Hello everyone, I would like you all to know that this is the best smiths that I have ever been to. I went in there with no intention of buying anything and to stretch my legs after a long road trip; and wow did that produce boy named “junior” help. He showed me all sorts of fruits that I have never seen before and even let me try one! After I decided To buy a fruit he also helped me choose the perfect drink to go with it. I wish every smiths employee was like him. Amazing customer service. He deserves a raise regardless of what he is paid now

Great service. I live in slc, and there was a cashier that I knew who actually worked at the store by my house. It's a small world. Quick and easy stop. Gas station, banking, money services. Bakery, good store.

My wife and I went in here, as they have a large sign on the side of the store that says.. buy 4 or more of any wine or spirits and get 15% off. We put 8 boxes of wine in our cart and when at checkout, we did our Smith's member card - but we did not see the 15% being deducted... the lady checker told us that the discount is for only spirits... we told her the sign said both wine and spirits and we can show her the sign.. she said she did not want to go out and see the large sign.. my wife then ran out and took a picture of the sign and we showed it to the checker... and she still said she would not look at the sign and we are not getting the discount.. because of this, we will no longer shop at Smith's that is near out home in Cottonwood Heights... terrible bait and switch.

The visit was quick, and I only needed 3 things. customer service rep was very kind and quick, smiling, gentle person who didn't mind waiting for me to look at chargers for "just in case my battery died". Thanks for being the real face of customer service!!

Poor meat selection but otherwise a great place for groceries. Liquor selection is fantastic and the prices are pretty good, we often go here instead of the "discount" store. The staff here is really nice too, and the place is always clean and well stocked.

We went here every morning for food and ice. I was very impressed with the quality of the fruits and veggies. Every shelf was fully stocked and orderly. My thanks to the manager for a great shopping experience. Every one was so friendly and helpful.

Was just inside the store to load money onto my chime card for bills and ect. A lady by the name Christina with red hair assisted us, she had a difficult time loading our money, when we finally loaded the money and as we’re leaving I overheard Christian say to the next customer in line behind us as we were leaving, “ Ugh just had this guy drop $1000 on us!!” With her eyes rolling at us like we disturbed her or something. I just felt very uneasy and unwelcomed tonight. I usually loaded money at customer service desk but it was closed. I’ve never felt so unwelcome and felt like we were taking up her time or whatever. Christian you shouldn’t be in customer service if we come to your store. We’re locals and this is our only store in town. Other employees are always helpful.

This grocery store, in a small community, was surprisingly stocked with everything you would ever think to need. It was clean and well-kept. The employees were really nice. It was nice to have such a place to stop at in our travels.

We drive from Ely to go shopping at Smith's. All the employees are so nice and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked. It is a smaller store so they don't have the variety of a larger smith's but that's okay for us.

I always ask how they are being treated by management.They always reply that they have no complaints and are happy to work there.Personnel are always, every time, helpful with smiles. Too bad we can't tip these employees.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They are well stocked with most items. Their prices are good. If they don't stock an item it can be brdered and picked up at the store.

Since it's the only store in town, they carry a small selection. There are not many high-end meats. Overall it's decent. Expect a wait in line, they normally have 2 lines open.

The customer service manager was great. He helped me with some items for the buy 5 deal and was able to make what would have been a disappointing shopping trip into a good one.

Been here a while back to do some grocery shopping and fill the car up before heading back to SLC. However it's pretty small and they got PLENTY of booze as well, for those from Utah, it would be a major culture shock! Since you can ONLY buy booze (that's higher than 4% ABV) at ABC stores in Utah.

Awesome Smiths store, even in the middle of the Great Western Desert, its always fully stocked. Instead of paying for Recently very poor quality hotel food provided by the food and beverage union's. Go to smiths, pick up something from the deli, fresh fruit or whatever. Save some bucks and actually enjoy your meals while in Wendover. Just wish they still had the old quarter machines by the front door. Ahh, where have the good times gone? Plotted, Scouts out!

Smith's is a great place some people don't know it's here just go past the casinos and we are right here. We have a fuel center great grocery store friendly people come see us.

What will it take for your company to be completely embarrassed of your West Wendover store, and their idea of customer service?? Yes I have complained to corporate about this store, but that doesn't help correct the issues!!

It's a little small for a Smith's, but it's a nice store. It has a good selection, the produce is good and everything is pretty fresh. It's a great place to get liquor, probably the best in Wendover.
