This is our sweet rescue girl with only 3 legs.We have taken her here for grooming many times and always tell them to lift her up and down and do not let her stand for very long without support.We took her in Friday and she was fine.Picked her up 3hrs later (which seemed a long time) and noticed she was walking not very well. We called and asked if something happened they said no and that they had lifted her up and down.Got home and she would take 2 steps and fall over. We had to carry her to go to bathroom and bed until Monday when we got er into the vet.Almost $700 dollars later and she has some sort of sprain possibly in neck area or leg.More pain meds and some therapy and hopefully we can have some more good years with our 11yr old girl.I can’t prove anything but she will definitely not be going back there again and we will call owners again and let them know.Be aware.

I love to be able to take Rosco to the pet spa, but I have not had any good experiences with Petco or PetSmart. Spanish Springs Grooming is absolute amazing and Rosco was so happy when I picked him up. They did Rosco toenails, brushed his teeth, bathed him with de-shedding shampoo and he is so soft. Absolutely recommend this groomer for any size dog.

Been a customer for quite a few years now and usually they do an alright job. They use a weird unorganized paper system with all their dogs though and they don’t pay attention to what card they grab. Multiple times they have called other people to come get MY dog. They used to tell me it’s cause they have multiple dogs with the same first and last name as mine. I have sense put that dog down and have a new dog with a different name and the same thing is happening. My dog went yesterday and because they continued to call the wrong person my dog spent at least 45 minutes longer there then needed. Then once I got there they showed me the card they were calling and it’s a completely different breed then my dog that they just groomed. It was a new woman I’ve never seen before that cut her hair and she just brushed it off telling me “it’s not a big deal”. To her it probably isn’t but it is to me. On top of that she did a choppy job and completely missed or skipped shaving parts. Why would you not shave the vaginal area, very frustrating, we will not be coming back. Thank god people are honest and tell them they didn’t bring their dog when they call them for mine cause they don’t even check any type of identification so my dog could have gone home with a stranger.

The absolute best 👌 👍 😍!!!! Sarah and Elsa are fantastic!!! I go 20 miles out of my way as my chinese crested hairless, Yoda, just loves these girls! Best prices, best treatment and kindness. I love this place! So far we have taken Stella 3 times and have been so pleased. Especially cause we have a hard time cutting her toe nails. Today she had the cutest bunny bandana! 💗

Our sweet little dog had cuts all over, she had not been rinsed and had huge flakes of soap scum all over. They had completely cut off her beautiful long tail, did not trim her nails or do her teeth. We will never, ever, ever do business with these people again. They were incredibly rude and unprofessional. We called on the phone and told them that she weighed 22 pounds and were quoted a price. When we arrived, we were immediately were told that she was the largest Pomeranian they had ever seen and they were going to charge us twice what they quoted us. On top of all that it took them seven hours to do what should have been at most three hours. And they did not even do the job

Been coming here for a couple of years now. They've always done a good job with my two small doggos but they were always running late and appointments were hard to schedule but no more. Quality has improved as well as time for completion. Scheduling seems to be a bit easier now. I use Sarah. She is wonderful and my doggos live her!

My newly adopted dog, Teddy, had a good and positive experience here. He is a rescue and has both people and animal issues. Once I left him in capable hands he did fine. I will be returning! It's hard to find true dog people.

I just picked my pom-chi up after a 4 hour visit. I told the lady at the front desk that her face hadn't been cleaned, she had eye boogers. Next thing I know Kelly comes up front and asks rudely what the issue is. I told her my dogs face hadn't been cleaned, so she digs her fingernail into my dogs face while I'm holding her and attempts to scrape them out. I could've done a better job washing her at home. I've been going here for years,but the quality of work and customer service has gone down hill. I will NOT be going back. IF You Love Your Dog Go Elsewhere!

We have been in twice now and Zoe has done an excellent job on our Labradoodle. We would highly recommend her for your dog. I don't know about the other groomers but we will continue to go back there as long as we can get with Zoe.

Always do a great job making our little anxious dog feel hands-on and confident. Our dog has low hanging quicks on his nails and they professionally cut and manicure without incident.

This groomer does not know her dog breeds. You never cut a long haired miniature dachshund ears, wings or tail. What part of the instruction "trim feet only" does she not get. Last visit here. If anyone knows a good groomer who knows their breeds, I would appreciate the information.

The girl that gave my dog a haircut was inexperienced and didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. She gave my dog back because apparently he was fighting with her when I know for a fact he never does that to any other groomer. He was even in there for 50 min. Got a call to come and get him. She told me that he had a knot under his chin and he was biting at the clippers and trying to get away. She was afraid that she would of cut him and told me that I needed to take him to a vet to get it removed. She gave him back with everything but his head shaved. I had to take him to another groomer and he did perfectly fine over there. So I am never taking my dog here to get groomed ever again.

My first time there today with my Maltese and Shih Tzu. Everyone that worked there was very nice when I dropped them off. They asked me all kinds of questions on how my dogs are and what I like as far as grooming goes. I picked them up a few hours later and OMG they look adorable! They smell great also. I had two different groomers, Lisa groomed my Shih Tzu and CC groomed my Maltese. They both did awesome jobs on my fur babies!Both my dogs were very happy when I picked them up they were not stressed out which tells me they enjoyed their visit there :) Definitely will be going back! Thank you so much you girls are great!

I took my dog to Spanish Springs Grooming three times. I was trying to give them an honest chance. Sometimes we have a bad day, sometimes a dog will poop when it is not suppose to, there are days when an employee calls in and a small business is quite effected by being short handed. But all three times this place smelled like poop, the employees were rude, and the last straw was seeing a dog left on a grooming table attached to the leash while the groomer came over to help us. I can not in good faith leave my dog here ever again.

I brought in two of my toy poodles for grooming. They looked nice when I picked them up but after a few days I noticed they one was very stressed and both had sores and burns from the razor cut. I took both them to the vet to be looked at since one of them stopped eating and had sores on his eye lids and the other a 9 month toy puppy had sores in his ears that has caused an infection from the hair being pulled from his ears plus some razor burns on the tummy area. The one that stopped eating is still at the vet being treated for dehydration. The vet said it appears to be stress related. My dogs were fine and healthy before taking them to this groomer. I will not take my dogs back to this groomer or recommend them to anyone.

Having a 1 year old doesn’t allot me much time to be able to give our 2 dogs a bath. The first time I went I only took our older fluffy dog, but they did such an excellent job that I plan on taking both dogs next time. 😊

This place does not even deserve one star. Completely unprofessional and the worst customer service. Groomer did the complete opposite of what was requested for our standard poodle and left him with numerous spots with bare to the skin burns. When he was picked up and asked about what happened she rudely replied she did what was the easiest(for her obviously). Do not bring your furry friend here!

Worst grooming my dog has received. Groomer did not follow any of the directions and completely left our dog bare to the skin. Poor dog was even bleeding in several spots. Avoid this place at all costs.
