This has been a nightmare! I started employment here as full time assistant manger. I on boarded on 3/14/24 could not do. I did not here from manger agian till 3/25/24. I emailed ever other day. I finally worked from 3/25/24 to 3/29/24 24.3 hours. On 3/27/24 I emailed the manger and let her know this was my 2 notice. We talked next day. I just stated that I was not a good fit for this store. The following Monday Poppi stated I was thru not to come in any more. I asked her to put me back as rehirable! She stated she did it with her manger Andrea in the lawless app! I waited 4 months for dollar tree before this. They have been trying to hire me know the store is open. Unable to for they will not ck to make sure done. Fell very betrayed! So sad

Horrible!!! I got a call yesterday before entering the store, and found put that I had lost a family member. I looked around and the item I had grabbed, I put back on the endcap it came from. I had left not getting anything because i was overwhelmed. Only to be chased down by two store members in a lifted black truck. And got screamed at stating that I was stealing or something, maybe next time check the cameras. Hope Family Dollar/Dollar Tree executives see this

Horrible 💯, the old white lady that drives the lifted black truck there is very rude. Hope she gets firedEdit: For context the day before, i lost a family member. I was feeling overwhelmed and still in moarning, and i forgot roys was closed on Easter🤷‍♀️. So I went in looking for keto friendly dinner items and couldn't find any good food options, so I put back an item back on the endcap i got it from (pack of socks). And left then went to mavrick and found keto friendly snacks. On my way home the crone in the black lifted truck chased me down to infront of someone house (no longer on family dollars property) and then preceded to scream and harass me. (I almost called the cops because of her reckless driving) So maybe managers should review camera and not harass customers because they didn't buy anything

A very clean, quality, economical store, for many groceries at just a dollar or more. Fast and convenient, with not much of a wait in line at all. I was able to quickly find whatever I was looking for. The prices were lower than I expected. The cashier was pleasant and very fast in getting your things bagged up and operating her till as a professional. I highly recommend Family Dollar in Wells Nevada. I also recommend Roy's store for most all other shopping for meats, fruit, vegetables, or any other fresh food items you plan to cook at home.

Costumer service was absolutely 💯 horrible. Rude and obviously a burden to be bothering her!! She gets worse every time we go in.

I can honestly say that the only complaint's/Concerns that I can say about this Family Dollar is the lack of employees. Decent store usually has what I am looking for and need, though the lack of employees, clerk's, floor associates etc etc is some what Alarming. If you happen to stop by and end up doing some shopping, be patient with the employee/employee's.

I have a hard time with your manager she bad mouths her corporate distribution blames what ever u ask her onto corporate and allows people in store without masks seniors are afraid to shop there often she wears her mask around her neck

Employees not wearing masks as ordered by the govenor of Nevada.The manager did have a mask.The maskless cashier was sneezing while scanning items.
