Nicole and her partner were SO good with my dogs (65lb+ each, GSD and Black Lab) and were very communicative with any issues they had (not wanting to stand up and get the blow dryer on their underbelly). My dogs came back smelling clean and in a happy mood. Nicole recommended grooming schedules and kept me up to date with their demeanor. Would highly recommend this mobile service as my older dog doesn't usually like groomers but comes back happy as a clam after these mobile services. I'll definitely be using them again for my large dogs.

Nicole is great. She is very careful with my senior dog. Plus she is quick. Well worth the cost if your dog does not do well spending half a day or more waiting to get groomed in a shop.

Jeff was a dream. This is our first visit with him and In & Out grooming. He was on time. He was patient with my hesitation of using a new groomer. He did exactly what I wanted with both our dogs. Worst groomers! I am utterly disappointed and disturbed with the job that was done. I trused them to do a good job, considering all the good reviews I read about this place. Now I'm starting to think they are all fake accounts making fasle reviews.They lacked professionalism by all means. The groomer or owner in this case, didn't bother to ask what he needed to know about my dog. I had to tell him. Although, I think he wasn't even interested.My dog came out looking like she got hit in the face with the clipper machine. Uneven cut all throughout and he said he would do a Teddy Bear cut on her face that is not a Teddy Bear cut. That was not the case. The look on my face said it all. I don't think I needed to say anything.I feel disappointed and so angry by what they did to my dog. It is very disappointing to see that your furry Family member has come out of a grooming experience looking like they've been through a traumatic experience.**I would strongly advise pet owners in the area to steer clear of this establishment unless they want their pets to suffer the same fate.**

I had never used a mobile grooming service before. The groomer, Brittany, was outstanding. She let me know when she was on her way so that I could be ready to bring my dog outside.This is a rescue dog that was surrendered to me yesterday. Brittany took the time to make her feel comfortable and then picked her up and took her into the van to be groomed. Voila - She is clean and smells wonderful!Thanks, Brittany, for a great job!

The groomer Brittany, that I always use is always very sweet to my dog. My Corgy is a little overweight, and I cannot lift her to take her to a regular groomer so in and out is very convenient, and my dogs love it if they go outside and get groomed rather than leaving them at the groomer.

Our two miniature poodles look amazing after Rocky’s visit. Mobile grooming definitely takes away a lot of stress for the poodles. Alfie is over 15 years and Fleming in the terrible twos. He was fast and grooming was absolutely perfect. We will definitely use him exclusively and highly recommend this service.

I hate giving poor reviews. However, I am so disappointed by my dogs hair cut that I want to cry. My 6 year old golden retriever has only ever been bathed and trimmed by me and my family, and I thought she could use more shaping than I am able to do an decided to do a full grooming and trim. At the start of the appointment, they confirmed I wanted a full grooming and I said yes, and they asked if I wanted her shaved and I said oh no. Absolutely not. I just want her trimmed and shaped to look cleaner, to which they replied oh good, I am so happy to hear that. They proceeded to cut off her entire mane, which should not have been cut off and was so much more than a trim. She doesn't even look like a golden retriever anymore. I understand hair can grow back, but that was six years of growth just destroyed in an hour and thirty minute appointment.They were very nice to work with as people, but I would never trust them with my dog again.

This was our rescue dog's first grooming in a very long time. Rylie was great! She took it very slow and made sure when he got too nervous (with the blower) she stopped and made sure he was ok. She put a plan in place to groom him every 4 weeks for now to get him accustomed to grooming and gave us homework so that we can work together to make sure he gets more comfortable every time. It was a great experience!
