We had an awesome experience snowshoeing with our family. It was exactly what we were looking for. The trail was perfect, and with recent snowfall, we needed an experienced guide to navigate us safely. Great vista point on the summit hike! Our guide Casey was so patient with our 2 big kids and they loved having his friendly dog join us for this adventure! Would highly recommend this company for a memorable time in Lake Tahoe!

I booked online thinking I was picking up a kayak at Zephyr Cove. We needed to pick up at their location (1/2) mile from the cove. This was the best experience. Randy loaded for us and made sure we had and knew everything we needed. Even gave us tips on where to park and go once in the water. I will definitely be back. The most fun on the lake! Thank you Randy!

One of the best times I've ever had in Tahoe. They were able to get us in last minute. Randy was our guide for a snowshoe hike. Randy was an awesome guide. He showed us the most beautiful views and took his time with us beginners. Will definitely come back.

We had the best time Casey and his team are top notch. Rented ski bikes, had them delivered to the resort, and took a lesson. The kids and I picked it up fast with the expert coaching. We highly recommend and will be back not only to rent ski bikes but to try their electric Moon Bikes as well.

My son had a great experience learning to ride a SkiBike with Lake Tahoe Tours and Rentals. Our guide Randy went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a good time and we became fast friends. My son (9 yrs old) was a confident rider and ripping it up by the end of the day. We will definitely be requesting Randy for future tours and Casey was very accommodating to help my son with his adaptive riding needs. These guys are the best!

Moonbikes!Super dog friendly. If you’re trying to do something adventurous with your dog, this is your place.we rented the electric bikes and it was one of the best experiences we’ve had.My 5 year son loved it, he had an amazing time. Casey took so much patience in showing us how to use the bikes and every time I fell he encouraged me to keep trying.Can’t wait to come back and do it again.

We had the best time renting ski bikes from Casey. He was super knowledgable and really helpful to get us best bikes, setup and tips for riding. Its such an easy learn. Although putting them on the lift looks tricky, even that turned out ok at first and then easy after 2nd timeI would definitely recommend giving skibikes a try and going to Casey for best value2024 Update:we rented again from Lake Tahoe tours with Casey and the experience was just as good as the first time. Equipment was in great shape. He modified the shocks so we got the best experience. Please give it a try the next time you are in Tahoe

If you are looking for some amazing paddle boards I highly recommend getting them from Inclusive Excursions! This was my fiancé and I first time in Lake Tahoe and Casey just started off our trip amazing! The best customer service experience I have had honestly ever!! Casey did an amazing job explaining how to use the paddle boards and he was so kind enough to tell us a beautiful spot to even go paddle boarding and Casey did not disappoint! I can't wait to do this again! Randy was a very patient and thorough coach. This is the best learning experience I have ever had for a downhill snow sport. In just 2 hours, I felt I had what I needed to go down a long run - I completed that run with no problems and had a lot of fun. I am a snowboarder and a skier. This bike is my new love, and I can't wait to continue my learning journey. Thank you, Randy!

Awesome day renting paddle boards. My fiancé and I rented 2 inflatable paddle boards for the day. Casey was very friendly and helpful. When we noticed one of our paddle boards was missing the fin, Casey drove us an extra one 20 mins down the road. I’m so glad he did too because when the winds picked up in the afternoon it definitely came in handy. Thanks again Casey

I've been wanting to try ski biking for a while! Casey and his team made it easy, with pick up and delivery at the resort, and some great pointers. I also watched every beginner ski bike video I could find on YouTube and that gave me enough knowledge to get out there and try it. I picked it up quickly, esp. considering I don't have alot of skiing experience. I wish the bike had brakes :-/ but by the end of the day, my hockey stop technique was pretty darn good. If you are thinking about renting a ski bike, this is place to do it. They have the best selection and options, and everyone is super nice and knowledgable.

Casey and Jeff were friendly and helpful in helping me determine the best kayak for my adventure on Lake Tahoe! They helped me load and showed me how to use the ratchet straps correctly! Great guys with great knowledge and equipment for adventures!

We had a blast! We had no snow sports experience and it was our first time riding ski bikes and by the end of the day the two of us were carving the mountains up. Bikes were great, very laid back rental shop.

We planned a last minute trip to Lake Tahoe and this shop was the first one we stopped by. Immediately we were greeted by Randy with a wave and a smile! We needed a kayak that would fit 2 people + our black lab. Randy and Casey brought out a 3-person kayak and loaded it onto our car, and Randy showed us how to secure the kayak (super easy!). We took our kayak to Cave Rock and spent a few hours on the water with our dog. It was perfect. When we got back, Randy helped us unload the kayak and having met his dog earlier, we asked if he knew of any local dog-friendly restaurants. He recommended Lake Tahoe Aleworx which has BOMB pizza (please get the Pera pizza) and self-pour brews! Live music was a bonus. Amazing experience overall. I would give Lake Tahoe Tours & Rentals, and Randy, 10 stars!

We had the most epic day at Heavenly thanks to Lake Tahoe Tours & Rentals. I made reservations for our Ski Byks online and we were able to pay and sign all waivers beforehand. Randy was amazing throughout the entire process. He assured us that Ski Byks were easy to learn and helped with all if our questions, and then flawlessly delivered and picked up our bikes to the Gondola. Randy and his good vibes along with the absolutely incredible Ski Byks really made for a perfect day of fun at Heavenly. If I can Ski Byk, so can you! We immediately purchased our own byks, because we're obsessed.

Great Experience - OVERALL!!! Not an unhappy customer in the slightest!(Background) I move a lot for work, and don’t have my own kayak out locally. And I have a bunch of years both ocean (Pacific and Atlantic), as well as some of the coolest rivers in the country!I will say this much - some of the company’s rental/ equipment are not necessarily ‘Beginner Level’. This doesn’t mean don’t rent or take the kayak just handed to you!But the moral is be careful! Wear the gear! And have fun! Super awesome staff member who’s name damningly escapes my mind, but, awesome human!

My wife and I decided to try out Ski Bike's after a freind recommended trying it out. Glad we did but more so we are glad that we used Lake Tahoe Tours and had Randy as our trainer/tour guide!Randy was patient and very attentive to our beginner skills and helped us develope enough confidence to go up onto the mountain in no time!Highly recommend trying Ski Bikes out. Make sure to ask for Randy! :)

We couldn’t be happier! Dare I say, skibyk is more fun than a snowboard. No straping in at the top of every run and it’s just like riding a bike! Casey is an excellent teacher. He was very patient and helpful and demonstrated a mastery of the skibyk. We’ll be back

I couldn't be happier that Tahoe Tours & Rentals offered SkiByk rentals. My lodging on the Nevada side of Heavenly was ideal for picking up the morning of my rental. Casey was super friendly and lent a helping hand to load up the bike in my SUV. Definitely renting from this shop in the future!
