Took our dog Emma in for nail trim. Emma is very fearful of people , a rescue dog , just 6 months old. We’ve had her 3 months. Melissa was very understanding and gentle with her. Was a positive experience for Emma. The nail trim and Grinch foot trim was excellent. Highly recommend.

*** IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT, CALL TO CONFIRM ***This place WAS fantastic. Every review that you read here reflects what we once felt about this business. We would book our dog months in advance to get her in to her "spa day." That changed this morning.We had booked a 7/23 8:00 AM appointment with them back on March 11th. They were so busy that we booked a couple of more appointments through the end of the year right away to make sure that we could get our dog in. I received confirmation e-mails and texts with the appointments.This morning when I arrived, I was told that Amanda was no longer there and that because we had booked with her, the appointment was invalid. I told them that this was the first I had heard of it, and that I had booked through K-9 Kreations and received confirmations. Apparently, that did not matter and they had another appointment in my place. They suggested that I get the number for Amanda herself from the sign on the door and call her for an appointment.I understand that people at a business come and go, but my appointment says K-9 Kreations. To just cancel my appointments without any notice is completely unprofessional and unacceptable from a business. I guess that we need to find another groomer. I will call Amanda later today to see when she is available.

My dog Ruger has never had positive experience at a groomer. He absolutely loved going here. He's a energetic gsp and they took such good care of him. He was happy and wagging his tail when I picked him up. He smelled and looked fantastic. If you are in the lakes region this is the place to bring your four legged best friend. Lynn Rojek did such a top notch job and I couldn't be happier

I have 2 Cocker Spaniels which are notoriously hard to cut. And mine are moody, so I was pleasantly surprised when I picked them up and they were immaculate and so cute! They smelled better than they have in years! Anyways, i had to drop them off at her house since she hadn't opened the store yet, so now that she has I can't wait to see it! We'll definitely keep going back to her! Also, her personality is just amazing! Definitely a dog person and very knowledgeable! Thank you so much and we can't wait to see you again! It will be soon!
