Website states they close at 10pm eveytime I have gone they were closed. One time I showed up at 9:43 PM and they already had the gates halfway down and told me I couldn’t go in. another time my daughter ran to the car to get my wallet while I started ringing up my stuff they didn’t let my daughter back in the store and they had the gate halfway down. They wouldn’t even let me explain that my daughter has my wallet so I left my stuff at the checkout, I’ve been living in the same home for 15 years plus a nice swear slowly everything Getting less professional what surprises me is that a lot of the employees are older you would think they would want to do the job, right?

Tonight they reminded me exactly why I stopped going there. Needed medicine for a sick kid. What better place to go than the local pharmacy, right? WRONG! Medicine is locked up and no employees to be found in the store. Went across the street to Scolaris and got what I needed, no problem.

Horrible! Awful! Rude! Lisa has to be one of the worst people I have ever dealt with in customer service. She put my mom thru hell today! They give you the run around, false information. Absolutely the slowest service ever! I will be making a further Complaint with the right people. How she treated my mom today, was unprofessional, Absolutely rude behavior!

I’ve never had so much issues getting my sons scripts. If I can give 0 stars I would. They don’t know what they’re doing they tell me I can’t get his scripts either due to insurance not approving or needing something from the Dr but when I can the insurance myself and the Dr myself they have no issues on their end at all everything is approved accept the pharmacy. Starting to think they’re just trying to scam you to have to spend money for your meds instead of insurance covering it. Strange inconvenience when they’re the only one not getting it approved.

Awful place! The pharmacy has zero care or concern for their patients! My daughters rx was called in at 930, I received a text message stating they received my kids rx and to use the rx tracker. I did that too and it said that it would be ready by12:58 pm. I came into the pharmacy at 4:09pm and was told that they were out of stock of the medication and that no other cvs can fill it! I asked why I wasn’t told soon and the pharmacist lied and said she tried calling me…she didn’t! There is no missed calls! I asked what time they tried to reach me and the tech said 4pm, I was there at 4:09! Regardless they still waited till the end of the day, they waited till I showed up to tell me there was an issue! My kid have surgery today and needed her medicine, the doctors office is closed! Thanks for nothing CVS!

The pharmacist at this location plays "GOD" with much needed medication. On the date its due I have call to remind them then they have to order it. They never have it in stock but yet they know I get it filled each month.....it's against her moral judgement to makes sure it in stock.

This is hands down the best pharmacy I’ve EVER used. The people are so friendly, down to earth, and prescriptions are ready fast. It would be cheaper for me to fill through Renown but I’m sticking with them because their customer service is amazing! These people need raises CVS 😄

For the first time I used what I THOUGHT were rewards from you for my purchase of one of your products on 9/9/2022. Later I discovered that it was using my Citicard rewards. Because of that I lost $2.50 in rewards. The purchase was $10.06, CVS took $10.00 but charged me 1258 points. Why? Why did you do that? $2.50 actually means a lot to me these days, and in light of the lies of your lead pharmacist, should I continue doing business with you? How much do you pay your programmers to come up with ways to get as much money out of your customers as you can? Why did you allow Dustin to leave the CVS Pharmacy when he is the best pharmacist I've ever know. Why do you allow your current Sun Valley, NV pharmacist to lie repeatedly? Ask me. I know. UPDATE 9/30/2022 - Jessica, the store manager, actually helped me with the issues and situation. I am very grateful. I will even TRY to do a YouTube video to say thank you and explain why. Next on the list is telling people what CitiCard has done with their rewards program. It's not good.

I have never had so many problems with a pharmacy getting prescriptions than this location. They've been my pharmacy for a decade it's been a fight to get anything filled and today I changed to Costco. They never have anything in stock. Some prescriptions just never get filled and they never communicate that with you. I recommend any other pharmacy in town.

When I always call for a prescription statusThe techs are always rude, Except LupeI got cussed out by a tech Kayla just for asking if I can talk to some one for more info on a prescription that I can’t miss taking. So I drove over there I talked to the pharmacist she apologized she told me she would the pharmacy manager involved still waiting on a reply disappointing😟

If I could give zero stars I would. Been trying to call in for prescription status so I don't have to waste gas on 2 trips because I know it won't be ready on 1st trip. The phone just hangs up! Why did I even bother going them a second chance with my husband's medicine.

I filled out the paperwork online to get a 2nd booster shot. I printed the confirmation of my appointment. When I went in to get my covid booster the woman behind the pharmacy counter told me I couldn't have a 2nd booster period. She gave me a nasty look as if I was crazy for thinking I could. Their website and the paperwork said I could. She turned to the pharmacist for backup but he said it'll be about 10minutes. The pharmacist was ok but the woman behind the pharmacy counter was abusive to me for being there. I will never go back in there again.

I had my COVID 2nd booster by pharmacist WAHID. I noticed he didn't changed his gloves after seeing those three patients prior on me. So when he called me and told him to change it for me, he said. “ Gloves are for doctors and nurses protection only. So we debated about it. So the bottom line was, he changed it and gave my COVID card.back. When I got home and ready to keep my card, he wrote 4/28/22 instead of 6/18/22. So I went to the store the next day but they said he moved to Las Vegas and come back tmrw to talk to the store manager. . So went back the next day again to talk to the store manager but mngr didnt show up so went back the next day again and luckily she was there and I explained everything and she apologized and fixed all the errors and gave me$10.00 gift card. Thank you Frances Manzano!

So I went here this evening to get some feminine hygiene supplies. The whole aisle is full of men sitting in chairs waiting for there COVID vaccine. Like I am going to even walk down a aisle that is that crowded but much less try to shop for feminine hygiene in front of them! When I spoke to the operations manager about it. A heavy set older lady with a bad hair dye job. She was rude and dismissive. Said I was the only one to complain. Probably because most of us are to embarrassed to speak up. I will never go back to this CVS and I will make sure all my friends and clients don’t either. How unthoughtfull and their own operations manager rudeness was below a one star rating.

While not the most heavily stocked CVS, this one is conveniently located if you live in the Sun Valley area. The employees are generally polite and check you out quickly. The pharmacy is typically busiest around 4pm thru 6pm; plan your calls and visits around that if possible, otherwise there might be a wait.

I've been getting my meds from CVS for years. I've only been shorted once and it was only one pill a long time ago. But Sun Valley CVS is one of the busiest .. They're pretty spindy and if I don't feel like driving too far I have purchased things the stuff is quality but they have good prices and booze .

So i went to the pharmacy to try and pick up my prescription for norcos which i have before at this same location. I use my resident alien id card which is all i have. Didn't have a problem before ever but tonight i couldn't get them because of my id said the chinese rude pharmacist. Not happy ill be in pain thanks to that lady.

Terrible customer service and the staff never know what they are doing! I do not currently have a script but they continue to call to tell me I have one that is waiting. I have called four times to try to get this resolved but they never answer the phone. When I did have a script there I waited 40 mins (in the drive through) I recommend choosing another pharmacy. They have no clue what they are doing and need to go back to school and get a better education!

Don't come here for prescriptions. ANY CVS actually. They either don't have it in stock and you have to go some place else or you will be told 1 to 2 hours wait time but you will actually wait 8 hours or more. Not very good if you need the medicine right away. Very bad. 👎

Dustin from the pharmacy was really nice to us when we walked in. My husband got a nail on his foot and Dustin was really nice explaining everything to us about the shot and more information about it. He was really nice and helped out a lot.

It's a little expensive and there's usually never anybody there to help you. And the Pharmacy is terrible.and expensive and they never have what you need. you usually end up waiting in a huge line. and they're rude

Worse serviceThe employees at pharmacy the are talking personal stuff and not paying attention to work. I have the prescription to one of them e whose name is Lupe and she told me to come 30 min later and I come more than an hour later and not done because she didn't pay. attention to what medicine she was typing. She was just taking to the one next to her about not work related. The only one polite enough was Leilani that found the error that Lupe made and was not polite enough to apologize, not even the pharmacy that obviously was overworked. Like the other reviewers just put your prescription elsewhere.

They never get the rx's correct. They started splitting my wife's rx's up and double billing insurance. This has put her rx's to where she's not getting​ the correct amount each month, she's being shorted. Her and the ins. company have been on the phone with them for 2 days. The ins. overrode her rx so she could get her 135ml of breathing medication and they gave her 75 ml. Lupe is the one that has been working on it with Ins. and has been nothing but rude, inconveniencing and disrespectful for a problem that was caused by their incompetency. The state came in today and low and behold, Lupe's license is missing. They need to clen house on those that are incompetent.

This is a very nice store but for some reason they see no need to staff their pharmacy with enough people to take care of the workload they face each day. Corporate should be ashamed of what they put these poor people through, NOT to mention what we go through as customers. Step UP guys, hire some help!

Their pharmacy is trashed, literally. There are piles of baskets stacked up from the floor everywhere and they couldnt find the book they apparently needed to teach them how to flavor my toddlers chalky medicin that they charged me an extra $3 for by the way... was supposed to be ready at 5:30 and here I am still waiting at 6:01 watching them try to figure it out ....
