They treat you with respect and they have low prices as well the take ebt and overall they have respect for their employees and will comadate you and let you do multiple transactions. And never the less they will go out of there way to help you find and get what you came in for.

Cashier was great. Polite and kind, but the shape of the store?? Talk about leaving a LOT to be desired! They were *trying* to stock but they seem to always be *trying* to stock. You can't get to anything because their roll-tainers are everywhere blocking the shelves and never seem to be emptied and the shelves never seem to be full. No matter what their sale paper says they should have. We only go there if there is something we need and they are the ONLY place in town that carries that item.

I have to say the customer service I received at the Dollar General tonight was fantastic. I wish i knew the name of the clerk that helped me but I can say he had a face mask with flames on it and he was awesome. I am on crutches and I couldnt find an item I was looking for and he personally ran across the store and got it for me. Most people would have just told me where it was but he went above and beyond . Thank you so much for your help.

Somewhat friendly staff. Shelves need to be stocked, lack of management I think. Milk not delivered till the afternoon and sometimes not at all. Load carts left on the floor for weeks at a time. Prices are good and actual tags for items. Just need to stock the shelves.

The store is always so dirty and cluttered. There is always so much stuff blocking the aisles you can barely get your cart through them. Nothing is stocked or faced correctly. Lots of empty shelves...no new product brought in. Sometimes they are out of product for weeks. The place is really a dump. Not all Dollar General stores are like the one in Silver Springs, if you go to the one in nearby Dayton it's like a totally different store. It's clean, product is stocked and faced nicely, no clutter in the aisles.

Awesome place to shop. They have great coupons available with their app. They also have amazing sales from time to time. Clearance items marked down to almost nothing. Love it here. Way better than the family dollar across the street.

When it opened it was great for the little town. Since it was set up and changed to a more local manager it has kinda gone down hill. Everyone that works there smokes so more than once I've been left in the store waiting for someone to finish a cigarette just so I can by my stuff and go.

The employees at my local Dollar General are awesome. They are helpful and just pleasant people to be around. My only issue is one product. Their DG hot cups with lids. Within 5 mins of having a hot beverages in the cup it leaks through the seems. Other than that,🖒

Not enough help. Only 1 cashier and i didn't see another employee on the sales floor. The cashier was very nice and was also throwing freight but made sure she was helping each customer on register and on the sales floor

Of the 2 dollar stores in silver springs I like this one the best. The clerk's are friendly as always willing to help. The only negative is that the store is always messy. Things are dumped into the clearance space instead of returned to the proper place.

There is a female customer whose dog is allowed in the store that repeatedly urinates on products. The last time he urinated on the bread. The associate who was working said this dog does this all the time and to have no conflicts with the customer or other customers continues to allow this to happen. Unsuspecting customers are buying products that have been urinated on. This is a major health issue. As no dogs or animals should be allowed in grocery stores unless they are service dogs. Anymore to not deal with backlash from the public, stores are allowing this kind of thing to continue. Just for the all mighty dollar. I do not like Family Dollar's products however I will no longer be going to this Dollar General. So sad what our society deems acceptable :-(

For being the only store here they have a large selection. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This is our go to store out of the two. Wish they would expand and do produce. Overall great place.

Who doesn't love the DG! This particular one in our town has the friendliest and awesome employees. The store is kept clean sometimes there are things in the way, but how are they supposed to stock the shelves if they temporarily do not put them there! It's my go-to store for everything! I just wish they would make it into a DG superstore where they have fruits and everything a grocery store has! Then we would all be happy in our small town. The DG store is about 25 miles from my rural area and this DG has really helped many who live here and there a ton of money. So all in all the DG is the best!

Pulled dated food was spoiled. They keep your receipts and will not give your money back. you can only purchase that item again. No one wants to purchase an item that they just bought that was rotten and pull dated. I found at least six items that were pull dated in their Refrigeration refrigerator. You're not saving any money you're risking your health buying their food.

12 packs of Pepsi products on sale 3 for 10 didn't realize it rang up the regular price. I went back two days later to get the problem corrected manager told me the ad had ended the day before so she couldn't do anything for me. Bad business real bad business looks like I'll be going to Family Dollar from now on

Had to get some supplies for my two sick granddaughters with A stomach bug in Silver Springs, NV. They had everything on my list, and knew exactly where to find it. I was one of the first people there that morning, and you sure made for a long day go a lot more smoothly!

Dollar General in Silver Springs, NV has the most extensive selection of a wide variety of items! Almost everything you can imagine for households, auto motive care, food stuffs, dry goods and frozen. Everything except fresh fruits and vegetables.

Nice store with a lot of different merchandise. Rented the Rug Doctor cleaning machine. It worked great. Friendly helpful staff. Will definitely be back.

When I cannot get to a Smith's or Walmart, Dollar General is my go to store. It's the type where I go in for one or two items and come out with 10 😂 Its really great having one in our town.

Go here just about Everytime we go to Lahonton reservoir. Decent price and selection for the things you forget or need more of when out at the lake. The employees are helpful and friendly!

The one in Silver Springs is under stocked always has carbs in the aisle and the place is generally dirty the bathroom doesn't work I've seen other Dollar Generals that were way way nicer than the one in Silver Springs we're just unfortunate I guess out here.

The Dollar General at Dayton, Hwy 50 is fantastic!!! So clean and well maintained! I do not know how new this store is, but I like it!!
