They are great! Ruth is amazing with my little schnauzer and finally able to have her groomed! They spend all the time Annie needs to feel relaxed and pricing is affordable. My schnauzer looks like a schnauzer again!!

I did not go to the spa. Almost in the same building is a groomer and they are wonderful! They bathe. Clean the gland in the back. Clean the ears and massage ur dog. My favorite so far. They're called Happy Tails and there's a kennel.

We have been looking for a place like this for over a year. The closest place to our neighborhood that does professional dog grooming is almost 60 miles away. We tried a couple of places in our small town but the knowledge of different cuts for poodles was not practiced. We are so thankful to have found The Happy Tales Spa in Yerington and have no problem having to make the drive for their service. Very professional and knowledgeable on our breed of dog and the cuts offered for her. Although we were unable to visit inside the spa, due to governmental restrictions laid out from covid, it was very encouraging to hear the desire to please for our choice of cuts and the knowledge to do so when we described our wishes. Thank you to the staff at Happy Tales and we look forward to a long professional relationship.

Boarded my three rat terriers for 5 days. Staff was nice, however you'll be dealing with different people depending on when you come in. Their prices are a bit higher than some places, but the boarding facility is clean, warm and the dogs are always in sight of activity and humans. Rather than being on cold concrete pens, the dogs are on laminate floors with nice pens where they can see each other. On pickup, none of our dogs appeared to have lost any weight so apparently they were fed all right. Dogs are taken outside to defecate. I'll use them again.

In June 22.. Cut my std poodle up like swiss cheese.. Then gave up and called me to come get her.. No bath, just bloodied face.. Charged me $40 despite the fact that only injuries occurred. 😩😞Steer very clear..Photo proo6

I would not recomend. I paid for the service then they bing me my dog, she had a cut under her eye, i got her home to fond a cut on her back hip. And the found her belly inflamed and shaved. This is a service dog. This report has been sent to the office that issued me this dog California sheriff department. I will not take the other dog there that was issued mt the USMC medical department.

Never board your animal here!! The staff was very unprofessional. They could not keep track of my dogs, what kennel they went into or what to feed them. When I picked up my dogs they had poop and pee all over them and the kennel floors. One of my dogs had marks on her neck from the chain they used instead of her collar. They quoted us one price but charged us more. NEVER AGAIN!!

Place is great! They have it all from Massage to Day Spa to Dog Grooming to Wellness! They have so much from human care and dog care I cant even list it all. Just an all around cool place!
