Stopped in but sales was just closed, called the next morning 830am about the used new holland tractor with 2000hours in their yard, needs front bucket but I'm interested in, cant afford new and wanted to buy local business to support, it's been there a while, still there weeks later just drove by yesterday and NO ONE ever RETURNED MY CALL YET from "sales department "

Awesome county repair, sales and service shop. Danny goes out of his way to help his customers and if he doesn't have something, chances are they can get it from yerington withing a few hours.Seasonal tractor service is very reasonable. And surprisingly, they can even fix a trailer tire for you!

I do all the regular maintenance on my Kubota, but needed to get the computer emmision control updates (sigh, remember when things were simple?) and a minor recall part taken care of. Staff at Smith Valley answered the phone promptly and were friendly and courteous. I delivered my tractor and talked with Danny about what needed to be done and when I might expect it to be ready.Next day I called to get an update (I missed my tractor - it's a guy thing) and Danny said it was half way through the programming and should be ready in an hour or two. He called me back . . . it was.After I got it home, I had a technical question re. the Kubota mandated service bulletins done, Danny followed up with Kubota and called me back after the weekend. All is well.It's refreshing to deal with a company that obviously cares about their customers, does the work on time, and follows through as promised. Excellent work!

TERRIBLE PLACE! Dan sold my husband a pos baler and Dan refuses to fix it or give us a refund! Do Not buy from this place they are snakes! I'm getting ahold of the BBB ASAP!
