If you can make it to the one off Rob Drive then do that. One guy that works there is great, he's fast, makes a great sandwich no issues. The other guy, must be the manager/owner's son or something, he doesn't seem to care to be there at all. Doesn't pay attention to people at the counter, the last sandwich he made the meat and cheese was sliced on the thinnest setting physically possible no taste whatsoever, always an issue.

I eat here everyday it’s always fresh and I Always receive amazing service and Verdi is the only location the actually puts extra shakers when asked so I will make the drive for thier amazing food and service. This is in the gas station and a bit weird to access because you’re standing in the way of everyone. The food was ok. I got 2 subs and the bread, cheese and meat were all sub par and basically the lowest quality. The service was fine and fast but for the price it was not worth it. I can buy cheap bread and kraft American cheese for way less than a $11 12” sub and $8 6” sub. It was over $22 for 2 subpar sandwiches. I didn’t get drinks or chips just the sandwiches!!!

Turkey, bacon and avocado is $11 for a large sandwich, got to register and it was $15. I asked why and they said it was because the $11 sandwich has American cheese and deli meat!! He didn't give me any option for different kinds of meat and when you go get a sandwich anywhere, it doesn't cost more for pepper jack cheese. I already paid the specialty sandwich price of $11 on the menu so this other stuff just came out of left field. Just go to Jack and the Box next time and skip Port of Subs.

So I frequent the gas station alot due to work and I read all the reviews and had to try this place. While I did not receive the same rude employees as others it was nothing beyond standard customer service. There was only one employee working who took a minute to acknowledge I was there but was quick after acknowledgement and making the food.Would recommend to get food earlier when it's not as busy and potentially not a bunch of people working at once which may be why others had issues.4/5 not bad, good food.

I don't know how the sandwiches are here, I have never eaten here. The only time that I have been here is when I'm on my way to work and I stopped to read the menu and try to order a sandwich. The employees absolutely ignore the customers that walk up to read the menu. This morning after reading the menu for the fourth time and seeing the guy making a sandwich but never acknowledging that I was standing there I had to walk out and leave a review. If you want to be ignored go to the gold ranch Port of subs.

The employee was Super rude. He then yelled at the customer behind me when the customer asked why he was being so rude to me the employee decided to punch the counter and tell the man behind me do you want to hear my f&**ing life problems ? Tried to finish making my sandwich he proceeded to be rude . Felt uncomfortable like he was about to fight the customer . Had to walk away he lost like 3 customers because he couldn’t put his feelings to the side , couldn’t even be nice from the beginning.

I ordered lunch 2 weeks back and came to find out they were closed and when I came back Randy did an amazing job of making my original order and had excellent customer service and had held on to the order which made it an even easier experience! Thank you again Randy !(:
