The Manager Debbie says the "f" word ALOT... And she does it in front of Customers, w/o caring at all.. And Ashley is EXTREMELY rude... And this has happened more than once or twice..

I'm not fond of this store at all. I've been in there half a dozen times or so and there has Never been a single time that a person is actually at the register..... NEVER! The cashier always wonders off to do floor work ... ALWAYS! Today, there were 2 sales people and both were doing floor work while the line went to 6 people deep. Ridiculous. Perhaps they need to hire additional people for specific jobs! Just sayin.....

The cleanliness, expired stock, frozen food sitting out to be stocked well beyond what is acceptable after numerous times of returning in hopes of change is enough reason for me to never return. All I can say is be careful what you buy from there, watch the dates and your step navigating through the clutter.

I went to this store because they have a water vending machine outside. I takes one dollar bills and coins. You can also use a credit card if you're willing to pay an extra 10 cents per transaction. Using three gallon containers you have to buy it one gallon at a time. I went inside to get a five dollar bill broken, The cashier told me she wasn't allowed to open her drawer.Family Dollar's idea of customer service is sorely lacking. I'm pretty sure they make money from that machine so providing change would be a great idea. Forcing you to use a credit card drives the price up as much as 30%. Not acceptable! I will not be back to this store for any reason. Poor customer service has cost them a customer.

It was okay. They clearly had mouse sticky traps @ $1.00, but they rang up $3.00. I bought 2. That's a $4.00 difference. When I brought it to the checkers attention, it was checked and quickly amended.

long lines one cashier manager/ superviser refuses to help with long lines , lots of seniors in this rural area that cant stand for long periods of time and I wanted to leave as I was standing there so long while the manager drank a beverage in frunt of everyone and then disapeared back to the back of the store leaving the one cashier to handle at least 7 people in line with alot of items some were letting the seniors go ahead of them seeing they were tired of standing, can hear manager complaining about everything very bad customer service

Thought this store was closed as of recently, visited this store months ago used to be the alternate go to store if you didn't feel like driving into Fallon or Fernley, Dayton, etc until I finally decided to stop shopping there and go across the street to the Dollar General instead becuase of new hires at Family Dollar eventually becoming rude to the customers wrecked it for me....

Bossy, little girl behind the counter has horrible customer service! She mumbles rude comments under her breath, cause she doesn't have the nerve to say it loud enough. Someone needs to train her on how to disfuse situations, not fuel them. Communication is key....

Good place to shop but lack a lot of supplies. Has employee issues and the last time I was there they had serious problem with opening on time (opens at 8am and still not opened at 9am).
