than other pet stores, but all the other merchandise seems slightly more expensive.
