The woman working in the bakery section this morning was super friendly and really went out of her way for me! I wish I could say the same about the lady watching the self checkout area. She wasn’t friendly at all!

I HAVE GIVEN THIS STORE SO MANY TRIES.IT'S JUST A MISERABLE STORE.BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND WATCH YOUR CHANGE.LAST TIME I WAS THERE, I GOT SHORTED $10.00.12.29.23Bought two salad's on sale got home, they were gross. The salad's had expired.Check all expiration dates.Had to go back wasting gas.1-7-243.49$ bag of potatoes, Rotten. Couldn't use.None of the prices were with the product. Check your pricing when choosing items, and at checkout.I don't even know what to say 😔😭

This place is pretty clean, the people here are nice enough and there is alot of staff walking around but not always enough at checkout they do have self checkout so that makes for a quick and easy in and out if you don't have much to buy. The men's bathroom was very clean as suggested by the sign on top of the bathroom that states "We are proud d to provide clean restrooms"

I stopped in to by one thing to save time. It was on sale with digital coupon. I scanned the code which then had me down load app. Then I proceeded sign in to have a new account, fill out email phone # etc. it wouldn’t let me get in after 3 attempts I realized I was wasting time. Let the cashier know what a hard time I had. She said I needed to put my phone # in. I informed her I hadn’t been able to get in on the app. She said oh well you have to have an account. No I’m sorry let me help you get an account nothing. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. I will not ever shop there again!!!

Unfortunately, I must return a pkg of Tortellini, I bought, yesterday. It is a twin pkg, of which, I only used one. No matter how long I cooked it the pasta remained tough. The appearance of the store was clean and well presented, however, I was uncomfortable with the stack's of boxes piled up in the isle's. I'm new to the area and plan to return to your store.

This is a conveniently located supermarket for the people in the downtown area. Prices are to high quality of the meat they have is unsatisfactory compared to other markets around town. They say open till 11:00pm during the week if you show up a half hour early to buy some last minute items. You better beware for the night cashier trying to push you out the door. Now if you didn’t stop to tell people that you are closing soon, they could proceed to shop and get out of there so whatever it is that you want to do after the doors are locked can wait. Atleast until the doors are closed for the night. If you are dissatisfied with your job then quit and go somewhere else. Let a pleasant person take your position. It’s rude,irritating,unprofessional and piss poor customer service and nobody wants to hear what you have to say. Say it over the intercom every couple minutes the closer it gets to closing time. Give it a rest.

This has become the absolute worst store in all of Reno. It was always too expensive, but at least they had nice people working there. No longer the case. Since revamping, and repricing everything, they've restaffed with literally the rudest non-customer service you could imagine. "it's not *MY*fault!" Just open the door, and throw your wallet at the Queen B with the bad black hair dye, and run.You've been warned.

Literally only go here because there's no other grocery options downtown, only overpriced bodegas & convenience stores. I walk about an hr total for basic grocery needs everyone should have access to in the most populated areas. Make it make sense, leftist cities

Yikes. This place has an incredibly high turnover rate. There's security in the store but they're basically an $18/hour scarecrow. The homeless almost treat the place like their personal pantry/restroom. Their 10-for-$10 deals are basically high carb, high sugar, high starch and/or high additive foods and not much else. I (jokingly) gauge the price of life by the Cheez-It. $6.29/box (UPDATE 11/20/23): $6.49) really isn't what I would call "quality". Sure, inflation is high worldwide but STORES create their prices, not any politician.SaveMart could lower prices of other things and sell more of it. I've got a feeling that their shrinkage, minus theft, is still really high because some of the product doesn't even move.As my previous review stated, this place needs a 21st century renovation. Badly. And I don't mean more self-checkout kiosks, although I believe in them.

Not much to offer when it came to healthy produce, lot off old looking and not grown in America fruits or vegetables. No fresh ginger, no cashew butter and no cashews to make cashew butter .The cashier WAS EXCELLENT! If I could rate her on her own I would give her Five Stars.If you like over processed food and low grade produce this is your destiny

This place is an all around bad experience, from the in -attentive deli persons... always have to tap on the counter top to get their attention (they act like they don’t see your 5.6 frame from standing there) to wheels locking up on the cart before you even leave the store. The merchandise is too expensive for so many negatives, the woman that unlocked the cart’s wheels didn’t explain any of that or apologize for it... I am taking a stand, no more spending hard earned money and time for the abuse there!

I don't like the rude employees who work at this Save Mart location. They are flat out nasty at times and do not treat their customers as nicely as they should. However, they are always well stocked and offer a variety of hot food and bakery items such as cakes. I feel that Save Mart is also all in all more pricey than most grocery stores, but I'll admit that every now and then it can be worth shopping at be because they've got great deals on their items for sale. Beware though because most items are over-priced and generally a lot more expensive than similar grocery outlets. They have got a huge parking lot though which easily accomadates everyone.

Savemart just decided to close their pharmacies with only 1 week notice to customers and employees alike. I get that my prescriptions are getting transferred, I'll live. What I can't abide is laying off the pharmacy staff that have worked there close to 15 years without any notice. They were the only reason I stayed with Savemart as my pharmacy, despite it not being as close to my house as other options. In protest of their corporate decision that gave employees extremely little notice to find new work, I will no longer be shopping with them.
