Let a toddler cut your dog's hair. It will be more effective and look 10x better than what their so-called professional groomers could accomplish at THIS location. The way my dog acted when I picked her up had strongly question their behavior toward my dog. They didn't even follow what I requested for the cut. FAR FROM HAPPY!

I tried trimming our newly adopted dogs nails to no avail. Our vet tried as well and had little success. Leslie was wonderful! She handled Jojo beautifully and was successful in cutting his nails and buffing them as well. I was delighted with with her professionalism and gentle touch with my little guy. Came in with an appointment, let us know that they couldn’t take care of our pup unless they cut super short. Said he was matted even though we brush him regularly. Felt like they just didn’t want to work or do more than necessary. Have brought him here before with no issues

They always take great care of my doggy and always listen to exactly what I request as far as the trims. Some places say "this is what we do and that's it." Petco staff only trim what I want :) and then buff the nails after trimming so they're not sharp after!

Ryan did a fantastic job. Groomed my Coton exactly as I asked. This has not been my experience with other groomers in the area. He's worth all of his salary. Please don't let him go!

This is the only place I've ever taken her and she's been looking great. I can't do it at home and depend on Petco for the great service. The groomers have always been wonderful with Shadow, who can be a bit difficult at times.

I have been coming to petco at least 15 years.I have seen so many employees come and go.Lisa the grooming manager has taken care of 3 pets of mine over the years.She seems to really love her 4 legged clients. She goes out of her way to show it.She is great with difficult dogs as all 3 of mine are.I highly recommend her.All the changes and people coming and going she has been a constant familiar face that I can go to and know my dog'swill get the proper care they need.

I have had my two dogs groomed for the six years they have been alive; the last year with Petco. When I picked them up on Saturday one of the groomers told me Chloe had bitten here. I do not believe that. In any case, they asked me to not bring her in again. Something is not right with your grooming salon, and I hope one day I can return.

I have a bichon frise that I get groomed every 6-7 weeks. Her usual groomer wasn’t opened so I went to Petco. I was asked how short I wanted it and was shown a cardboard with different lengths. I told the groomer what I wanted and then told her I wanted a teddy bear cut around the face. 3 hours later when I picked up my dog she was COMPLETELY SHAVED!! You can see her skin! The face was completely shaved as well as were the ears. I can’t take her outside because she’ll get sunburned. I was horrified!

Brought my maltipoo for a last minute groomingThey rushed her and did a very poor job. They also charge a lot more then most dog grooming places.I would not recommend this place.
