I love all the pet station stores. We're just so friendly and cool. Got all kinds of nice cool stuff for all your pet needs. Feel like it's mainly cat and dogs though I don't see a big fish section. But have only gone to two of them

Horrible customer service!!!! Everytime I take my dogs to get baths here I bring my daughter with me to help and they immediately give me dirty looks for bringing her and I even overheard them mentioning they work at a pet store for a reason and hate kids. Customer service is horrible was told I couldn't get another towel last time because two is the limit. Overall great store horrible people that work here! Strongly recommend going to Longley or South Meadows locations instead!!!!

The pet washing area is extremely useful. They provide shampoos and towels. They have a hair dryer. It's so convenient. I use this place often now!

Round 2 with another Pet Station!Just like the North Valleys location, staff is nice, store is clean but your staff is inexperienced with fish. Got a “it’s above my pay grade” when I asked if they were aware of their bettas health. “They don’t sell fast enough and we can’t get them out of the small cups” why would anyone buy a sick fish? They are not selling for a reason and the fact this is in multiple Pet Stations means that it’s management/corporate.You should be ashamed of yourselves as a pet store. I wouldn’t even trust you guys with what kind of dog food you would recommend.Disgusting.

I will never come here again!I've never had any issues at any other Pet Station locations, but at this location employees and other customers alike are rude to say the least. Not to mention that they never have anything, they’re always under stock. I can see that some of the old employees from the previous owners carried over, or at least their manners.I went in to purchase some treats, while looking for them another lady and an employee started walking towards us with her dog and I told her that my dog was not friendly before she started growling. She backed off and while I kept looking for the treats and my dog was sitting on the floor the lady felt the need to speak to my dog (as if my dog could understand) to say, "don't feel bad, you're just doing what you do. It's just your breed." I told the lady it had nothing to do with breed and she pretended like she didn't hear. I waited for the lady to leave to walk to the register to ask a question when I hear the employee complaining about my dog to another employee. Then she tried to apologize and say, " you're right, it has nothing to do with breed." Agreeing with me against what the lady had said. Just to then add, "yeah, she's just a rescue,right." No you ignorant person! You are just as ignorant as lady that had just left! My dog has been attacked, unprovoked, by other dogs. And none of them where a bully breed! My dog is afraid of other dogs because she's been bit severely in the past. Profiling dogs based on breed is the equivalent of doing that to people, stop projecting your prejudice on to innocent pets.

Took our Dood in for a much needed bath! They have a wonderful self-serve bathing setup, with various shampoos, conditioners, and brushes. They also provide towels and a high velocity dryer! And they have a large selection of food, toys, and other supplies for your pet!

Great people fabulous place we go there to wash our fur babies because we have two large German Shepherds and is difficult to get a groomer to take them their bath stations our side by side is Supply everything you need the only downside is the blow dryers are not strong enough and the air isn't warm enough other than that it's a homerun

The employees on this store are sooo rude...We came here to fine some goodies for our puppy and i had my 3 kids with me they were sooo excited looking at the pets and one of the sales staff members. Was so rude and was screaming at my douther!!! Telling her to not hit the glass when she was only touching it... I almost lost it there...I will never come here again.....I hope this doesn't happened to anyone else..

Great customer service and they had K-9 natural in stock. The young man even helped me carry it to my car because I had shoulder surgery and couldn't lift it. A little further away than the one by my house but it's worth the drive.

I have purchased all of my animal food and treats from pet Station for the past five years today I went to the store and assistant manager team was indignant about forcing me to buy more than what I needed and continuously trying to upsell mewhen I shared with her that I was buying what I needed .she told me that I could leave the store and refuse to service me.Pet Station, there are so many boutique dog food stores in Nevada and I really have historically like the people that work for you but that individual wow the fact that you think that that is good management material is reason for me to go elsewhere. Any buddy who treat a customer like that with continuous pressure to buy more than what I really need when I’ve been a customer since 2017It’s really sad if this is how you intend to grow your business good luck

This store is wonderful they great selection of food and toys and of course treats. Took dog to get washed at dog wash today had a great experience. Customer is awesome here especially Jennifer her customer service skills and dog skills are on point she was so friendly and helpful and so nice to us. Will definitely be going back.

The employees were very helpful, pleasant, and professional. The store was clean and organized. They have a large selection of food and treats for various types of animals.I used the self service dog bath. They have time, shampoo, conditioner, tools, and drying. It was a great experience. My dog enjoyed it, too, and he still smells amazing - a week later.

This place is the absolute best! Used the self dog washing station and it was so clean and easy to use. Ended with a nice treat reward for the pup which she totally loved. The staff was also so nice and helpful - truly a great customer experience and unlike most pet shops. Can't wait to be back!

Someone tried to lecture me about dog food. I've worked in veterinary medicine for over 5 years and am well aware of proper nutrition for my dog. They only carry well marketed/hyped dog food that is not backed by food trials or research. I will never spend money here.

The staff was very wonderful! They really helped to soothe my stress when I discovered I had lost my receipt. I was terrified that my whole trip would be wasted, but not so! This store is really a gem for the community.

I came here with family to check out their snakes and reptile supplies. Matt was very helpful and let us hold several of the reptiles, including a ball python, corn snake, and a chameleon -- all which looked healthy. I can't comment on the other animals since I came specifically for reptiles. We ended up buying a 20 gal Zoo Med terarrium kit which was super cheap (only $130, compared to other pet stores which price it between $160 and $210). Great customer service. I didn't end up buying one of the snakes here though, and I think my only complaint is that the snakes were a little overpriced compared to other pet stores and breeders. I realize that the corn snake had the Snow morph, which could drive up the price a little, but I typically see these cheaper on Morph Market. Other than that, I liked this place and I intend to stop by again the next time I'm in Reno.

The staff was awesome I felt like I knew them my whole life. They helped me with my bearded dragon and even gave me a few extra crickets. Highly recommend this place as your pet store. Prices are fair, rulings are final, these are the cases of Peoples Court.

I love Pet Station! As someone who treats their kitties as a genuine members of their family, Pet Station is the only place in town I can go to ensure I am purchasing high quality food for each of their unique needs. Staff is so friendly and knowledgable with excellent extensive training. Wouldn't dream of shopping anywhere else for my pets' needs!

I love this place! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, they have deals on pet food and dog baths, and have a great selection of toys, treats, harnesses, etc. Our dog LOVES to get a bath here. Highly recommend.

Pet Station is really great place to find those yummy treats for your "beloveds". I looked everywhere online and in-store for a winter vest for my pitbull. Come to find out I just had to drive a couple miles away to Pet Station to get the clothing accessory that was perfect for my beloved Lucy.

I came to give my dog a bath and it was our first time. My dog didn't want to get in the tub and I was embarrassed, but the guy who helped me was very patient and kind. We will definitely be back to do it again. I will remember to wear the apron next time!

Great place (this location for sure). They were very pleasent and know their stuff. We were looking for a couple Geckos this time and one employee drove a 3 hour round trip herself to pick up to get us what they didn't have in stock. Would recommend them to anyone

Best place to take any dog for a bath. Stand up bathing areas with shower heads and soap mixed into the water when needed. They have towels, an air dryer, and brushes to make life easy. Plus they have a good variety of everything else a pet store should have. We just mainly go here for the baths.
