I have always had a good shopping experience at Big R. The employees are friendly and always ready & willing to help. Plus, I had to make a return once for dogfood and while they don't normally do that, after I explained the situation, they did take it back. Also, my mother had made a purchase, but it wasn't exactly what she was looking for. So, I took the item back, and they were able to find her exact purchase! They gave her a credit and she was able to go in then, and find what she really wanted! The only other place in town that does that, is Walmart. But, the quality of product at Big R is usually 10 times better. So, thank you Big R for great shopping experiences!

We were passing through on a trip in our RV. We needed propane but we were towing our jeep. The managers and employees helped tremendously to ensure we were able to pull through with our RV and guided us and helped us. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Thank you!

Went to return a sprinkler that didn't work for our lawn. Because the box wasn’t in the “same condition as purchased” they didn’t allow the refund. I want to support local businesses, I really do, but at the end of the day Walmart, Amazon, & Home depot have this return process figured out where I know for a fact that the product would have been accepted back. That is the competition. My feedback is to reevaluate the return process at Big R and make it user friendly.

Terrible customer service. The employees are rude and unhelpful. I bought a faulty sweatshirt and when I tried to return the sweatshirt I was told to call the company. What does that even mean call the company? I would suggest not purchasing Noble Outfitters products or shopping at this location.

I was rolling through town and I needed an RV water pump. other stores in town that had RV in their name didn’t have this part, although they had plenty of RV toilet paper to sell me. The friendly folks at Advance Auto Parts referred me to this place I’ve never heard of before called big R. Big R was well stocked, friendly, helpful, and had everything I needed. They had more RV parts than the other places in town that say they have RV parts. most importantly they had helpful staff they got me to what I needed. I spent more time there than I planned, and ended up with other items I needed Just because the staff was friendly and asked me what I was doing and what I needed.

the employees are just rude. i went in 45 minutes till closing and they kept rushing me to finish grabbing what i needed and to leave. 3 times i was asked if i needed any help (all times declined and by the same person) and reminded the store closed in 45 minutes repeatedly.! i would understand if i came in 5-10 minutes to close but 45.!?! get the staff under control, i also had people shouting at me from the front that they closed soon. extremely unprofessional and extremely rude

We are traveling and stopped in twice. Once just to browse and pick up some rubber stoppers. They have a great selection of hardware!The Staff are so friendly - each member greeted us sincerely and offered their assistance.The check-out process was quick and accurate.Our second visit was to get our RV propane tank filled - we parked by the bulk tank and didn't even have to hunt for someone to help us - the gentleman just appeared with a smile.They have a great stock of just about everything.

FIXED! I originally posted an issue where they would not take back something that was five days after the return date, was not something that had been used, etc. I had even spoken with a manager. However, after the review, a store manager told me to contact them and they made it right! So glad they were reasonable after all. I know people can take advantage, so I get the reluctance. But once I got to the right person, they did make everything right. Faith restored in this store.Don't buy ANYTHING you MAY want to return. Strict 30 day return policy that IS NOT POSTED anywhere that I could see. Definitely not on your receipt. Bought $50 worth of blasting sand that did not work with what I bought. Did not open it. Returned 35 days later. Would not take it. Not much on customer service! Like the store and the employees. Prefer supporting smaller, local stores like this, but not at any price.

Customer service always excellent. Inventory is always restocked. Clothing selection is fresh & new. Pricing is affordable & quality is topnotch. BigR is a great Community supporter too. Finally, I LOVE that they allow dogs!! That's given us valuable training with so many good dogfood smells; friendly folks & a shopping cart!

The employees at Big R are always eager to help. I had some plumbing issues with a camp trailer and even though they had a limited selection for trailers, they helped make everything work. Now everything is repaired thanks to their willingness to help.

This place has everything from farming to clothing including toys for kids. My son absoluty loves going there add he's only 2. Any needs I have they got it. Customer service is always great and always a friendly greeting when you walk in.

Big R's is the place for all your farm and ranch needs. We are starting to tame a new 40 acre lot and they have all the right things for that. They also have many high quality clothing lines supporting rough ranch living here in the high desert at reasonable prices. Check them out first and save time and money.

This was our first time ever coming to a Big R store since we are from out of the area & never heard if them. Let me just say, they have everything here! It’s a very clean well organized store. The employees are very friendly & helpful. Their prices are very fair!

Big R is a great pet, live stock feed and hardware store. Some of the employees know what they are talking about, others not so much. They are competitively priced for the area. The store is open 7 Days a week.

Excellent Service!!! Greeted as soon as I walk in and the people outside are more than happy to help me load my pellets for my pellet stove with a huge smile on their faces!! Cashiers are funny and competent! Love this place!

Rude customer service. Met an older skinny lady in the isles on the right side of the store who constantly belittled me as a customer and was extremely rude about where to find the heaters. Will not return and suggest they hire more friendly employees who do not disrespect their customers.

I’ve shopped here for 10 years, I have one lung and can’t wear a mask, they told me “no mask no entry”.. it’s against the governor’s order but they didn’t care.It’s an ugly time when stores can attack customers for health issues that are beyond their control. My animals needed feed so I went to Ron’s and was treated like a human being.

Talk about overpriced! Holy cow! Yeah they are the only place to get some specialty items you could otherwise find at a Lowe's or Home Depot, since there isn't either in Winnemucca, you are stuck with these people. I saved $300 even after the added fuel driving all the way to Fernley to Lowe's. Plus they don't even know what you want or where it might be in the store these people go to work at every day! What!? Ridiculous. Save some money, save some frustration and just drive to Fernley.

They have a lot of stuff from apparel to hardware at reasonable prices. Usually can find what I need or at least what will work. The sales force varies in helpfulness from great to just here to pickup my check.

Rude service as I try to returned an item that looked used (was dirty and had white spots) they told me they don’t sell used products but at the end of the service they said that they would just box it up again and sell it, after saying that I used it and probably didn’t like.
