Spoiled Petz in North Reno is amazing! They always take such care of my baby, my 3 yo lab, and she’s always beautifully groomed when I get her back. They handle her with care and I’ve never had a complaint when I get her back from them, Jett, my lab. I think anyone would be great here, but I love how Destiny handled and cared for my lab. She came out looking like a million bucks! Totally worth it! I’m a regular and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else! Thank you Spoiled Petz for having excellent staff, taking care of our fur babies, and making grooming a fast and easy process every time!

The staff was all so friendly & welcoming! Very accommodating. Darlene was our groomer and was so sweet and so friendly! She made me feel so comfortable as well as my 2 fur babies Ody & Taz!! She was very thorough with the consultation and patient and made sure she understood exactly how I wanted their fur cut and what length before starting. We came back to pick them up and not only were they perfectly groomed and taken well care of but she gifted them accessories collars that she hand makes and they looked so adorable!!!Thank you Darlene! ❤

Jaime is wonderful with my two fur kiddos that I adopted last August, who were 8 months old at the time. They started going to her last September and were hesitant the first 2 times because they had never been groomed before. Fast forward 9 months and 5 grooming sessions later and they have zero reservations with her. They are super comfortable in her care which makes me extremely happy and grateful. Highly recommend!

Buster got very sick after his visit. The vet couldn't say what caused it, but he died 2 weeks later. We miss him like crazy! I can't blame them for that, it could have been something like cancer. But I was treated like it was inconvenient to help me, that's what really upset me.

Always nervous taking my doggies to a new groomer. After I met the groomer my concerns where removed. She was so friendly and you could tell she really loves dogs. On top of that our 3 dogs came out so good. They really did a great job.

I love and trust my dog's groomer, Jaime. She was at another business here in town and I was thrilled to find her at Spoiled Petz Grooming. She has been grooming my dog, Brody, for at least 6 years and I trust her completely. She does such a beautiful job and he always comes home smelling and looking wonderful. She obviously has a big heart for dogs and that's important when trusting one of my "fur babies" to someone. The Northwest location is convenient and I find that all of the staff are very customer-service oriented. Highly recommend!

I have taken my 22 lb pup Ella to the north reno location since it opened! They staff are amazing and the owner is a gem! Ella recently was diagnosed with a grain allergy that left her skin itchy after oatmeal shampoos and conditioners, the ladies at Spoiled Petz accommodated Ella’s allergy with non oatmeal supplies and her skin and coat look amazing! Her face is always super cute and her nails always look great! Ella has some pretty bad separation anxiety, she doesn’t like being away from my husband and I but she does really well with the staff after she can no longer see us. I 100% recommend Spoiled Petz!

Took my dog here for a mid summer groom and they did a excellent job with him! I spoke with the ladies in there about having issues picking up the dog right away after his appointment, and they let me pick him up an hour late so I could still get my kids on time.

I have a one year old toy poodle that I had been taking to Petsmart groomers. I’d always been unsatisfied by every groomer! His cuts were always uneven, the groomers complained that he was unruly, didn’t listen to my requests, and he always seemed extremely stressed at pickup. After three bad experiences (the last one left him looking like a sheep that had gone down a garbage disposal), I just started doing it myself and it of course still looked awful. So I decided to try Spoiled Petz after hearing great things from other poodle owners. His cut is even and beautiful, he seems very happy, and hey did exactly what I asked! Thank you Spoiled Petz!

They are Fantastic with Zelda she has a long thick coat and they combed out the undercoat and trimmed the toenails, Zelda is always so happy when I pick her up. Really nice job and Zelda smells so nice and her fur is so soft after the grooming is done. Excellent service !!TOP Notch !! For service and courtesy !! Highly recommend !!!

Elaina is the best groomer in Reno! My dogs are skittish cocker spaniels who don't really like people and Elaina is amazing with them. She's delicate around my boys paws(he has terrible allergies) and my sweet girl is a bundle of nerves and they couldn't be in better hands. Good prices here and a good location too. Drop off your pups and go do some shopping at the nearby stores or grab a bite at one of the restaurants. My dogs look great all thanks to Elaina at Spoiled Petz Northwest!

I felt uneasy when I stepped into the place. My dog was supposed to get groomed and when I picked her up, her nails were red and cut too short and she had loose hair all over her so she was not brushed properly . I would NOT ever leave my dog with these people again. I do NOT trust the workers

I really like the groomer by dog had Sunday the 9th of Feb at 12. I didn't catch her name, but she did exactly as I requested: shirt length, no perfumy soap, and nail clip. I've had mixed result there before so I think it really depends on which specific groomer you get.

I love Jaime at Spoiled Petz on Sierra Highlands. She was with another company and when she left there, I was heart-broken. Fortunately, I found her at Spoiled Petz! She is loving, patient and always did a wonderful grooming on my buddy, Brody. I would highly recommend Spoiled Petz and especially Jaime.

I was looking forward to a closer location that provided great service after a friend recommended Spoiled Petz Grooming but was told that they were no longer accepting anymore Goldendoodle clients. I’ve never been turned away due to the inability to keep up with grooming such a popular breed, it was disappointing.
