I went in there looking for a T-connect. Found one. Noticed chain... bought a bike lock that I needed. Then I said maybe I should check out the heavy dirty cleaners. Since I'm a housekeeper who's always looking for the best products. The young lad who guided me to Purple Power Cleaner Degreaser couldn't have helped me any more than he did. He told me about the Cleaner I said let's try it. And he knew his stuff. Him and the register clerk were super knowledgeable about their store. I thank you both for hooking me up with what I needed.... However, I'm online shopping at Auto Zone. And noticed Purple Power Degreaser. Tractor Supply charged me 15.99 for the Same stuff I could have picked up at Auto Zone for 6.99.Absolutely floored. I suggest googling your product first and price check. I'm thinking I have a one-of-a-kind product that I can only pick up at 1 location. Was I wrong or what? You can get this stuff anywhere at a fraction of the cost. So Tractor Supply? What's with the price 🚀? You may not know how to markup but you do know how to hire. The clerks were awesome!

I went to the new Tractor supply in Sparks, NV to get women's work boots. I found a nice pair of Ariat boots in my size. They fit and were waterproof with a nice traction sole. Just what I wanted. I had looked unsuccessfully at several other stores, so I'm glad I came here. After trying on my boots I took a look around and found they have a great selection of pet and livestock feed, along with tools and much more. My hubby found a nice bellows for the fireplace too. When we were checking out, there was a coupon on the counter for $20 off of shoes. I was able to use the coupon which was a bonus. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It's across town from my home but I'm sure I will be back from time to time.

After receiving no help I waited in line for at least 10 minutes before another clerk was called to help. They were having a friendly conversation and not concerned about the growing line. Left my cart with the stuff in it and left. Won’t go back there again.

Came to get chicken wire . Couldn't find it asked for help too busy to help me . The wire was three times more expensive than online tolde of I want that price it's ordered online only. Total waste of a trip at 5$ a gallon. Never coming back. Hillbillies don't know how to stick the shelves or run a business. Horrible customer service sorry I tried to hit anytime here. Sorry don't have the time to waste I can find it online cheaper than you can so if I have to buy it online why would I buy it from you. You lost a customer. You are supposed to be the farmers friend not the company that always charges more.

They have everything you need to run a farm here, certainly more than “tractor” supplies. I wish they had more cashiers for faster service.

Ok so I looked online first to see if they had clear tubing and it showed they did all different sizes and lengths so I go to the store and ask the 2 guys at the register what isle is the plastic tubing on and they both said they don't carry it all they have is hard PVC pipe no clear bendable tubing at all so I asked them where the PVC was they told me isle 26 which was not the case so after walking around the whole store i finally found the clear bendable tubing on isle 5 all different sizes and lengths so i took it up to the counter and said " so you do have it now you know so maybe next time when someone asks you can give them the correct answer , thank you

Great store. It's consitently well stocked. Most employers are polite and very helpful, They seem to accurately locate anything needed. I have small animals and my own rabbitry so this place has good prices compared to the big pet stores, which is why I prefer it here over their competitors.

The best store has almost everything , wish they had a coat small enough for my lil puppy . They have a good selection of dog food wet and dry .... And that's where I get my vaccination shots (DIY)

Called ahead to make sure they had a product I needed, was told yes they do come on down. 40 minutes driving later and was told that it is their policy to close the side yard gate 1 hour before closing time. I was there 40 minutes before closing time and wouldn't be able to get the $600 in products I needed. The manager Preston was rude and not willing to help even though I was willing to load my own products. I literally needed one guy's help for 5 minutes and they were unwilling. One of the associates was sweeping the already clean store and I was told that their side duties are more important. Unfortunate that corporate greed has led to apathy and lack of customer service, I was friendly and calm and really needed the items in question and none of the employees seemed to care. If tractor supply treated their employees better maybe they would be more willing to help customers.

I went in to pick up my chicken feed today, your prices are better than big are Greens fees and cal, no baby chickens right now, I do love that they have a $9 washer dog place and it's pretty cool

I really like this store so my wife and I attempted the pet wash. The staff were all very friendly but the wash room smells of urine very powerfully. Both sinks leak, you stand in puddles. And there's no hot water.

I would like to thank everyone at the sparks store who saw I left my purse in one of the carts when I left. I returned the following morning and they had held my purse opened early to get it back to me and were so kind to me in my panic of forgetting it, not to mention everything was still in the purse. I LOVE Tractor Supply. This store has what I need when I need it and if it’s out of stock, I can order online with free shipping to the store. TSC carries my specialty horse products (Tough1 brand) + favorite horse treats (Mrs. Pastures), OTC (Farnum brand) medical treatments, dog treats + toys, gardening supplies, bird seed, vegetables and flowers too. Travis provides outstanding customer service to me every time I shop TSC. Travis always recognizes me, knows my name and genuinely welcomes me. He even assists me with taking my purchases and loading to my car too. Hoping TSC promotes Travis as he deserves recognition for his great customer service. Thank you

They are a good store if they have what you need on the shelf but God forbid you ask someone to do their job and check their inventory. They give you an attitude and act as if though your an inconvenience. I would avoid this tractor supply as I never had this kind of experience at any other location

Terrible service on online purchase. If it's not in stock, don't bother purchasing it online and sending it to the store. They will give you the run around for 5 weeks and then hang up on you when you ask for your money back.UpdateCorporate resent my item and refunded my money. I had trouble with picking up the order, it was marked as in rout in the computer but I had received a message that the order was ready for pickup. The associate who was helping me gave up looking at the computer and went into the wearhouse to find it. She found both, the missing first order and the second one. She gave me one and keep the second one. If she hadn't looked the same thing would have happened. So if your order is missing, stand in front of them and ask them to look in the back ... it's probably there.

Incredibly helpful crew. I can usually find someone to help me in <1 min. They typically have an item in stock, and if they run out they'll have it again in a week ir two. Easy returns. Very clean store. Travis and Alex helped me load hog panels in my vehicle.

I love this place, and would give it 5 stars, but they need(I'm home) to broaden their selection of Dremel tools. The customer service is fantastic, they are friendly and helpful and seem to know what they have. I get my dog food there sometimes, we got some cool dog toys, I love it!

the store was very clean it looks like they'll have a great selection there still getting items in and according to the store clerk they won't be fully stocked for a month or so but definitely worth a visit for your pet and yard supplies. that a really nice selection of rabbit supplies and their prices are pretty reasonable. I went to Tractor Supply to get a dog tag made for my dog and their machines not in yet but the clerk said it should be in any day now.

Everyone will appreciate this store. If your from the Midwest and you know of Fleet Farm or Farm and Fleet then you know what to expect at this store. They have a good selection of pet care needs and supplies for farm animals. This store is staffed by very helpful and courteous people. Make sure you visit this store you will not be disappointed.

I am so upset! I ordered chicks on the 23rh or March and have not gotten them!!! I called the store and the lady who a swerved was sooooo rude the people at hoovers hatchery are very rude too! All I wanted was some silkies for my son who loves chickens! This is ridiculous!

Placed an order for pickup for a liberty safe only to have an email sent saying my order was cancelled. I called the store to be told they couldn't find the safe in the store but went ahead and took the money from my account. I received nothing but bad customer service.

Ordered two items on line for curbside pickup after arriving was only given 1 item showed the employee the invoice and that my card was charged for all items after checking the employee tried to tell me items were ordered back in 2020 no the were ordered this morning so tractor supply go me for 17$

My first purchase 600+ very little assistance had to call several time to find when my item was in store to finally find out it had been there for days so I do an online order the next item roughly the same price a month ago.... still haven't received my item even tho I've set an appointment for it to be delivered several times and been there each time. Starting to feel like they stole hundreds of dollars from me or they need to check the shipping company they use.

Purchased wood splitterIt's missing bolts and pins. When the store employee attached it to my hitch it never seated on the ball. I almost got on freeway but checked it out first....gut feeling
