I love real western/cowboy stores and this was it. It isn't pretentious or full of high priced prissy cowboy garb. They have a hodge lodge of odds and ends, good cowboy clothing and a decent kids section - was able to get my daughter a super nice straw hat for a terrific price! The woman working at the store was incredibly friendly and helpful. If passing through Tonopah definitely stop in and spend a few bucks to help a local business!

I have a wisely card, from my work company, and I’m traveling currently. I went to purchase an item, and my card did not work the first time, I informed the man that I was traveling, and I’d call my card company and let them know. So I let my card company know, and I tried again and it approved. The man kept questioning me, mentioned my card didn’t have my name on it, I could’ve easily proved it was mine if he had asked, I have the pin, when I sign into my wisely app, it shows my full name, my balance, shows where I was approved for travel, and shows my card number on the app, so he could’ve easily seen it was mine. No problem, I understand people taking precautions for safety reasons, I thought we were good. But he proceeds to ask for my ID, I didn’t think it was a big deal at the time, if he just wanted to verify it was me or something or that I actually was traveling, I don’t know. But he proceeds to write down all of my information, which made me uncomfortable. Why would he need my address, DLN, personal and sensitive information, I have no problem giving that to law enforcement, but a stranger… I didn’t like that I felt I was being treated as if I had committed a crime, when I was just trying to support a local business and go about my day shopping.

Nice western wear store with cute clothes and a nice staff. The owner Paul is truly the epitome of a good guy who cares about his customers and neighbors.I was working temporarily in town and although Paul didn't know me - he sold me some computer supplies he had purchased for the store when I was in a bind and couldn't find what I needed in the small town of Tonopah. I'm only giving it 4 stars because there wasn't a really good women's selection.As far as options for men, oh wow! I took the opportunity to get some good deals on Carhart stuff for my partner. Huge boot and hat inventory. The hats... OMG. I'm thinking we'll go in tomorrow so he can pick one out since he just passed his 20 year old hat to a dear friend. Gotta have a hat, and if you need a new one-- this place has the best ones. Really affordable prices too. I saw two for $50 that were suitable and another that I was eyeballing was only $100. Any way it goes, it'll be a hard decision since all three are off the chain.

I was just passing through town and noticed the establishment. I wasn't able to stop by that time but made it a point to the next day. I was just curious to see what kind of inventory was there. I enjoyed browsing around and chatting with the owner. Good variety of inventory. I wish that I'd had more time to shop.

This place is awesome with great knowledgeable staff. If youre looking for great archery equipment or just some great western wear...you need to stop here!!! Don't forget your Tonopah souvenirs while here...I got mine!!!
