First- PetSmart website does not allow you to schedule appointments for nail trimming, it states that it is strictly a walk-in service, any time the grooming salon is open. I walked in and the employee told me that nobody had time to do it that day or the following day. I asked if I could please just schedule an Appointment for this because it is difficult for me to get my 100 lb anxious lab in and out of pet stores. She rudely stated that she could “squeeze me in” 4 days later. 2nd- The employees in the office have terrible customer service and are not fit to work somewhere with animals. I walked in for my appointment with my energetic hyper lab, there was an employee walking towards us, holding another dog on a leash. My dog gets really excited when he sees other dogs, he started wagging his tail and pulling on his leash towards the dog. The employee stopped, and with a disgusted and annoyed look on her face said “can you get your dog away please?” Mind you, there was a gate separating our dogs, so there really was no reason for her to respond in this manner, and for someone who works at a DOG grooming salon, she should be a little nicer to our fur babies. My dog is my world and I also get anxious bringing him to grooming salons and when employees are mean to my dog it makes me never want to bring him anywhere. As I was waiting to be checked in I overheard 2 employees talking about a dog that was in the back barking. 1 of the employees told the other one “OH MY GOD that dog barks SO MUCH! That’s why I stuck him in the back!!” And the other employee started laughing. If you don’t like dogs barking maybe you shouldn’t work at a dog grooming salon. Dogs get anxious and scared being at places like this it is normal for them to bark. I don’t feel comfortable or safe bringing my dog back here ever again. I do not recommend bringing your fur babies here if you care about your animal at all.OH and my dogs nails are all different lengths, they did not trim his dew claws AT ALL, I paid extra for them to buff his nails and it is very obvious they did not do so.

I came to buy here at this PetSmart store and I brought some things that were on sale because I went to the checkout and they charged me at the regular price. I came back and told the man who served me that he made a mistake in the price and that he charged it at the correct price. regular and not the one that was on sale, well, what they did is not sell it to me and they wanted to return my money at the offer price, not the price they charged me, they are racists just because I don't speak English

The small, dark-haired man who works in the grooming Department is absolutely rude! It's unfortunate because most of the employees in this location are very friendly, but that guy has been consistently rude on several occasions. If you don't like your job, find a new one. We are taking our dogs elsewhere because of his attitude.

I had a 2:00 appointment today for dog grooming. I arrived a minute or two early, went to the back, opened the door and stood at the counter. There were 6 or 7 groomers onsite. NOT ONE opened their mouth to say a word to me. I stood at the counter carrying my Shih Tzu for about four or five minutes. I thought to myself: Ok. This is one of "those" type of establishments. I headed for the door. The rude, small-minded girl groomingthe Husky said in a cold, filthy way: "Do you need something?"I replied: "Does it matter?" She said: "NOPE."Imagine that. THIS is how they are allowed to treat a customer. Can you imagine what they do to your pet? I will NEVER go back in this filthy, small-minded store. Ever. Each and every one of those so-called groomers need a job in a small, whiteroom with a calculator and a notepad. NONE of them should be allowed to engage with anyone, let alone a customer. Just tasteless and filthy. It's a glimpse into how each and every one of them were raised.

Petsmart is an absolute joke. Not only is the husbandry still inadequate with most of their animals (reptiles/amphibians/fish mostly) but the dark brown haired lady working the register had an attitude to boot. I started off by asking how her day was and she said "Well..." and did an eyeroll. Giving the benefit of the doubt I then said "Rough day I take it?" Then she gave a nod in response. As she scanned my items I mentioned I had a price match for one of my items and I showed the live proof of the price match from Chewy. Chewy is a competitor which states in the price match guarantee that they would price match any of their competitors but apparently not. Apparently, they only accept from stores that are brick and morter which is NOT plainly stated in their price match guarantee unless they are trying to be sneaky with their words. I said I didn't want the item anymore because that is ridiculous and she got upset that I was upset. I was not mad at her I was mad at Petsmart and I even told her that at the register but she still gave me attitude. I ended up going back into the store to get the item because Petco already price matched Chewy and I didn't want to drive anymore around town (I do not live in town) and she was snappy from the start. I love when a customer like myself shows verbal disgust for a company like Petsmart and the employees take it like a personal insult and get attitudes. Do better with your people because she left me in a terrible mood after her and one of the managers started talking down to me like I was a 4 year old. Snooty and unprofessional until the end.At least Petco keeps up with their competitors so I'm just going to go to them from now on if I have to.

Very disappointed with their grooming service! I ordered the full bath and haircut service with advanced package for my dog but the groomer didn’t even clean and shave my puppy’s face!Also the haircut was terrible! I had to fix it by myself. I have been petsmart’s costumer for more than six years but will not anymore.Don’t waste your money!

Great place, we visit their groomers most of the time (every 6 months or so) and they're always professional. Chewy was kind of nervous at first but he's gotten used to going now and Maci (his stylist) was very friendly with him. Definitely recommend!

Very impressed. Very pretty and inviting driving up. Super clean inside and quite well stocked. The banning hospital is such a plus to the area. I lost my Irish Setter girl a few months ago. If I had another pet, this would be the place where I’d take them.

Petsmart grooming cut my dog's pad and took her over to Bansfield. Bansfield wanted to charge me $130 for check-up and to change the bandage. Bansfield employees were horrible to me. But petsmart manager called me the next day to apologize. (Petsmart store employees were considerate and tried to help) never returning to petsmart grooming or Bansfield.

The store was clean and well organized. All of the Aisles are labeled so I was in and out fast. Cashier was friendly and signed me up for rewards in seconds. I even saved two dollars on dog food, the visit couldn’t have been better!!

Dog sitting, and I needed a ball that a German Shepherd would have a hard time destroying. He'd already killed one toy in less than 24 hours. The woman that helped me was great. She asked the breed and if he likes to chew his toys before recommending the Kong ball. It has a firm outside with a hard rubber core. The next step would be the solid rubber black Kong ball. So far, 5 days later, and he's not destroyed it yet.

Always clean and well-organized with a large selection of items in every category for almost every kind of pet, it's hard to go wrong here. Sales associates are extremely helpful and polite, prices are reasonable and they're usually well-stocked in whatever it is I'm looking for. Very large and varied selection of cat and dog foods, plenty of toys, clothing, leashes, collars, aquarium equipment, guinea pig items, you name it, it's probably here. Although it can't and doesn't offer the stock and prices of say, Chewy's, if you need something and don't want to wait for delivery or want to see it before you buy it, PetSmart is definitely the place to go.

Very helpful to help me find a leopard gecko food for our leopard gecko with a brain disorder, that came from pet smart. Our leopard gecko has asymmetry due to a genetic defect from poor breeding. Petco and petsmart should not sell pets! They sell inferior diseased animals. We got our gecko from a coworker who didn't have the $300 to take him to the herptologist. The reptile vet sees this way too often in the reptiles that come from petco and petsmart. They just die a slow death since they are brain damaged and cannot feed themselves. Each night I have to prepare a "grub pie" jello and feed it to him on a Gelato spoon. It's a 45 minute process every night. Then after 2 or 3 years he will start refusing food, can't open his eyes, pooping bile, and then I take him for another $300 visit...long story short, do not ever buy animals from petsmart. It is cruel and inhumane.

This is probably one of the cleanest petsmarts i have ever been to. It was neat and organized. I had trouble finding what i went there for, Meg and Morgan were extremely helpful and beyond friendly. It was a pleasant visit.

New cashier was super polite and helpful. She had genuine concern for my questions. Other woman that was cleaning the reptile enclosures, I asked her if she could get two guinea pigs for me to buy whenever she had a second. She seemed grumpy and said it would be a little while. I felt a little uncomfortable but I figured it wasn't personal. She never got back to me after waiting around for about ten minutes or so, so I paid for what few things I bought and decided to not get the guinea pigs. I checked out and left and at least had a good experience with the cashier. Store was clean and well stocked. So it's a mixed review.

They have my pups favorite treats ( dried chicken jerky) & dental chews ( greenies ) they also hve wellness fresh frozen food in different varieties that my pups love. Those are just a few go toos for us, But they hve everything for any pet bayb u may hve. Gr8 selection & ok prices.
