The low star is for the lady courtesy clerk/ bagger that just stand and wont even try to put the bags in the cart. She is standing near the cashier unlike all the other baggers that is outside the post. I lost 3 items on my bag and she put those inside someone else's bag.

Great quality food and really good fresh fruit and to top it off a park super close so we could eat lunch and let the kids play! Plus plenty of benches and picnic tables! Great selection of product at Rayles! Super cool find for our road trip and will Definitely be a stop to get kids energy out!

Went in for lunch, ordered a custom sandwich and to my dismay upon getting home was something that I didn’t even order. The gentleman taking my order didn’t seem to care about my order at all, the total lack of customer service at the deli was beyond me today because he had just helped a few elder lady’s and seemed perfectly fine helping them, First time I’ve ever experienced service like this. Probably won’t be ordering sandwiches from the deli againJust go to port of subs or subway for sandwiches

Hey raleys did you think people wouldn't notice your price gouging. This is a small rural town filled with working folks, what you're doing is wrong. I've been buying my pet food at this location for years, typically is between $9.99-$12.99 depending on which bag I get. Today THOSE SAME BAGS are $18.99-$22.99 respectfully. I urge the public to please PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE PRICES. I am done shopping here and you have lost my business for the foreseeable future.

In My Opinion This Is Price Gouging (Raley's Yerington Nevada), $19.99 for 9 Oz. of Hand Sanitizer, (High Mark Distillery Reno), $19.99 Off or $39.98 before the Sale as per the Card on the product. That is $284.00 a Gallon on Sale or $ 568.00 a Gallon if not on SALE.

Shocked that this is not rated much higher, it's clean, well stocked in every area and the check out ladies were friendly and knowledgeable. Whoever is rating this poorly should be forced to spend two weeks in Elko and then they will not be so whiney and entitled.

Only grocery store for miles. Always fresh produce. Stores on the smaller size. Huge parking area accessible for long haul truck or RVs.

I was in a hectic schedule when I decided to do a quick shop at this store. The cashier was very unattentive to what item she scanned compared to the quantity reflected to the monitor. We are already away in Yerington when we checked the reciept, and I lost $60 in total. I was in hurry so I forgot to check and trusted her.She is unfriendly too. I checked her nametag and her name is Rachel.

They have been improving lately in most areas, but still have a long way to go when it comes to restocking items in a timely manner, and adjusting the number of cashiers when needed. The customer service has gotten a lot better for people that were not familiar with the "old timers", now everybody gets an equal amount of service.As a local I tend to go out of town to get my groceries, but I am hoping that they continue to improve as they have been, and I will gladly do my shopping here.

The Bakery is yummy even if it is pricey as is the Deli. The pharmacy has gotten better, I really like the app they have. They have a free fruit for children under 12 snack cart. My kids are a little older than that, but I think it is a neat idea. They are still moving things around it seems, so they look out of stock some times. They also stoped carrying some items I loved, sadly, but they are a good store.

It is the only full grocery store in town. The prices are dramatically higher than other markets. We drive 50 miles to the Smiths in Dayton to do our major shopping. Coffee is Smiths price +$2. Meat: Smiths +$3. Canned veggies are $1.50 where in Carson they are 75 cents or so.Fresh produce is terrible. Much of it is very old and does not last in the fridge. Only one young man was helpful the last time I was there. Most of their produce people ignore the wilted and bruised and brown greens.Bright spot: The checkers are great, they bring my rating up from 1 star to 2.

Shawn the manager was so nice and helpful even when I was the one at fault. He went out of his way to accommodate us, we felt very foolish, but he still made us feel good. Very clean and pleasant store.

Great produce, bakery natural foods and liquor selection. Pharmacy Absolutely horrible. Bad staff. Can't keep anyone they hire. Never return your calls or a doctor's. Never transfer Prescriptions after repeated calls by other pharmacy. This has been going on for 2 years. It's not just one bad exerperience. Just do yourself a favor and go to ANY other pharmacy.

Sometimes has limited stock, and Raley's as a chain has higher prices, but the staff is good, and for being the only game in town(aside from the Mexican market and seasonal stands), they're doing alright.

When this became a Raley's, I was hoping that it would be better for the community than Scolari's was, and in some ways it is. They donate a lot to local charities, they have a rewards program and it looks like they are making an attempt to include products that we could not get before.The issues that I have with this place is that the organization of items in forever changing, making a five minute trip much longer because neither the customers, nor sometimes the employees know where to find anything.They have some decent sales sometimes, but the overall prices are a lot higher than one would expect a community like this to be able to afford, even for basic items. I was happy to see that the milk here is still less expensive than other places in Yerington. Hopefully, once they are done organizing, there won't be as many empty shelves.

Very friendly staff. I got a compliment on my mask. We bought dreyers ice cream 2 for $6, Arizona tea 2/$1, stocked up on sodas. Both Pepsi and coke were 3 6 pk bottles for$10. And frozen dinners. Very proud we didn't get cakes or cookies or candy. Lol.

As I was a customer from 1980 in modesto ca and in minden/gardnerville tell they came to yerington its obvious I had to enjoy their produce and deli plus service. But in yerington their prices are even exorbitant for towns with much higher per capita income and ridiculous for here. Little variety, caused by high prices and really good employees who have to deal with this attitude that has grown out of public resentment. The town employees keep the store open because of family and friends. Myself I am forced to go once a month to gardnerville or minden and buy $500.00 and only get a few staples during the month to tide me over. Minus gas I usually save nearly $80. To $90. Buy buying smart that way. Put it to the public if you like. I like the employees and have enjoyed years of Raley's but am obligated to do what is best for my household.
