We went and looked at the animals, gal working there is doing some pretty amazing rehabilitation of the animals! Simple little things she tries and works with all the animals! We ended up adopting a dog! She fits right in with our other dog. She was part sheperd/corgi, funniest, cutest dog you'll ever see

Deputy was rude! There was one dog in the shelter - there was a toy on the ground just outside it's pen and the dog was obviously interested in it. Understanding they probably don't allow toys in the individual pen area I jokingly said something about being mean (chuckling with a goofy grin) while pointing to the toy as the deputy and another person exited the adjacent corral that had several pens with 2 and 3 dogs in each. The deputy snarled "the dogs in the corrals belong to private party's, we don't have any dogs available and that's not his toy". I was a little taken back and responded with something like "that's wonderful" as I left.

They don't help anybody from gabbs, it's taxation without representation, they won't even take this female I rescued that somebody dumped off out here in the desert.

Tim does an amazing job getting animals at the shelter adopted ,even though it's a continuous battle. His efforts have saved so many little guys lives
