Great place! Lots of food selections and the store is large and clean. The attendant was very friendly. The coffee was fantastic. Everything was modern.We are members of Love's Connect and so we get several rewards (for example 10¢ off per gallon of gas). Become a member if you're not. All of the food on display was fresh and looked delicious.This one has A Carl's Jr attached and a casino. They have public showers available at reasonable prices. We bought a fresh salad (salad dressing is free) from the store and sat down to eat in Carl's Jr.They have 24 hour RV parking. It's dry docking but it's a place to pull in and get some sleep. There is a nice Dog Park availableThis is a wonderful place with just about everything you need to refresh yourself. I highly recommend this place.

I recently visited Love's Gas Station and was extremely disappointed with the level of service and cleanliness provided. Firstly, truckers stop at gas stations to get refreshed, far away from homes these gas stations are rest areas for them .however , I booked a shower at this facility, expecting a clean environment. However, the shower area was filthy, and why a person should pay for a such subpar conditions. Additionally, when I addressed my concerns with a staff member, I was met with rudeness and what felt like discriminatory behavior.Although I appreciate speaking with the manager, I remain unsatisfied with the response. Overall, this experience has led me to the decision of not returning to this store. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to improve customer satisfaction and maintain cleanliness standards.

We stopped here along the highway for a rest area and fuel. Great little stop and easy to get on from going both ways on the interstate. The store and restrooms were clean and it was a bonus to have a little dog park area for our pups too! They were out of doggie bags and the area hasn’t been cleaned by past dog owners but still nice to have a spot for the dogs to get out.

I stop at this clean loves for lunch on the weekend my truck didn't start ,so I walked to the shop and i spoke to "LEE " he was very professional and kind help me with the problem..."JAYLON"check my truck, he discover it, the starter was bad .So he replaced my starter with a great attitude working hard , got me back on the road .I totally recommend this loves, because this guy's are professionals, respectful, humble with excellent customer service they do care about the drivers and they love what they do.Thank you so much keep the magnificent work you do..🙏Best loves ever 😊 ****************************************************************

This particular love's is the worst.Firstly, pump 20 nozzle was broken. I went in and explained. Lady at fuel desk asked me to try again. Still didn't work. I came in again and she asked me to move to pump 21. I told her there's already a truck parked on that spot she wouldn't listen and kept asking me to move there. I asked her to come outside with me and check for herself. Obviously there was a truck parked thats when I realized their cameras are not working but she made me feel like I'm the one who's stupid.Secondly, there was no coffee whatsoeverAnd lastly, I felt sick after eating sandwich from Carl's Jr. It was too oily and cold.

Horrible experience. 07 Oct 0700. Men’s stalls are filthy and have zero toilet paper. Asked the fuel desk if they could open a shower. Said they had none available.

Looks newly constructed and very clean. Big open parking very easy to maneuver. Negative review based on customer service experience with the fuel cashier on 3/16/23. Took they lady multiple attempts to process an additional product (load locks) to my company card while looking to fuel. Could’ve been a training issue or the fact she was distracted trying to finish her mopping duties instead of helping the customer. Never had this issue at any loves as we fuel daily there. Adding additional products while fueling is common as we generally need items for the truck. Finally she gave up and said do it yourself at the pump but forgot to cancel the transaction forcing me to enter again. After 30 mins of waiting just paid with my personal card not worth the stress.

Clean store and parking lot. Decent amount of parking spots for trucks. Fuel islands are usually clean. Showers are your typical loves showers, nice and clean. All the employees are friendly and welcoming. They are always cleaning and wiping down drink stations. Definitely a nice place to take a break at.

What a great place to stop! Bathrooms were clean & there was no line! Staci was friendly & helped me find some items I was looking for. They have nugget (soft/airy) ice which I love to crunch while on the road. The best treat of all was the free packets of True Lemon for my drink!!! It looks like they listened to the complaints about the dog park, because it's green and beautiful now! I highly recommend this truck stop!

In the mechanical workshop, they do not have good customer service. I wanted to change a tire on my truck. The person who was there at night said that he was very busy and that he will come back in an hour just to tell me if he had the tire and if not, to come back tomorrow at the Tomorrow, this morning I went and now the person who was serving, who also had a rather despotic and rude attitude as a person released from prison, told me that they had a lot of work and that for one tire they needed to charge three hours of work, this place is for people I can't believe they want to charge for a single tire for three hours of work

Cold showers and all washers and dryers are broken. How about adding some water heaters, especially if you are going to raise shower prices. How about putting out of order signs on the washing machines so people don't put soap all over their clothes before learning they are broken. How does a brand new truck stop end up deteriorating into this run-down place after only a couple of years?

Whenever I'm driving cross-country, I try to stop at Love's when I get the chance! They have clean and well stocked bathrooms, the employees are great, and they have a huge selection of things to buy and look at while there. Plus, their glass cabinets with little trinkets are second to none! It's fun to see what they have! They also have comfort items like pillows and plushies for kids, which is nice. This specific Love's had everything I love about Loves! Other than the crazy high price of gas (not their fault) it was a perfect stop!

Love their all beef hot dogs. Lisa went beyond GREAT service today. It was just after a healthy rush of custermers and they were out of the all beef hot dogs. Lisa saw the chance and went in back to bring out so that we could have our favorite lunch before jumping back on the road. THANK YOU LISA!!!! You get this 5 star review for your willingness to exceed our expectations! Also very clean as always at the Loves we have gone to.

We stop at fuel stations ALLLL over the US. I must say..this was an amazing Loves! Bathrooms were sparkling clean. Staff was friendly. Store was clean and well stocked! Keep up the good work!! 👍👍

Staci is one of the meanest people I have ever encountered. Her energy is very dark. I understand being stressed at work but if you cant keep your emotions in check and control your triggers staci then do not work in costumer service. You are running people out the door with your rudeness. I will not be returning.

I stopped to have lunch and get a shower. The shower was clean and the water pressure great as well as the temperature. There was no wait as I stopped during the day. For some reason this loves doesn't come up on my Rand McNally GPS, I found it with billboards on I 80.

Don't know why they have to have a Casino. Was that a condition of being able to build a much needed truckstop? Facility is fairly new, not fond of the parking lot albeit it was clean. Clean restrooms, friendly and helpful staff. Out of many items. (Which is an indication to me that either Corporate isn't trying hard enough to get the items we need, or poor management staff at store level) cooler case needed restocked or they were just out of several items. Same for salad, fruit cups, boiled eggs, snack packs, roller grill and more. I got coffee and left very disappointed

Another nice Loves clean & welcoming. I just don't know what the hell the engineers are thinking when they draw the parking lot lines & they have the trucks blind siding in, (backing a 75 foot truck & trlr. in manner you can't see to back in). They could have put the lines in the opposite direction not losing a space all feeding toward the fuel islands or exits but being safer & more convenient for the drivers.
