My friends rented skis from here. The staff was extremely helpful. They are very accommodating in that they allow us to return the skis at the California Lodge.

Bought a hot chocolate — free refills!They’ve got some good Philly cheesesteaks and fries, mac’n’cheese, and other grilled and cold items. And the bar had a pretty good selection too. Plus, charging station for your phone. Indoor seating gets crowded.

Rent elsewhere in the village, but avoid this place at all costs. Extremely pricy for the outdated gear. Ski edges were not sharp enough, staff was grumpy and unfriendly. Service was slow and inefficient.

The ppl who work here are incredibly nice. The mountain was groomed and good to go. The lift lines were not long at all but I also went during the week. The parking lot does get packed so arrive early to get a spot. The view from the top is incredible!!! Love it!!@

Old school ski lodge. Not updated and loved it for that fact. Cafeteria style with a small bar and great vibe by young and old skiers. Not a ton of room so a bit packed for high noon.

A bit pricey on the food and also too far from the ski lift so that you have to paddle back and forth.But the staff are nice.At the entrance they were asking for a proof of vaccination now for COVID. Seems more stringent than others...

Great location, and that’s it. The service is extremely inefficient - more than 30 minutes to get a pair of skis when there were as many employees as customers. I’ve been to many ski shops, never seen one that inefficient. And it’s also among the most expensive ones I’ve been to. You’re better off renting in the village or basically anywhere else.

I walked away with headphones earlier in the day, and I used their Outdoor Tech headphones for 10 seconds. They were terrible! I went to return them, and I did not obtain a receipt due to their systems being down. They refused my return while also acknowledging that I had no receipt due to their systems being down... DUE TO HAVING NO RECEIPT. Absolute rip off, do not shop here.

Great place to pick up your rental skis or boards, pro shop, parking lot, and lift are all within spitting distance of each other. Quickest way on to the mountain but get there early on the weekends for a close parking spot.

Heavenly is awesome, if Mott Canyon is opened. Otherwise - descent place with stunning views to walk your kids. But I love it anyway !

One last grasp of what Heavenly used to be. This is a no frills lodge and that's what I like about it. The rental show was great in getting my board waxed up for a great day in the snow, good staff there.
