The customer service is atrocious! 5 employees, all at one cash register chit chatting to a friend/customer for over 15 minutes! What the hell?! Then, once the friend is done buying his items, he walks over to the side and 4 of the employees keep talking to him. Do you really get paid to just talk??? Petco here we come.
