My visit was pleasant. The personnel was very nice and accomodating and I was able to purchase the sale item I went there to buy. Otherwise, I don't shop there regularly because of the HIGH price's. We have found that the meat department has the best quality of meat of any store, in Reno. But like I previously mentioned, we onky shop there when a sale feature's item's we are looking for.

The store is clean, the check out team is friendly but only when you personally start the hello, how are you doing today. Sometimes met with a glare… but they love to shoutout directions to their colleagues across the check stands. The lady in charge of the slot machine area was very pleasant. Prices are great and they have a good selection of most products.

Very helpful and Excellent Customer Service from everyone 👏 who works at the west 7th in Reno NV. They have the best Bakery. I would Recommend SaveMart to all of my friends and family. But I wish that they would keep the Name " LUCKYs " .

I was shopping there Sunday morning and found most of the employees to be quite unfriendly. I wanted to ask the woman in the bakery section a question. As I approached her, she put her head down and wouldn’t acknowledge me.Next I went to the Meat section. Two employees were have a personal conversation about something that was bothering one of them, so I didn’t feel comfortable talking to them either.When I was in the self checkout, an item rang up wrong. A blonde woman came over to me to fix it. I told her what happened. She wouldn’t make eye contact or say a word to me.As I was leaving the girl who does carts walked right past me with her head down. She has been there for years and is always the same.On a more positive note, the woman working in the Fish section was awesome! She was super helpful, caring, and friendly! All the other employees that I mentioned could learn a few things from her.

This is the cake we picked up yesterday. It was cracked and leaning to the side. The worst presentation & the chocolate cake part tastes bitter. There is no other cake, just this one and we are forced to just serve it. Some guests thought it was an ice cream cake and it’s beginning to melt. We have to rush to the cake part in fear that it will fall if we waited longer. I am so upset. It ruined the photos, and my kid’s first birthday experience.I called and was told, I have to “bring the item to the store for a refund.” Were they expecting me to not have a cake for my daughter? This ugly cake ruined her birthday! To make matters worse, this lady, Winnie, was arguing with me saying that I should’ve informed them right away so they can refund or fix it. And when I asked her if they can make me another cake in 20 mins. she said they can’t. So what is the point of informing them “right away” if they can’t do anything (mind you, the party is starting in 20 mins. when this cake was picked up). She has a very unapologetic tone and even raised her voice at me. She then added, “Call the manager tomorrow. I don’t have time for this right now.” Wow.Do yourselves a favor and DO NOT order from here. Not only does the cake taste bad, it is also aesthetically terrible and Winnie’s behavior made it even worse.

Went there to buy some meat for a BBQ picked up some pork chops and when I opened them they were rotten went back to exchange it and everyone I opened was rotten I looked at their beef and all of it was brown and nasty looking I never had a problem before but everytime I go back All of their meat still looks the same

Went here for the first timei asked to put back a few items. When the check out lady told me to call the government to get some more money so i left everything then while i was leaving the store she is still yelling about the governmentIm not on any assistance? And if i was why is that appropriate to yell to someone with other customers in the store ?Safe to say i wont be going to savemart again

Not even a 1 star. Definitely will be shopping elsewhere. the lady with the brunette hair or "manager" literally tracked me down like a criminal because I didn't have my face covered. She tried to make me where a mask out of an unlabeled zip lock bag and when called out how unsanitary that was, she said she didn't care and that it wasn't her problem. Unbelievable! It's not about safety. She is a bully. This store doesn't appreciate my business, so I will not give it to them. Completely disgraceful

Only one checker, she was extremely rude when I asked for paper bags. I told her I'd bag my own, if she didn't have the time. She did bag one order, putting fabric softener in with raw produce. I won't be back to that store. That and employees were not complying to the mask mandates. Too expensive anyways.

So I lost my wallet two weeks ago, the day before I was supposed to move into a new apartment. It was a huge hassle, I had to cancel my U-Haul appointment, order new cards, try and get an appointment at the DMV, etc. etc. and I've been stressing about it since then. Audrey at Save Mart found me on Facebook and reached out to me to let me know they found it, and had kept it in their safe these past two weeks. I didn't even go into Save Mart that day, so someone must have picked it up and turned it in. I'm not usually blessed with moments that restore my faith in humanity, but today was one of those days. I know it's probably not a big deal for other people, but it was a big deal for me. Audrey deserves a raise! You have no idea what a weight this was off my shoulders, and that's all thanks to good employees like her. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

picked up their strawberry boston *cream* cake - looks beautiful but the middle is most certainly not the pudding cream you'd expect in a boston cream anything! looks like someone ran their finger around the outside of the middle filling to make it look like it was filled with a pudding cream - but when you cut into it the filling is nothing more than the same whipped cream on top - really save mart? no wonder your ratings keep going down, you really don't seem to care about the prkduct(s) you put out...

The staff are very friendly and will go out their way to help a customer. I always feel at home whenever I shop at SaveMart and I never forget my experiences here. This is the closest store to me and the prices are reasonable. It's such a breath of fresh air here in comparison to Walmart.

Over priced and under stocked. I can take 50 dollars, go in here and walk out with 10 items at best. I can take that same 50 dollars to my local winco and and get the same 10 items plus another 10 items and still have change. and they have trouble keeping commonly purchased items stocked. I have seen them run out of thing like eggs, milk and even toilet paper. Yes all toilet paper, not just my brand. The staff is nice enough but the business itself isn't worth it.

I wish I could rate this place zero or negative. This store has the rudest staff! I've shopped here every week for years and in the last few months we have seen the service dwindle down to its worst level. The worst was last week when our cashier Zach treated us with such contempt that we felt uncomfortable returning. And this is the attitude of everyone at this store except Garrett and Erin. The entire store needs a new staff including management. They have lost this loyal customer permanently as a result!

I was just at Save Mart getting drinks for my kids. I'm in the self checkout line and every checkout machine is being used, it's pretty busy. The guy working in the self checkout area decided to do nothing bu watch me the whole time. I'm 40 and i have 2 kids, all i was wearing was a sweater and some sweatpants and this guy did nothing but eyeball me like i was there to steal something. I couldn't help but feel like i was being racially profiled. I used to get bullied in HS because i was Asian, so this just brought back all those feelings again. No one should have to deal with anything like this just going to the store. I'm never coming back to this store and neither is any of my family.

Very disappointed. Went to get soft drinks to go with our lunch and the clerk was very short with us.If anyone cares it was self checkout line 8/13/17 @1230 an older lady.It looked like the machine over charged us because it said buy 1 get 1 free.I said excuses me I think the machine is over charging us "NO IT'S NOT MATCHING" she says.I said the sign said mix and match same value or less."YOU ARE WRONG" she says.Wow, never going back again.We left our stuff and went down to Raleys to getOur stuff so nice even the stocking clerk said hello asked if we need help.Check out clerks greeted us with a smile and very friendly.NEVER EVER GIVING MY $ TO THE JERKS at savemart again.

The clerk's are very helpful. I'm disabled, but if I ask for help, I get it willingly. I especially enjoyed buying deli foods today (12/12). The clerk was very helpful with suggestions of salads, etc.

As a caregiver who brings my disabled brother shopping almost weekly, we find it a pleasure at "our" store. The employees are all caring, helpful and make the experience so pleasant for us, and also take the time to greet my brother by name!Can I give 6 stars? 😀😁😄

I am a disabled veteran that is takin care of my dad. I had one cart full n still had shoppin ta do. They kept the full cart up front till I got done. After checkin out they helped me out to my truck. They are friendly and absolutely on top of there game. I will continue ta shop there, even fer the little things. 😎

I really dislike this store. It is always out of the few items I may run in for. I don't know why it is called Save Mart, because the prices are higher than Raleys. The meat department is all off brand and weird looking cuts. The wine selection is poor and very over priced. Produce department has a weak organic section and nothing ever looks fresh. I don't go here unless it's an emergency and I always regret it!
