I dropped off my baby to get washed, shedding removal and nail trimmed. I went home and before you know it petco calls that my dog Trixie is ready to be picked up it wasn't even an hour. Love it I will take my dog there every time.

The ladies did an AMAZING job on Neva, she looks like a brand new dog! Back story, i believed she was matted so I tried to diy her shaving, her hair was so thick it wouldnt. She looked CRAZY. I took her to Petco grooming, the ladies were sweet, very patient with her as it was her first time at the groomers. They shaved her down and walaa she looks so much better. 😎

The groomer did a great job, but I cannot afford the high price for a bath and HAIRCUT $84.00. BECAUSE HE WAS MATTED .

This time it was very good! I forgot the young lady's name that groomed my Doberman Pincher Rusty, but she did an outstanding job! I'm hoping that I can get her the next time for my other dog. I guess it really depends on who you get to groom your pet. Kudos to whoever at Petco hired her! She also had such a wonderful personality and attitude towards the task at hand. I really wish that I could remember her name so that all of you would know who to ask for.

The staff is courteous and professional. I appreciated that Brittani was honest about my dog's behavior rather than downplaying that my dog was not social while in the kennel. She built trust! While I was a bit surprised regarding the expense of the shedding solution - I was very pleased with the results.

They usually have anything your pet could want, attendants are quick and friendly and the grooming was exceptional. I was surprised how low the cost was, as i was expecting to pay about $100 for my 95lbs German Shepherd, but it was only about $70 after tax. 5/5, very pleased.

Unfortunately my dog was a handful yesterday at his appointment but his groomer still managed to do an amazing job with him. I definitely recommend her to everybody. It seemed like she had a lot of patience and was very kind.

Dash always comes home fluffy and squeaky clean. My dog has some quirks like chewing his nails into sharp point and the girls went ahead and buffed the ends in hopes it will keep him from chewing them sharp before his next appointment. They also put his collar on for me. I have never been disappointed with the service and price.

Sarah is always super nice to our little dog and she is very patient with him and always does her best with his grooming. She even gave us him a cute bandana this time. Thank you, we will come back!

If I could offer one suggestion for change: Does it take 4 hours to groom a dog who has an appointment? Each time we drop off Bella to be groomed, it's four hours before we pick her up. I would like to see a quicker turn-around. If we have an appointment at 1:30 p.m., why can't we pick her up in less than two hours? It creates a harder time for Bella, if she is caged or restrained for 4 hours.

My baby luna came home smelling amazing ! And her holiday bandana was so cute ! Loved the report cards they do for your pets ! Didn't take long at all. Over all I'm very happy and have been for years with petco ! Being able to book online is a plus !

This was the first time ever that I have taken our pet to a groomer. I usually do the grooming myself, and believe me you can tell! I was mostly concerned how Martha, a 9 year old mini-doxie, was going to deal with the situation. She was shaking when I left her but when I picked her up she was so cute from her spa day, and excited to see me! That's it! She wasn't traumatized or nervous or anything other then happy and sweet. This tells me that Martha's experience was positive and I thank the entire grooming staff!

At first I have a bit of an issue figuring out how the grooming area worked, they just let me stand there while they started out the window at me! Once inside I was very excited to see the love for my puppy girl and how great the girl handled her!

I was a walk in to get my two dogs nails clipped. They were friendly and good with my dogs. I didn't have to wait for very long and that was great. I'll be going back to Petco again.

Really disappointed. There was dog discrimination done towards my dog. My dog seemed terrified as if they have done something to her. I got home with her and she has been just laying around, sad. Will never take my dog back here.
