Kat in the Bakery department went above and beyond to make a Boston cream pie for my boyfriend's birthday. An item they don't generally offer. But she senses my extreme desire to make my boyfriend's birthday really special. It's all he wanted. What's more she did it in a short notice request. And it wasn't near as expensive as I was expecting to be. Kat in Bakery. Thank you so much. It tasted wonderful everyone loved it! She deserves a raise or promotion. Exceptional customer service .

Ok store but read the expiration labels on everything. They will sell you expired juice yogurt etc without blinking an eye. If you point it out, they usually aren't surprised. Usually ok whatever, big deal. You still want it? 😆

5 stars might be a stretch, but since the renovation, it's very pleasant. It has become my go to store. Still a tad pricey.

Nice store. However, it is difficult to maneuver the very narrow aisles. Especially when they stock shelves during shopping hours.The customer has become a secondary concern. Customer service does not matter any longer.

Parking or getting into the parking lot can sometimes be a pain. And although Raley's is normally fairly upscale for the area. In this specific location it is a bit of a mix. Not as well kept as others and some vagrant people hanging about outside. But overall decent shop for the area

Store is organized and nice. Everything great after the recent remodel of the store. However, one man bagging groceries had absolutely no care for how he put things in the bags. I should not have to grab extra bags and re-bag all my groceries in the parking lot. Some people need training for this, not only is it a waste of ripped bags but it’s a waste of everyone’s time.

High prices, substandard produce, Very rude checkers. It was a great place to shop for many years but for the last five years or so it has become the last place I would shop. I live within 2 miles of it and would rather drive five miles to avoid it. I hope the newest remodel includes a more professional staff. I would love to be able to shop there again.

The redesign is nice, way more selection and wider aisles. Not to mention swanky new floors.I wish when checking out with a reusable bag a service worker didn't have to come confirm the bag... they never look inside of it anyway.

The updated store is great. But the music is very loud and very obnoxious. It makes me just want to finish my shopping as soon as possible, or get in and out or even start shopping somewhere else because the music is nauseating. It's like loud heavy metal. Not even nice music.

After the remodel the store looks AMAZING. I wish I could give it 5 stars since the employees are all great as well, all except Taryn who has been rude to me quite a few times. I've also over heard her being very unprofessional and rude to other employees. 5 stars except for her. Maybe she should consider as job where she doesn't have to work with people.

Best store in Reno-Tahoe. Explore the store and you're bound to find something you'd love at nice prices. Premade meals like sushi are ready to eat and they have tables to enjoy food and drink at. Staff is helpful and store is clean.

QUICK - Which 1 of these is the "organic" fowl (see picture below)? Take your time...annnd...TIME! If you guessed the 1 on the left, YOU'RE WRONG. Anyone who has grown up or visited any farm, besides Fosters😉, knows, solely based on the size, that the fowl on the right IS NOT "organic"! Raleys to me has always delivered but this time, not so much. The only lemon I found in sight was the actual word written on the label. It was tough & dry & $14.99. I'm not saying this is my last time there but the fowl was truly foul. I guess 1 out of 2 isn't bad.

It definitely looks alot better in here.... but with inflation these days I wonder if I really need to be shopping here. They got the good produce though. All in all, I am tired of dropping a hundred bucks everytime I need to pick up dinner and lunch fixings.

The remodel looks great, but why didn't you upgrade the bike rack outside? This Raley's has the worst bike rack ever made. Please consider updating your bike rack to support your cycling customers that help keep your parking lot from being too full!

Perfect place to spend a half a day waiting for a prescription to be filled. Lots of friendly folks around the pharmacy. Feels like family......after you've been there about 3 hours.

I've been shopping at Raley's on Keystone for years. If I could give this rating a 10 stars. You guys got it from me. My shopping experience today was mind blowing phenomenal. Give your staff a raise. They showed & excelled in making sure customer care was top priority. Great store to shop in when you need a store closer to home & last min grocery items for the holidays.

They store is so much nicer since they remodeled! Unfortunately it's still freezing cold as ever, take a parka. They don't even need those designated freezer sections!

This location is nicely remodeled, clean, and the staff is friendly. It was busy when I was there (Saturday about 1p) a little too busy. Of course that is subjective so take it as you will.

Pros: Raleys Corporation, clean store, knowledgeable and friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere, major selection. Good bakery.Cons: Overpriced on most things, but most of the essentials are comparable.

Always a good shopping experience here. We always try to get Lisa for our cashier, she is great! All the staff is friendly. Also, we just discovered the meat department service where they will marinate or dry rub the meat for you, for free, while you shop. Delicious!
