The owners are VERY nice. Both are great when my daughter want to ask questions about the animals. She even let my husband hold a baby bunny he absolutely loved. A great little pet shop❤️

Im really torn on how to review it because it is both a shop and a groomer. The shop was great excellent prices and the cashier was very friendly and helpful however the groomer worried me so much that i was in shock. The groomer had one dog in the tub and was bathing it but while she was bathing it she had 3 dogs on 3 different tables tied up to the lead just standing on the table. The dogs were whining and i almost felt like i needed to let her know because she didnt seem to care. The dog she was bathing kept sitting down which really seemed to upset her, understandably, but while i was in the front of the store i could hear her yelling at the dog to stand up. I felt really bad for those dogs. This lady had one dog in the tub, one in the crate, one walking around, and 3 up on the tables. This is the worst groomer salon that i have ever seen in my life and i was disgusted at how she treated those dog. This lady is obviously in the wrong profession. I did not see the end result of the dogs groom, my opinion is based solely on the treatment of the dogs she had in her care.

Great little place hope it sticks around for a long time with more business they get more stuff bought an iguana from them 2 years ago and 2 guinea pigs about 1 year ago. They have alot hope to see them expand soon to a bigger building. There is alot of times I go there and they dont have any guinea pig pellets which does get annoying but its not all there fault it all get mailed it so please support your local businesses to keep them around.

The place smells terrible. Its small hot and cluttered. Items for sale are dusty. Dont have much of a selection. But the ladies that work there are very nice.

A little crowded but the owners are always super helpful. They'll answer any questions you need. If they don't have something you're looking for they'll special order it for you.

Love the woman that works there. She's so knowledgeable about my snake and what to do and how I should care for him. Answers all my questions and addresses my concerns.

A excellent pet store to go to in Winnemucca, NV. They offer pet services and pets, they know about the pets, they sell in their store, and the products, that they have on their shelves, they have customer service.
