What is it with flying j & pilot that they don't like handicap parking for big truck drivers? Will look into the ADA to see what they say about this. 1 flying j offers free prime parking for handicap & the others don't.

This has got to be the best Pilot I've ever frequented. I would recommend this Pilot to the FREAKING WORLD! If your in this area, stop thru, you won't be disappointed. There's plenty of parking, clean and 🔥 showers, excellent STAFF, the store was clean!!!! Man I'm telling you, if you want a chill spot with no worries come here. THANK YOU PILOT AND I WILL RECOMMEND YOU TO THE WORLD!!!!

This is one of the best Pilots I've been to. Delicious coffee, super friendly employees, and easy to find from the 80. The location is amazing!The first thing that hit me was the SIZE of the parking lot. There's plenty of room to overnight for truckers and people pulling long loads. As a bonus, you can park here and walk right across the street to the Red Garter and the brightly-lit casinos. A nice two-for-one special!

Nice place for a pit stop. Decent prices with an Arby’s and other food options. I didn’t try the showers but they have a ton of them. Also, this is Nevada so gaming machines. I guess Nevada still requires masks(there are sign everywhere) for Covid but you would know it by the people walking around inside the store. Super extra large parking lot(biggest I’ve seen yet) runs down the street behind all the stores. It’s huge so I doubt it ever fills up. Anyhow, great place for a pit stop or overnight break. Recommend

I'm a frequent customer of pilot in West Wendover. Living. Here it is one of your go-to spots. It's got almost everything you need but I'm not here to talk about what they have. I'm here to talk about Ian. Ian not only represents great supervision and management, he represents the company as a whole. He represents Kindness, good gestures and going above and beyond and shows that he has no limits as to how far he will go to help you as long as it's in the guidelines of the company IAN has no limits. If you have the opportunity to walk into this pilot and you see Ian you make sure you Tell him, hello. This job is not an easy job I know this because I had to do it long ago. In fact it can be downright hard. It can be stressful. It can be hurtful. But Ian does it with ease. He does it with no animosity in his heart. Ian is a rockstar! And the staff that works around him is that much better simply because he's there! Thank you for always taking care of me, even when it's something as stupid as having to do a return, because I do a lot of those sometimes... So again my hats off to you Ian!!A grateful frequent customer

It’s a decent enough truck stop. Has an Arby’s which is a nice change from the regular burger joints. The fuel island is small, and the pumps closest to the doors always seem to be out of order. Cat scale. Bathrooms are clean-ish, not dirty, but not clean either. Staff is friendly, but the store often seems cluttered. The parking situation is fantastic, there is a huge lot, with shuttle service from the truckers lounge to all of the hotel/casinos where you can do a little gambling and get real food. It’s in between two freeway exits, but not really near to either of them. They sell some liquor here, but there is a huge liquor store across the street.

This place is a joke. Truckers be aware, they run cold showers, especially in the winter. I've been stopping by here every month for 2 years, and nothing changed, and no one cares.

The place is very convenient inside there's an Arby's it's pretty big parking lots is very big they have different openings for pretty comfortable parking inside there's two casinos which is super cool and a lot of showers next to it you got to top casinos and a lot of cool places to be so this is one of those truck stops that I definitely recommend to stay

Just left the pilot. men’s restrooms are filthy no food out to purchase, hotdogs, burritos, etc. and employees too busy playing on their phones stuff help anyone. Normally they’re clean and everything is well stocked. I don’t know what happened.

Stopped for a shower and snacks.$18/shower ouch....and it was COLD.Standard Pilot convenience store with good selection, but I'll never pay $18 for a cold shower again.Pumps were acting up. would t take my pilot card. Wouldnt take debit card.

People don't want to work anymore. Nobody is at the register I come up and the cashier tells me to use the self serve checkout, hands in her pocket turns around and leaves. Well what do they need you for then ? Fire her and add 4 more self checkouts ,much cheaper to run ,isn't it ?

This place does not have tankless water heaters. What this means is that there is limited supply of hot water. Took a near-cold shower. Stop being so cheap and get with the program. Provide hot water for your guests.

Showers are always down or they don’t have any clean. This place needs to realize we start are day early and don’t have time to wait for them to open there showers or clean them whenever they “feel” like it. Don’t count on a shower here KEEP GOING. This place is a joke

Can't give it zero stars it doesn't let us or I would... This place has self checkout only, yes you read that correctly "self checkout only" no cashier... Seems every store is going cheap on the staff by making us customers do their job, what's next are we gonna have to make our own tacos at Taco Bell? Make our own latte's at Starbucks?? We get no discount for checking ourselves out, we get higher prices, less service, and the store gets higher profits... No perks like health insurance while we do their jobs... No retirement or pension accounts... Zero benefits, we do get more cameras in our faces, more people get accused of not ringing up stuff I'm sure, and as for me I now have zero reasons to shop here again.....

Horrible staff. Called ahead for driver for oil hub cap. Was assured they had it. Asked 3 times, even said I didn’t want to send driver and waste his time if they didn’t have correct part. Arrived, they had a chrome hub cap only! Manager blew me off as if it was no big deal. Apparently they do not understand trucking or truckers needs at this pilot with staff who have no knowledge!

Pros: Alot of available parking, rarely will you not be able to find parking here.Cons: the showers aren't cleaned or are broken more often than not recently, go in and ask before you waste time (5 hours in my case) and shower credits here.Everything else functions like you'd expect.

The bathroom was disgusting! Beer cans in one stall, dirty underwear in another. They must allow smoking in the casino as the store smelt like it. Store was out of inventory on the shelves but plenty of stock to be put out. I have been to a lot of truck stops and this tops the list as the worst. I only got grind and brew coffee and left. I will find another place to use the bathroom

Cold old showers with no place to sit. Laundry closed, arbys closed, almost no food out, sparse selection and now you have to check yourself out and risk being accused of shoplifting 3 months later when the stock on that item you bought doesn't add up and you didn't keep your receipt filed away.However, you can be sure their 🤬 casino's open! Management here needs to learn more about their clientele;

My experience at this store Has been very disappointing From Arby's To the storeThe customer care and customer service Sucks I was not pleased with having to wait 10 minutes in Arby'sAnd I voiced my opinionLamar the kid that waited on me Pretty much told me That I could go somewhere else if I didn't like it. I was hungry Ordered my food And my fish sandwich was cold so I will go somewhere else.And the self checkout is not what I want bet was forced to use it. The heavy set boy said that I choose to shop there and guess what, I won't anymore. It is very sad that the world of customer service Has gotten this bad.Maverick is down the street.

Second time I tried to get propane they said they don't fill the full size tanks, only the small ones. I've tried the showers several times, if you're lucky you'll get lukewarm water occasionally.

Me and my husband love going to the pilot both the travel center and the casino. The people are always so very nice especially Ian and Adriana at the travel center and in the casino Geri, Liz and Octavio. They are the kindest and most considerate people I have met. It is always a wonderful place to stop at while in wendover. Thank u all for making our stop so great.

It's really nice to find parking here all the time.And there's a really nice buffet or used to be across the street at the Rainbow casino.But when I walked into this pilot last night on March 20th it smelled like cigarettes. With 15 or more people in line and one cashier .The fuel bays are full of washer fluid and paper towels which Pilot has done a wonderful job and improving.I took a shower this morning And it was really really cold. I guess they want quick showers so they have cold water. There was a water heater and a little bit of hot water but not enough.
