It's difficult to find anything there as they have a LOT of stuff and if you don't know where it is specifically, you can miss it. The good thing is, the associates seem to pretty much know where things are. The only bad thing is, the price. Their pricing is pretty high. But, it's Winnemucca. We are limited in stores so, they get away with it 😕.

Helped me out in a bind! They were able to make a few cuts for me and make a few holes in some boards. Sounds simple, but when u are on the road w minimal tools...local stores like this are a life saver!

Prior to covid19 this store would have received a 5 star review. They are always willing to help with questions. They are friendly and usually have what you need. However during the Covid19 we were looking to purchase ammo for our guns. The shelf was marked on all the ammo and we chose two boxes went to pay and the woman at the register charged us double. When questioned she said it was because of covid19. We showed her the price and she made an excuse about not having the opportunity to change the price yet. One of the men working there told her no that was not going to happen and to correct the price. They were also selling toliet paper at almost $2.00 a roll. I feel price gouging customers during a pandemic should lower their rating to a 3.

Went to purchase sale items 4 days before sale was over and we ended up with nothing because every time we make a trip to this business, they never have sale items on stock n bad service also absolutely no help from clerks or cashier's, better off staying home n pay a little more but at least our shopping stores are stocked up on sales n some items u can even get a raincheck!!

We were looking for a step to place below our steps into the RV. We looked at 4 other places. Browns Hardware had the step we needed. Also, they were very helpful and friendly welcoming us to the store and inviting us to come back as we were leaving, saying if we had any other needs, to come back or even just to browse, stop in to say hi.

Although they have decent selection, I dont advise going there if you believe in modern medicine. None of the employees and most of customers dont wear masks. No real effort at social distancing. Enter at your own risk

I love this store. All the employees are more than eager to help you with what ever you need. Store has just about everything, electrical, plumbing, lawn and garden, hunting , fishing and so much more. Love this store.

I woke up with no heat and only half power running through my house because a fuse had blown during the cold winter night. I went to Ace Hardware to find a replacement and they really didn't know if they had the right fuse I needed. So I went to CB Browns and thanks to Phil, he helped me find the right fuse and as soon as I went home, it fixed the problem right away and I had heat and power again. Thank you so much for your help, you guys really saved me and my family!

An employee quoted us one price for a product and install, and because the owner dislikes me, he increased the price by about 1000 dollars. Extortion garbage. I'll go anywhere else.
