I come here because they have cheap smokes. The service used to be way better, they act like I am bothering them when I pull up. Never seem to have any specials and always annoyed when I ask. I get it, I don't always like my job but if you hate it so much go get another one. Life is so much better if you are happy.

I stopped in here to grab some skoal pouches for a friend. They have a great selection of tobacco products which include cigars, cigarettes, pipe tobacco, and chewing tobacco. Great place to stop and grab some goodies.

I usually like going there to get a pack of menthol for a good price . But last time I went there, a random customer freaked at me for cutting in line, and I didn't know the line or not, so I let him be up front of me . Then I went to buy my menthol cigarettes, and I asked him if I cut he said I didn't even notice or even noticed a guy coming up to my face, shouting at me for cutting in line .

the employee with glasses is very rude. If this was his own business I bet he won’t treat customers this way. But since he’s an employee and he probably hates his job and in his 30 and can’t get a good paying job. Now he has to be rude to customer cause he ain’t making no good money, being nice doesn’t cost money.

Its been twice that i come here and the guy with the glasses always gives me trouble. I was going to buy 15 cartoons of cigarette. But he never appreciate my business and this time i left without buying anything. Never coming back here again. Worst customer services from the guy with the glasses. This employee will cost the owner a lot of money. Dont go in this store.

I'm native and i usually stop here for loose tobacco. I stopped in on Sat 11/19 around 11am and the 1 guy that was working there totally ignored me. He didn't welcome me in, say hi or ask if I needed help. I walked to the west end to the area where the rolling tobacco is, I waited there like I have in the past for someone to come help, the guy still ignored me. He helped 2 people in the drive thru line and 2 (non native) customers before I walked up to the register and told him I had been waiting. His comment was "well you weren't in line.", I said I was waiting in the west end for him to come over and help me. And I said he could have at least acknowledged my presence. He really needs to work on his customer service skills. I doubt I'll be back to this location.

My sweetie smokes an unusual brand of little cigar. We stopped in to pick up a couple cartons on the way home from Reno. The drive through is convenient, though its "just off the highway" location is a bit of a long drive.Met a nice but not very interested young man. Sold us the wrong cigarettes, even though what was wanted had been clearly communicated and the young man repeated our order to us, perfectly. My mistake, declined a receipt, took the bag. My sweetie had only to look in the bag. I drove around the building, parked and walked into this store. No other customers in the store or drive through. Then, I was told, by the same young man, a receipt would be required for an adjustment. You could have touched off a critical mass on my head, at that point. Needless to say, won't bother with this place again. Lowest prices not withstanding. There is no excuse for this kind of behaviour. Store policy or not! Another dead brain behind the register.Very sterile, clean yet nearly empty store.

Best prices! Is always well stocked!!! Clean!!! Visit and stock up every few months savings is excellent!!! Customer service is definitely a okay or out of this GALAXY with ATTITUDE!!!!I’ve been in customer service for 30 years with nothing less than a four star rating. I definitely appreciate, respect customer service workers and greet them with kindness. That’s all I’m gonna say about that.

The girl there was so rude. She treated me so badly. Did not care to be professional. She actually used those words "I don't care". My husband and I always stop to get a roll of chew each time we visit Reno..and that is frequent. Not anymore. Just a note..all you have to do is explain your policies on payment types. You don't have to come across unprofessional and rude. It might help to appreciate your customers.
