This pet station is turning into a pit! Dog wash: last time no hot water, this time water and dog hair all over the floor, in drain, on towels. When I requested the room be re-cleaned, got an attitude "yeah but the tub is clean". Wow, don't get it and no dog treats. What! :)

Pet Station is a wonderful Pet store. The employees are so nice. I love shopping here with my Standard Poodle, Theo! Great toys for pets. Awesome treats for pets. Loved the baby bunnies and guinea pigs. I will shop here whenever possible!

The staff here is so friendly. They have pretty good prices and a surprisingly large variety of items, considering how small the store looks on the outside. I will be going here for all pet items in the future!

Pet station is a fantastic store! Great selection of pet items.I came in to use there dog washing / pet washing stations, while there isn’t a door that can create a fully enclosed room, the wash stations do have leash/lead holders to keep your pets from jumping out. The tubs are cleaned after each use and there are brushes and some treats available. The staff is great! I will be back again.

Though I've lived in the area for years, I had never visited this store. I went in today to get a couple of things, and the young woman who helped me was super friendly and helpful. All around a great experience!

Went into the pet station in Golden Valley today, it was a great experience!Everyone greeted me on my way in.. they made sure I was able to easily find what I needed and even made strong suggestions and helped answer questions for my next pet. (Bearded dragon)Definitely where I'm going to shop while I'm in town.This is only my first visit, but the staff seemed knowledgeable, courteous and expedient.

Visiting this store is ALWAYS a pleasant experience! The staff is helpful and knowledgeable and my pets are always greeted like family! They don't have the selection of a big box store, but more than make up for it in every other way! My dogs love the dehydrated treats "bar" up at the front!

This place was great! Had all the stuff we needed, and then some. Super well done with their merchandising. Their staff was uploading a pallet but communicative upon walk-in and informative as well. The place is really well put together. Kudos.

My partner and I typically like to shop here, however, the store was completely closed at least 30 minutes before the hours posted online which is unfortunate because this is the only place in Lemmon valley to buy crickets for his bearded dragon.

Don’t bother, this store is “not reputable” and will ridicule you if you try to purchase a replacement service dog vest here because they think they know your disabilities. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORW IF YOU ARE A MILITARY VET.

Great, locally owned store. The employees all seem to be real "pet people" who genuinely enjoy working here and helping customers. My dogs love the treat wall where they can choose their own snacks. Even if some are super gross to me.

I get dog food from here. Every 10th bag is free, so that is nice! The staff is friendly and they are always helpful to whatever I am searching for. I like that lt's a small store so I dont feel overwhelmed when I go in.

That trip was my first time at this store and I really like it. Its note a big pet store but they did carry a lot of items that a big store has and the prices were about the same. I would shop at that store again and I will tell my friends and family about this store.
