The service here used to be amazing. I would order food here and would recieve a call when it came in. Recently i haven't been getting those phone calls. I went in near the end of last week to get canned food. They were out of my food and was told they would order it and that they would have some this week. I was told it would be in on Thursday. I come in on Sunday to give them time to stock shelves and am told they don't have any and will have to wait an additional week. Its frustrating to be told they will order you something and find out they didn't order it at all. Definitely will be finding another place to give my business and you should too.

The workers here love seeing my dog but also respects that she is nervous around new people. The dog bath is always clean and well stocked when I go there. I love going here to give my dog a bath.

Went to the dog park in Sparks. My North American Shelter Mutt found the most fantastic mud puddle and had a ball! Needless to say, my reddish-brownish mutt was a muddy mess. Needed a self serve dog wash ASAP! Went here and was able to give my moose a quick bath. The store was clean and the lady working that day was super friendly. Side note- the wash station is pretty amazing with all its automatic features. It's truly like a car wash, but for dogs.

Nice clean store with Super Premium pet foods. You will not find grocery store low end food here full of corn and other Bad things. Good frozen fresh meat selection for dogs and cats. I would like to see more cat selection of premium wet foods. If you buy 12 bags you'll get the 13th bag free if you join with your phone number.They do carry "Fromme" which is very high-end and hard to find in dog and cat food. Again I'd like to see all the varit is in that brand carried. Very helpful staff.

Very nice place with friendly staff! I wash my GSD here. Towels, soap, apron and brushes and a dryer are all included in the wash price. Buy a wash card and you get 25 bucks worth of services for free. I wish my dog liked it better ... she knows when we arrive here that it is BATH TIME! 😆

Celeste is such a gem. I came in freaking out over a situation with my dog I didn’t know how to deal with and she gave me every bit of information I needed. She led me to some good puppy food and other things i might need to help with birth. I left feeling confident that I could help my dog and In the end we have 5 healthy puppies. Im so grateful the team is trained to help customers like me, I’ve never had a bad experience here. Thank you all!

Came in for the VIP pet clinic that happens on Sundays between 4:00p-5:30p. We got in on time and was able to purchase a package of shots and dewormer. The products in the store itself are great and lovely staff. Thank you Spanish Springs Pet Station we will be back!

Pet Station on Pyramid is close to home, a good thing, but I often have to go farther down the highway to get what I need. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, the store is clean, and prices are right up there with all the rest of the pet stores.

I love taking my pup in to bathe her here, much easier with high wash tubs and blow dryers to help dry her long hair out! Convenient location for us to pickup her preferred dog food as well. They also have cat and aquarium supplies and some fresh and salt water fish for sale, which was a surprise to me! The Sales Staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Came in to check out this business and hopefully find my dog something new to try. My dog is a toy Australian Shepherd who likes to have variety. She is such a smart and wonderful dog I try to get things she will like.This is a small pet store with ample parking at the Eagle Landing shopping center. There are several restaurants located in the shopping center with this very quaint Pet supply shop.The store has a variety of items. Since I know my 12 year old dog does not like dry dog food I asked the clerk whose name was Pieter (a South African name he said) what he would recommend for a picky eater. He asked a lot of questions about my dogs likes and dislikes her age and whether or not she was healthy. Then after we talked I decided to try the frozen raw food.He suggested that I make small ziplock bags with the amount for my dog after I feed her breakfast and stick it in the fridge as it would defrost in time for dinner. He also said as it was raw that I should clean her bowl after both of her daily meals.Pieter was super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He also told me that if my dog did not like the dog food I could bring it back and get a refund. He said I would have to give it a least three feedings to know weather or not she liked it.My dog really likes the raw chicken I got for her.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, they often run out of feeder mice in the sizes I routinely need, so I end up having to buy them elsewhere. I like their sales app for my phone, and some of the deals are worth the extra stop to/from town.

Kim is always so very kind and knowledgeable! There is a great selection with different price points on both dog and cat food as well as pet supplies and food for all critters. It is definitely an asset for pet owners to have Pet Station and Kim in the Spanish Springs/Sparks area!

We just moved to Sparks Nv and our new home does not have a laundry tub like our old one that we used to bath our dog Nugget in. Pet station has 2 wash stations you can use to wash your dog for $15 a pop. They have the station with shampoo, towels and blow dryers. Everything you need if you are a "do it yourself" person like we are.Of course they also have a nice selection of pet supplies that are hard to beat.Would definately recommend.

Friendly, helpful staff. I was referred here when my other pet supply store closed permanently. They ordered my preferred dog food since it's not normally in stock. Will definitely be coming back!

Best dog wash ever! Has shampoos and condish on a dial for swift scrubbing. Great selection of raw treats. Also picked up an amazing portable soft side crate with carrying bag.

They carry a gob of the 'good' dog & cat food as well as random odds & ends you're sure they won't have but do. They are always loaded with friendly staff who are happy to help you get you goods to you car. Nice place. 👍🏼👍🏼

Went here to surrender a cichlid. Left with 4 barbs, a rainbow shark, 2 guppies and a betta!! Great prices and crew was knowledgable. No nasty over crowding like chain stores in town.

I prefer the baring blvd store as this one is ok but I didn't find the same friendly atmosphere I get at baring from the staff. Nice selection of items but definitely a small store
