Would give 5 stars, but some of the overpriced dog treats here shouldn't even be on the shelf. Bones shouldn't be breaking into small, sharp pieces so easily. This was from a 12lb small breed dog as well. Be careful.

The closing staff on 4/13/24 were awesome! I desperately needed litter tonight and they let me shop and stay a couple mins past closing. I highly appreciate those employees, thank you immensly.

You know when you get that creepy guy feeling? Every time I go to this store that happens. There are minimal employees and the prices are higher than AMAZON for most products. Pets in the salon seemed ecstatic.

I love this Petco for our puppy! They do her vaccines, have all the best toys, and the grooming service is top-notch (thanks Anna!)! Every staff member I've dealt with here has been incredibly kind & helpful. Totally recommend!

Carly doesn't know anything. She is the rudest and least helpful person ever. If she has zero knowledge and hates working with people she needs a new job. I'll be going to Petsmart from now on.

I love how big the store is, and how many options there are. However, the fish area is really just sad. Most of the betta fish appeared to be sick, almost all of the live plants were completely rotted, or dead. The other fish in the aquariums did not have much of anything in their tanks, and the water was filthy. I will definitely not be coming back, which is super unfortunate considering the limited options around here.

I really like this Petco. Love the layout of the store and it feels like it has more than the other Petco. Although there's not usually a lot of staff they're all still super friendly and wonderful. My dog loves coming here and saying hi to absolutely everyone.

I took our grandson in yesterday to get two female guinea pigs. They were so super sweet and encouraging with him. Called back today to get an age, for vet appt, and once again great customer service.

Recently got a bearded dragon from this location. We were assisted not only once but twice by Tait! He went above and beyond with helping us! He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions and gave us great tips! He had amazing customer service! Very happy with our experience. 😀

If I could give no stars I would. I called ahead because I knew my boyfriend would be dropping off our girl as I had to work, I let them know I knew she needed to be shaved because of matting and to just do it however short it needed to be. Whoever I talked to on the phone was awesome but whoever took her in was not. She tried to tell my boyfriend what kind of dog we have, then proceeded to tell him that the cut I had mentioned when she asked what I wanted done (not sure why if the other girl put in the notes she should’ve been shaved) was impractical , when in fact it’s a breed specific cut. They took her in and called 45 minutes later and said she was agitated, panicking, alligator rolling and nipping and that they couldn’t continue the groom. The first picture is before and the second one and last are after, I have no idea what they did to my dog but she was just fine when I took her home and shaved her down myself. Don’t waste your money here, you can 100% do a better job than the people here. Never again will I trust them to groom my dog.

The staff is always so helpful, the cages could be cleaned out more frequently, but that's my only complaint. I got a few of my loves from petco and they are amazing pets!

Went to Petco to get some things. The shipment of new supplies were everywhere. They blocked some of the areas where the pets were so you couldn't see the animals. Short staffed or not, they should only bring out a little at a time. Not impressed at all. I couldn't see the birds due to all the cases of things stacked all around . I find it ridiculous that Petco's replies are ALL THE SAME, no matter what anyone's post is.

Friendly sales associates. We came in to check out the creatures that we normally can’t see in Hawai’i and got to view a python, iguanas, various lizards, ferrets, frogs and more! The living tanks were being cared for by one of the workers as we were there and got to see the lizards being spritzed with water so their delicate skin didn’t dry out. Coolest petco experience!!

Phil was really helpful and very courteous. I try to always use Petco, but recently their associates have sealed the deal with their courtesy and knowledge, great going Phil, Petco, hold on to this associate as he is a good one.

The store was clean and the staff was very helpful. They had a nice selection of products and their in-store pets seem to be very well cared for. They also gave us a nice discount book for adopting a shelter animal. They also welcome pets in their store which is kind of nice
