We partnered with ECS this past year to help us get our new rental up and running and use them for our ongoing cleanings and rental needs as bookings occur! They have more than exceeded our expectations with everything from timely & professional communication, thorough deep cleanings, special tasks (big and small), helpful referrals, last minute sporadic needs, home adjustments to improve guest experience and more. Each time, Wendylyn and her team are happy to assist, provide knowledgeable experience & suggestions, and have ultimately made this experience really smooth and enjoyable! I would say reliable and did the job quickly.Had a issue with the clean which the staff agreed was an issue, and assured me would be resolved if I contacted their manager. But the manager argued against any wrong doing which I do not appreciate as this was not a he said she said scenario.

I’ve been working with Wendylyn and her team for almost a year. They clean our vacation rental after every guest leaves. Her team leaves our house looking pristine. They’re on time, professional, detail oriented and proactive. In addition she accommodates special requests. From delivering a coffeemaker after mine had stopped working or helping to coordinate flowers and champagne for a guest I can always count on her. I’ve used cleaning services from others and ECS is been the best! We had family staying over our vacation house, they left a gigantic mess. ECS took pictures and cleaned for 6 hours. They stayed longer than needed, didn’t over charge us and even did a little extra cleaning on top. We reached out to Extraordinarily Clean last year after having a bad experience with a different company. The previous cleaning service missed their second scheduled cleaning, and our guests showed up to a messy, unclean space. It was our worst case scenario at the time.We switched to Extraordinarily Clean shortly after that, and Wendylyn and her team quickly proved to be reliable and dependable. They have been responsive to any feedback that we provide, and our guests have left positive feedback on the cleanliness of the space.We have continued to use Extraordinarily Clean for about seven months now. I get an email and text confirming every appointment, and I also get a notification on the day of the cleaning letting me know that the team will be arriving soon.They've given me peace of mind and they have made my job much easier managing our vacation rentals. I would definitely recommend them!

Extraordinarily Clean now EVS Tahoe charged us for 4 hours and rarely even performed 3 hours. Yes, we tipped our service providers — that is because we are good people.We tried for months to get Extraordinarily Clean / ECS Tahoe to actually complete four hours of cleaning. They would leave after between 2 or 3 hours and leave so much not done. Beds unmade, dishes undone, surfaces not dusted. They would clean the counters, sink, bathrooms and vacuum and leave at 2 hours, 2.5 or 3. Then we would get charged for 4 hours. Time after time.It is a difficult time but these problems all happened prior to the pandemic and persisted for months prior to the pandemic without being rectified. My husband is a pilot (thanks for sharing personal information workout permission!). - but his last flight to China was January 2020. He was completely off work from March through September and we were very careful following all guidelines — including limiting access to our house due to high risk relatives on premises.Please read carefully how Extraordinarily Clean, now ECS Lake Tahoe, writes about their clients. I will state it again initial responsiveness does not matter if you are repeatedly overcharged despite multiple attempts to work with a business. And despite our attempts to work with them they then refused to come out when we needed help. Just read their response.This owner became rude and hostile when we requested them to come out despite us being routinely overcharged, and with no explanation after our months of trying to work with them to fix the issues.This hostility seems to be a pattern for for Extraordinarily Clean, now ECS Lake Tahoe. See the additional reviews under their former name Extraordinarily Clean. Rather than fix issues they attack, and then change the business name. They said the minimum time to send out a cleaner was 4 hours each visit. We agreed to the 4 hour cleanings. Unfortunately, we typically had someone only clean for 2 to 3 hours, and then would still receive the bill for 4 hours. Major items were left not touched each visit. We brought these concerns to management, and they were responsive — including offering credits and changing cleaners — BUT the issues were never resolved and we never did receive the amount of services for which we were paying. We tried in good faith to make this work, and the responsiveness ultimately does not matter if the issues and over-charging and under-cleaning persists. I will be taking my business to someone that cares about providing a quality service.

We came to our Tahoe home on one Friday for a relaxing respite from the Valley heat only to find a bear had been residing in our home for several days. It was a mess--all food was on the floors, refrigerator/freezer open and running, oven open, door frame broken, etc. We were frantic to find help and Extraordinary Cleaning responded and was there Saturday. The broken glass and "goo" food was all over all floor surfaces. They sent three people who were professional, worked hard for the entire time and did an amazing job of getting up the broken glass, cleaning the carpeted areas, the tile, and the wood floors. They relieved our anxiety and cleaned every cushion and pillow in the damaged rooms. They were efficient and kind. By Saturday afternoon, it was spotless.Two weeks later we found some of the spots on the carpet had come through again and they sent a team to re-do the identified spots. Since I ran out of space in my last review, I guess it is time for a second review. Since this company decided to "back out" on a scheduled post-construction clean, I've received over 70 calls from a restricted number. Upon answering them, they always hang up right away. This all happened the morning they were scheduled to clean my house (lol). If this is coming from them, I guess they have better things to do with their time than work and make money! Once I blocked all the restricted calls, someone started calling my husband at least 10 times yesterday from another restricted phone number.Well today, I got this treat of a text message from a number that I've never seen before, but very similar to the number used to "tell me" that they weren't going to do the work. Besides my neighbors, only 6 companies know my name and address, and I'm paying most of them thousands of dollars to do work in my house. The only one that would have it out for me is presumably ECS. The text message screenshot will not upload, but here are the words:"Hello Christina,We have received your request for host the annual 2021 Lake Tahoe LGBTQ 🏳️‍🌈 event @ your home [MY EXACT ADDRESS] . Honored to share your home with you. Expect 75-100 guest July 23- July 30 th. Please have parking available for up to 20 guest per day . Food truck service has been arranged. Please provide extra seating . Let all your neighbors know the noise will be quite 10 pm 9 am dailyWe are all very excited for the opportunity to stay & host our event .Our coordinator Albertina will be working with the city for parking permits @ your home . Look forward to seeing you soon"Maybe this is all just a coincidence, but I've shared screenshots of this message with all of my neighbors and the City of South Lake Tahoe Police Dept. Be very careful doing business with this company.The funniest part about all of this cleaning drama is that we found this awesome company from Carson to come up and clean the house. In 5 hours with 2 men and myself, we got 98% of the sand removed for about $500. I would love to name this company, but after being doxxed from a review, I don't want anything to happen to their business. I would have paid ECS multiple times more than this just to clean up the sand, but they don't seem to be hustlers!*Edited to add a picture of my floor without sand last night after the Carson gentlemen helped us out! :)
