Right on the UT / NV state line, this casino hotel is very well maintained with a super friendly staff and nicely appointed rooms. There was a great Jacuzzi tub in the room and two king beds and a couple of chairs and some tables. There was a mini fridge but only 3 drawers and a small closet. Would have been nice to have a microwave and a little more storage for longer stays. Gaming was great with lots of fun gaming action and I caught a 3x tier points bonus on the last day.

I've stayed here once and that's how many times I'll stay here. I played at the tables all night, and I was playing high, yet they didn't even give us courtesy late check out when one of our friends was sick. I'll try another place and spend my thousands there. NO valet. NO bell hops. It's just not the place to play or stay. Try something different. I didn't expect views, but dang, their parking was a nightmare. It wasn't a good value either. 😕

Checked in on a Thursday for a 2 night stay, the room was a disaster, toe nail clippings on the floor and chairs. Nothing had been dusted in the room in months. To top it off Friday morning 6:40am alarm goes off in room for 30 minutes. Front desk says the whole Casino and hotel alarms are going off but nothing is wrong. And to top it off when I left they offer 50 percent off night. I will never be back to Montego Bay. The Nugget is a better option at this point.LOL

Upon entering my room there were dirty q-tips and Kleenex in front of my door.Once inside my room it was very dusty with a sticky substance on the tile floor and counter top. Both we're very visible and could have been cleaned if done properly.There is plenty of time to clean the rooms as we called for a late check-out, asking for an extra hour but they said they did not do that and knocked on my door promptly at 11:04 to make sure we were checking out.I would like to make Wendover a monthly trip as I love to gamble but drive to Mesquite, NV. as I have family in St George utah. However my first experience with Wendover and the Montego Bay was not a good experience.Rooms: Filthy!

The worst experience ever. Was on the floor for over 4 hours and didn't see the cocktail waitress once. Plus i was told our room was $235. After being charged woke up the next day to them charging me over $350. Was supposed to be a fun getaway bur turned into a lame money pit. Would have been better just staying home and chilling on the couch. If your looking to gamble and have a good time do NOT stay here.

Only complaint is someone needs to monitor the lobby area. As a paying customer, I should be able to sit and have a drink and relax a bit. However, most chairs and tables were taken by kids left unattended. At one time there were 14 underaged kids taking up all tables and chairs. One poor little girl had been there for at least 4 hours that I know of. This is a problem area.I also heard complains from other adults who had to stand after buying food at the little food bristol. While all tables were taken with kids playing cards 🤔

All right let me tell you what’s happening. I got kick out of casino because a drunk guy moved my chips where should be on a winning spot on Roulette. And shift manager said I won then change his mind in a few minutes and said I never bet there and ask his money back. I want to check the security footage and got rejected. They even said will call cops to put me in the jail. What a joke. I was a loyal customer who is playing thousands of dollars each week and they just treat me like a criminal for only asking his 300$ back. And to be honest I think there is might be someone is controlling the Roulette. My friend never wins when he bet 500$ or more. Will NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. Be careful!

We stayed over in the hotel on 11/11/23, The casino floor was filthy and so were the bathrooms on the casino level. At 5pm many of the slots were slimy, dirty, and ashtrays needed emptying. At 11pm nearly every machine had an empty glass on it and full ashtray and spilled cocktail or other grime on them. The bathrooms had seats that had obviously had not been wiped down in a long time, there was blood on the floor of one stall. The next day at 10am all of it was still there. It was just gross. Our room was clean and nice, the restaurant was clean the food was very good and the service was great. The cocktail waitresses were great too.

I only went here to eat before a concert. Paradise Grill, do better with your Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo: the sauce was milky and runny, the pasta was okay but overall the flavor was so bland I sprinkled salt over the dish to give it some flavor. At $26.95 I've had the same dish for half the price with all the flavor and zest.Utter disappointment.

Visited this place Monday night to play the tables, had the joy of meeting a pretty snarky, cocky & full of attitude gem of a lady who was the dealer of the table.. Man was she hating her life and job that night! Because of her, we will never set foot in Montego Casino again. Thanks Leah, I hope you pat yourself on the back for this review.take into account she HATES vaping as well as cigarette smoke, yet works in a casino.. oxymoron much? No swearing at all, no matter the word is allowed at her table. She needs to post a list of her rules as caution before you go sit at her table.

This use to be the place 15+ years ago, it was dark but amazing vibe. Now it’s filthy with small remodel after remodel but no major renovations have been made besides painting the ceiling white and putting 111k watts of bulbs in, The lights in here are obnoxiously bright, Entire ceiling use to be covered to mirrors and it had neon everywhere And dimly lit how a casino should be, Now feels like a giant warehouse with slots that’s falling apart, very exposed feeling. Elevators and rooms are the same! Tables and slots are just ok, just Utahans closest option so they still come. But definitely worth 3 more hours in the car to get to Vegas and avoid these casinos on the wendover blvd all together! Also the lack of variety on machines sucks, they have about 15 different slots but that’s about it. Just multiples of the same in different style cabinets, no wheel of fortune or other classics besides pinball.

This was supposed to be a little fun getaway. We arrived on Wednesday afternoon, the parking lot was almost empty.When we went to our room, there was a dirty Q-tip and a used napkin/tissue in front of our door. That was pretty uninviting and disgusting 🤢The room was very spacious and nicely laid out with warm dark wood. But the dark wood showed how dirty and dusty it was.There was dried red wine on the desk, the countertop area, and the bathroom countertop.Also, on the bathroom floor was a sticky substance that made it so I had to change socks.The casino was empty on Wednesday but there were a lot of dealers, tables, and slots available.We both received player cards and after playing all Wednesday afternoon noon and night, and playing Thursday morning. We asked the pit boss if we had any comps, checked came back, and replied that we had under 10 dollars. And walked off.It was surprising because of how Mesquite ALWAYS takes care of its people who spend money in their casinos.I called at 10 to the front desk to find out the checkout time. They replied at 11:00, I requested a late check-out. They denied the late checkout and at 11:04, housekeeping knocked on the door to see if they could clean the room.I was very surprised and disappointed in our trip, I was hoping that we'd find a closer place to gamble.Come on Wendover and The Montego Bay, cater to the "locals" and make people WANT to come back.Food & drinks: The Salt Flats Cafe has the BEST Mexican food, 5 stars. I would eat here first, and then go to... (review on their restaurant)Paradise Cafe was very pleasant for lunch. It is located in Montego Bay casino. We had the Philly Steak and Cheese, a Fish basket, and a side salad. The Fish were cod and very fresh, hot, and crunchy. The sandwich was big, melty, and meaty. The best part of the Montego Bay experience.

They have zero integrity. The “head of security” had the audacity to lie to make himself look good but he just made himself look like a fool. He stated that he will replay camera to show and said heard a loud banging sound but only showed what happened moments before a supervisor looked at my slot machine to get my money out. Like if you think about it if someone was breaking a machine wouldn’t you approach them and bring them to the security office?They pulled my fiancé into the security office just to tell him he broke it even if he wasn’t with me for 30 min and it was already broken before I started playing on it. I will no longer give them my business. This place was my favorite casino to go to but the fact that people are just so dirty at their own job to get what they want. You can’t trust dirty workers like him and he should be fired. The fact that he couldn’t look into my eyes straight and kept looking down because he knows he is guilty. Karma always comes back around so I hope for the best for you “head of security”!

Don’t waste your money here, the staff is not your friend. My girl played on a machine where the screen was broken (WHEN SHE SAT DOWN) and couldn’t cash out. Took an hour for someone to come by and after they gave her her money I was pulled into the security office and harassed by their security team attempting to blame me for the machine being broken. They told me to cough up $600 or they’d call the cops. It wasn’t even about the money I wasn’t going to pay them out of principle. Cops show up when I told them to pound sand, cop sees the footage and says there’s no way I broke the machine so the head of security goes “that’s fine we are going to trespass you anyway.” facility is nice and I loved gambling here but screw these guys. Go to the nugget across the street the staff is actually good. YOU LOST ONE OF YOUR HIGH ROLLERS DUE TO YOUR HEAD OF SECURITIES MASSIVE EGO

On our last trip, we ate at the Paradise Grill. We were in the mood for a nice breakfast. We ordered the Montego Bay breakfast each. When our meal arrived, there were no hashbrowns. We called our waitress and she mumbled that our order didn't come with potatoes. So we asked her if she would put in a fast order for us. She refused. Picture your plate with 2 eggs and 2-3 sausage links and 2 slices of toast. All for $ 17.99. Needless to say, she didnot get a tip.Rooms: Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are very comfortable.Food & drinks: Be careful what you order at the Paradise Grill. Waitress must have been having a bad day.

If I could write a no star I would. The pit bosses scam and the dealers influence your decisions. Brought little over $1000 to lose playing blackjack and roulette.Not only did the blackjack dealer tell me not to hit even tho I wanted to on a 16 vs a 5 and a 15 vs a 5 “because he was going to bust” then the next two cards flipped are a 6 and a 5 , of course the dealer hits 21 and half of my money is gone… they totally ripped me off on paying me the correct amount of winnings on roulette because their dealers are inadequate. Save your money instead.

Lots of new machines but have to spend ridiculous amounts just to play. Most of the penny slots require atleast .80 just to spin or play. I miss the old days where you could sit for hours and play your hearts out on 20$ the payouts were not as big but you could atleast not go broke in less than 5 min with 100 doing min bets like it is now. The rest of the casino was definately in need of an upgrade. The carpets were hideous and stunk like pee everywhere we sat rooms were shotty at best sheets were not clean from last guest and had to have room service come change the sheets and freshen up before we even felt comfortable staying in our room. Absolutely disgusting. Ewww won't be going back for a long time

At a Salt Lake College competition, and decided to buzz over to Wendover on a day off. It's an old town with a half dozen run-down casinos with average blackjack rules making it tough to win. The Rooms at Montego Bay were excellent, we had a jacuzzi in the room. And prices were great. It's a far cry from a small version of Las Vegas, but you can game here for less.

My son (first born) shares One day apart Birthdays NOVEMBER 7 & 8 .Which reminds you I was a teenager when he was born.I have waited for this day for 21 years and he has thought about it for years as well.Montego Bay has the worst service.NO Lie we got serviced by the cocktail waitressONCE the WHOLE NIGHT.So we HAD to go to the bar to get a TOASTFather to son Birthday.... toast.Two shots of Jack and two bottles of beer $30.00 ...I even asked one of the pit bosses to get a cocktail waitress he said all I can do is make a complaint.The food at the restaurant was delicious .The gambling was fun with my son..... But onistWe spent at least $1200 between us total that's for the room the food the gasoline the gambling.Overall me and my son had a great time but Montego Bay you really disappointed me with the money we spent you should have brought drinks and served .I chose to go to your establishment we could have gone to any of the other casinos.honestly if you read this you will remember it was just yesterday so you should honestly reach out and give us a reason we should come back there next time.

I have been going to Montego for a very long time but had to take a 4 year break. The hotel is dirty now, the room seriously needs to be updated, it looks the same as it has for 2 decades of going there. The elevator and buttons were covered in filth and some kind of sticky stuff. I bring antibacterial wipes to wipe things down and all the wipes came out dirty. The spa tub in the room was gross, it had red stuff in it and looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the last time I was there.... 4 years ago. On top of extremely tight slots, the only reason to go to Wendover now is cannabis and nothing else. The mattresses are from years and years ago, i know, I pull the sheets back at all hotels to check for bed bugs and yep, same hard uncomfortable mattress over a decade a go. The resort fee that they have no decided to charge gives you nothing, this place isnt a resort, it is a hotel, with motel beds, with a casino attached. It isn't, as much as they think, a resort in Las Vegas. PS, you all do know that the kitchen is shared by the cafe and the supposed fancy restaurant? It is all basically the same Sysco foods.

The Montego Bay is our preferred hotel/casino but the rooms were completely booked, so we had to stay across the street at the Nugget. However we walked to the Montego every day as the slots and tables have what we were looking for.I personally like the slots and won a few big wins playing Press Your Luck, I walked away with twice what I brought to play. That's a win for me.The staff is great, the servers brought cocktails often.The Paradise Grill restaurant is always a good experience. Romanza was classy and filling. The staff are very nice and attentive.When we do stay in a room, they've always been great.

Actually, one of my favorite casinos in Wendover, it’s probably the most up-to-date with the rooms are definitely higher classrooms than the other hotels in the area and casinos. The machines are hit and mess but you can win a lot of money there I would say that they’re looser machines are a lot looser than other casinos in the area. The rooms are great. I give this place a five star rating just a lot based on the rooms alone, it’s a casino
