The products and employees are really 👍 good. As a pharmacy and place that delivers medical care, being clean is fundamental. Walgreens has let this location get run-down. Its not clean and has LOTS of deferred maintenance. The floor has all sorts of small debris in any corner where people don't walk. The bathroom walls are filthy. There is too much deferred maintenance such as floor repairs and missing paint to list.

If you've had a vaccine shot here you undoubtedly experienced the disgusting room they do it in by the pharmacy. The overwhelming mildew stench coming from the filthy carpet is impossible to ignore. I asked about it last year and was recently given the same answer " it's suppose to be cleaned". The room itself is visibly unclean. A trip to the restroom tells the same story, just gross. I've seen cleaner truck stop restrooms. The entire store has garbage littering the floor. I feel bad for the employees who have to work there. Save yourself a Staph infection and go anywhere else!

Went in on December 30, 2022, approximately 3:30 to 4:00pm. There was a very young male working the front cash register. He was on his phone chit chatting, no acknowledgement towards the customers, didn't even bag the items I purchased. I had to bag it myself. Very bad customer service. I certainly wouldn't want an employee like that representing my company.

Wouldn't transfer my prescription to another pharmacy. Claimed there were no more refills. I had multiple refills available. Talked to multiple employees about transferring and was constantly promised they would do it within the hour. Never did.Add in their prices are higher than others there is no reason to frequent this pharmacy.

Very nice store. I was the first customer of the day and was told my wife’s prescriptions would take 20-25 minutes and that they would get them ready as fast as they could. I had told him that my wife was in surgery at that time. The pharmacy staff was very professional and helpful. My only small complaint is that it took them 50 minutes to get the 2 prescriptions filled instead of the 20-25 minutes I was told it would take.

Do not use this pharmacy if you are really in need of your medication. The pharmacist at this location is completely ignorant, rude, and could care less about the people they are serving. Absolutely terrible and the disregard for individual’s health and wellbeing. DO NOT GO HERE

I needed medication for my son after we got out of a dr appointment, so I ran down to our local Walgreens. The line looked long but I just needed to drop off the prescription. I stood in line for 25 min and moved one person in a 6 person line. I looked behind the counter and there looked to be only one person trying to work both the drive through and the in store line. Went right across the street and went to Walmart and was in and out in 20 min with my prescription in hand. Man if it was not for necessity I’m sure this place would be out of business. Last time here for me. Go to Walmart and save some time.

Terrible customer service. This place deserves ZERO stars.I drove across town to pick up a FedEx package for my wife, and because my driver's license was from out of state, Melanie refused to give me the package. Even though I had the tracking number and my surname matched the shipping label.I tried to explain we had recently moved to Reno, but she became belligerent and kept repeating "the addresses don't match". Well, duh, I just told you I'm new here.Do you really think a stranger would just happen to have the correct tracking number and their correct surname...AND try to steal a package like this? Really?Anyway, Melanie, your poor attitude and inability to think isn't helping your customers - all you're doing is causing unnecessary trouble - and costing us unnecessary money.

y husband and I are here in Reno on business from Texas. My doctor in Texas was needing to change my prescription from an extended release to an immediate release due to issues with the extended release not working. Called this Walgreens to have the Rx transferred here from the Walgreens in Texas that I use. Was told it would be ready in 90min. 2hrs go by and I'd not gotten the usual text that it was ready so I called up there. Pharmacist answered and said she needed to speak with my doctor because since I had the extend release that filling the immediate would go over the dosing limit. Told her that he was not adding it that he is replacing the extended with the immediate. Told her I was discontinuing the extended. She said "well I need to have him verify that over the phone." Which at that point the doc office was closed due to tx being ahead 2hrs. Told her ok and that did make sense to be sure and she said she would call him first thing in the morning. This morning I call to check on when it would be ready to pickup and she said that she couldn't fill it due to Nevada law that I had to finish the extended rx first.....which mind you I had 2 weeks worth left and it's crap. Told her that was ridiculous and that Tx already had it filled for me before I transferred it and she said Nevada law was different. Still seemed wrong to me. Called my doc and he said the pharmacist was not making sense and that seemed to not understand that he was discontinuing the extended not adding to it. I called another pharmacy, asked for the pharmacist, told him my delimma. He then said, absolutely that can be filled and all he needed was a faxed rx. Problem solved!!! Got my Rx filled in an hour and was on my way. Called and told Walgreens that the pharmacist was dead wrong! So, save yourself the hassle and fill elsewhere, lol!!

Will not use this pharmacy anymore. They were out of one of my husbands scripts they told me to go to Walmart or CVS so we went to CVS who ask them to transfer the script so Walgreens transferred the wrong medication. So my husband has been out of heart meds for two days because of their incompetent employees. They told me they transferred it today but CVS is still waiting for it.

As long as you dont get Alex helping you its okay....they will work on other prescription for people thats not even there before you, even if you are there waiting.

This is my walgreens that I come to all the time and I've always Had good experiences with the pharmacy but recently I've been using the photo department for printing out gifts and things like that and I've had the worst experience with one lady in particular who's always here today I pulled up to pick up a curbside order and as I was parking I saw her walk out and immediately walk back inside with my order so I went so I went to the email to say that I was here and it said it was already picked up so I called Walgreens and as I was calling which only took 1 minute she called me super irritated and said are you here or not and I said yes I'm here And so she brings my order back out and says my name completely wrong which is fine but then when I said it correctly to verify it was my order she said yeah whatever as she tossed my order through my window.

Check the expiration date on everything! Bought some trail mix Nov. 1st. Expiration date was August 02 2017! Didn't notice until I ate half the bag.

Went in to print off pictures, their machines won’t load half of my pictures. Was a huge waste of time. Save your self some time and money and go to Costco to print off pictures.
