Dominic is an excellent trainer. Patient, relaxed and encouraging to all participants. We have learned so much in just two Obedience sessions. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ update after four lesson….Fleming is loving learning so many different skills. We see a huge difference in him at home. He is more focused and wants to train. We look forward to every Monday class.

We love Zoom Room. The staff is great, especially Breana! She is awesome with the dogs. There was a puppy that was a little wild and she walked right over and gave the “look at me” command and he sat straight up and looked right at her. It was amazing! My puppy is doing great there and has learned a lot. He also gets play time in a very clean environment. We will be continuing our training with Zoom Room. They even had Santa! Give them a try, you will not be disappointed! If you mention Hobie he gets a treat discount!

Seriously grateful that this place is right next to my home. I can’t think of a better environment for a new pup to learn some skills. Dominique’s energy is amazing, definitely takes away some of my social anxiety and there’s nothing like watching a room full of people from all ages & walks of life make loud fart sounds repeatedly to get their pups attention. Easy 5 stars.

We adore the zoom room! We didn’t even hesitate to purchase a pack of classes after our orientation—we knew from the start we were in excellent hands. All of the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly and we absolutely love Bree, who we get to do puppy class with every Saturday. As new puppy parents, we couldn’t ask for a better, cleaner, safer, or more fun environment for us and our boy to learn, socialize and bond.

Breanna does a great job teaching dog lovers how to train our pups! She is enthusiastic, clear in her instructions, and demonstrates techniques very well.Not only that but she makes it fun for everyone!!I highly recommend Zoom Zoom at the Summit. I have tried all the recommended training places in town over the years with my puppies wand have had mixed results.I use Zoom Room now for both my older dog and puppy and their methods and techniques are unique, different, and much better than the rest. Their pricing is reasonable too!We’ve had both the owner, KC and Breanna and they are both great! Zoom Room is simply the best place for your dog to learn how to be a pleasant member of your family!

My fur baby and I love it at the Zoom Room. We first started in Puppy Preschool and they sterilize the whole faculty on Friday nights and then bring in the not yet fully vaccinated puppies on Saturday mornings. Every week we did different activities and it was a good mix of puppy play time and training. We have now moved into Puppy Plus and it’s amazing how much I learn every week. Yes I do believe I am the one who needs most of the training. Breanna is the best. She is amazing with the pups and patient with the humans. It is also helpful that you can sign up each week for whichever class best fits your schedule. It’s hard with my work to be able to commit to a series of classes at the same time each week.

The whole crew is so kind and amazing. They helped me so much with my puppy Blue. Anytime I had a question they were always kind, accommodating and honest. 9/25/23We’ve just completed our second class with Dominique (6th overall) and love Zoom Room more than ever. Everyone talks about your dogs confidence and she has helped me to see it is as much about my confidence as it is Oso’s. Today he was even able to be a demo dog with commands that we’ve struggled to reach success with. Dominique’s encouragement, wisdom and energy (they should sell some to us!) makes each week something we both look forward to and leaves Oso exhausted on the way home.Thank you for being our cheerleader in both the successes and the tough moments. We appreciate you!********************************************Our experience with Zoom Room has been absolutely amazing! We have had two classes with Lexi now and enjoyed each one. Her knowledge, patience, support and encouragement for both myself and my dog Oso have made us feel welcome from day one. She is phenomenal!Kyle was incredible and took time (when I initially stopped in unannounced) to answer all of my questions and set up our assessment with KC. He has continued to help with new gear recommendations and ideas to work with a husky who does not handle change well and has separation anxiety.KC was amazing and extremely encouraging during our assessment. She listened to Oso’s traumatic early days, our training journey thus far, challenges in our daily life and goals for the future. I took the Therapy Dog workshop taught by Breanne, and it was an excellent experience! She had a lot of creative exercises and props to help make sure my dog was socialized well enough to take the therapy dog exam. I have taken puppy preschool, Obedience 1,2,3 and the Canine Good Citizen classes at Zoom Room as well, and each one has been excellent. I highly recommend Zoom Room!

Kyle is such a wonderful trainer! He has no shortage of tips and tricks to help any pup realize their full potential, and really knows how to connect with dogs of any personality type. This first day was wonderful! My dog is a rescue and is fearful of new places, but at the ZOOM room everyone was so calm and knowledgeable and he played and did some tricks in the first 20 minutes. I was so relieved and excited to sign him up for a full program following the evaluation. The zoom room is full of experience, helpful guidance and gives the tools I need to get my dog more comfortable and well behaved!Dominique was absolutely wonderful, she taught me so much and was so helpful in being a beginner for both me and my pup!

We have taken our now 8 month old puppy to Zoom Room for 6 classes and counting and have had an amazing experience every time. Our little guy is reactive to new people and dogs and during our initial evaluation with Dominique, we found out that he is very insecure. She went well past our scheduled time, being very patient with us and taking the time to gain the trust of our scared pup. We have worked with several trainers since then, including KC, Lexi, and Breanna and you can tell that they all truly care about the well being and progress of your dog. Shyanne has also been amazing and encouraging every time we've been in. We just had our first adult Obedience class with Dominique and she took the time, yet again, to check in with us and see how we're doing with our progress and offer advice. We look forward to more classes and seeing our boy accomplish his goals!

My pup is quite energetic and gets quite excited around other dogs and new people, I was so overwhelmed but ALL trainers have been so so good and reassuring. I have to mention Kyle, Liz, Dominique. I really enjoy going to Zoom Room with my dog for agility classes. Ernie will never win any competitions but the agility classes teach him skills and focus and I think he has a good time. Kyle is great at teaching the agility classes! Ernie is also deaf so I appreciate Kyle and all the trainers working on alternatives to help teach Ernie the skills he needs. Thanks, Zoom Room team!!!

It seemed great up until I needed help figuring out what vaccinations were needed. The manager came across as lazy and made me feel like I was imposing on her to go through the paperwork to figure it out correctly. I had to point out a couple of documents she missed and huffed and said she would have to go through them again. I was willing to pay for their 20-pack class to start for my 5 doggies. That is $600. Can't say if I was an owner I would be happy with that. I will say while we were there initially they are very friendly and it seems like a great place unless they need to go above and beyond.

Kaci and her staff are the BEST! We started with Puppy Obedience class and have now done Obedience and a private session. Our puppy loves coming to class and has learned so much very quickly! The positive training methods really make the pups want to learn, and us as owners get equipped with the tools and knowledge to continue the training outside of class. We completed a private session because our guy started alarm barking at just about everything, and after one session he is already doing so much better.Whatever you want your dog to learn, take them here! Fun for dogs and owners alike - and exercising their brain makes for a tired, happy puppy after class!

Today was the best visit of all. Thanks to Kyle we got our 8 month old puppy to quit pulling when walking. We really appreciate the extra care we received from both Kyle and the female associate that was there. Forgive me for not knowing her name.

I called to find out what this facility offers. The woman I spoke with on the phone sounded very nice and convincing. I told her my circumstances with my puppy and toddler to see if this facility offered the training we required. She requested me to go online fill out the information and schedule an evaluation. She also requested that I bring my toddler with my puppy to see the interaction to see if they were the right fit for our pup. So since I liked hearing that I went online paid the evaluation fee and scheduled our appointment. Upon getting there we find they are hosting a class and have us in a separated area for the evaluation. There is a bunch of very large peanut balls, and even a toddler push toy with loud popping balls in it which of course my 2yr old son finds immediately and begins to play with it. Soon as KC walked in she requested my dogs vaccines which I did not have prepared as I didn't realize it was needed at that moment. I try redirecting my child multiple times but he was not listening well as he was excited about this room with toys. This woman decided to take the toy from my child which I was already doing and proceeded to focus more on my toddlers misbehavings and telling him not to do things (Which I was already doing, making it near impossible to even hear what was going on) than to focus on the actual so called evaluation. Even told me that I must leave with my child because he is too distracting. I do find it ironic that they try hosting training classes to train dogs of focusing on the owner and not on distractions around yet this distraction in a different room was too much to handle.. This evaluation I paid money for consisted of this woman mearly explaining what is clearly explained online trying to sell us. There was no watching how my pup behaves, how he behaves with our toddler or myself and husband or to see if he is even a good fit for any of their programs. I also find it difficult to believe they are capable of training a puppy, comparing him to a toddler, yet can't actually handle a toddler and a puppy in the same room. Needless to say this program will not be receiving a penny more from us and we will seek out training elsewhere, perhaps from a facility thay can actually handle the task at hand.
